As far as pet stores go this one is really good. Knowledgeable veteran staff that are very experienced, lots of pets to look at and a ton of pet supplies for dogs,cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. They even have a vending machine for drinks inside, and sell a small amount of candy lol. Fun place to get pet supplies especially hard to find stuff.

They always have what I need. I drive far. Which is amazing. I can call and ask if they have what I need, and it will be there. Live food and other supplies for my snake. They have amazing customer service. They also have lots of information. I'm a 1st time snake owner, I'll take all the info I can get. They feel like family here.

Bought my rats here, I wanted to get two females but they keep them all together and I didn't want to chance getting them and be pregnant. I bought 2 boys and I love them! There pet supplies are definitely pricey but they are friendly and helpful.

Well, I've been going to this pet store since I moved here in 1994. And they have always been kind, generous respectful. Never have I ever been so disrespectedid by this one lady in there. I am horrified and I am actually scared. She terrified me And all I did was go in there laughing and joking. Even though my fish died, that I just bought. And it was only like 5 hours before they died that I had them and on top of that they killed all my might almost all my fish that I had already in that tank. Now this is the part I don't understand she yelled at me telling me it's my fault why my fish died. I mean, she got loud with me. I don't understand I didn't do anything. Dar, I am very hurt and very disappointed in in her. I mean, I don't know what she was trying to do. Because all I did was going there trying to just let them know something. And make an end to get you know, exchange my fish and also. Also, tell them that they also forgot to give me one of my fish. And she also said it was my fault too on that. And then I was like my receipt. I never got my receipt well. I'm sorry. That's your fault too, like what the heck. I was like oh, goodness but anyways. Yeah, so I think that I'm not gonna go there again. Because that was so disrespectful and it came out of nowhere. I did nothing to that lady and I lost money and lost my fish. I didn't get it all. I got was yelled at and told that it was on my fault. That lady, I'm sorry that lady if you read this, I hope you learned from this is very disappointing. I'm very disappointed in you, you are older than me and I was more respectful than you were because she's like at the end when I'm about to run out the store she's like I'll give you a story to discount. I'm so scared I'm like no, you just keep it and I ran out the. I mean, how can somebody do that to somebody else? You know, I mean, but besides that. Just please be safe and careful out there. People because I don't want you to have that experience that I had. That was the most horrifying experience I have. Ever had, so stay safe out there? You guys and be kind and generous and be respectful. Especially to anybody that you run into. Because you never know what they can turn out to be. Thank you much, love.

Highly rude older lady working there at 11:30am 7/25/23. No knowledge of fish when we asked then when we wanted to purchase she rudely said "i told you its not for sale!" when she never stated that in the first place otherwise we wouldn't of asked.. 0 customer service skills. All she needed to say was sorry Im not sure when it'll be available. She needs a attitude check or retire

I go there once in a while, but last time I was there this young lady was the worst, very disrespectful and frustrated, what a sad person..... I don't want to go back there, but they have good products, they just need to train their staff better

I went in Saturday February 25, and I bought 3 parakeets and 3 cages for my kids to have their first small pets. I’ve owned birds in the past myself so have some experience. My kids were so excited and in love. Within the first 48 hours (the ridiculously short time period they guarantee their health) the first, sweetest bird had died. I woke up this morning ( March 1 ) to both of the other 2 birds dead on the bottom of the cage. With the first bird we had to bring in the body and receipt and they gave another bird. Now they expect us to bring in the other 2, however there is absolutely no way I want any more animals from their pet store. The woman we’ve dealt with with has been dismissive and pretty rude. The experience has been a complete nightmare. My kids are now traumatized and just waiting for the last bird to die. At least I’m out over $225. and have really upset children. If I were you, I’d definitely avoid this store and go somewhere else.

I always love walking into this Store. Staff members are always friendly and are very knowledgeable if you have any questions about a pet your purchasing , or about one u may already have. They also have some shots available as well for a good price. Give them chance If your ever in the area

Staff is rude and lacks people skills. Came in looking for something specific today, asked staff for help and walked right out after they responded rudely. This isn’t the first time either. Sadly I’ve come here a handful of times and for the most part service is about the same each and every time. Won’t make that mistake again !

WARNING THEY SELL SICK HAMSTERS!I bought a syrian hamster from them on January 14th. Weeks later he started to act strange. Not active at all, wobble when he walked and his eye was crusted shut. We took him to the vet and they said he was born with the condition that his eyes were out of it's sockets and he would have to get them both removed or be put down. I even showed the doc a picture that I took while my hamster was still in the cage at this store and the doc said they should've never sold him like that. When I purchased him, I always thought his eyes bulged out too much but I thought he was just young and needed to grow. I went above and beyond buying him a good cage, hides, treats etc just for him be put down a month later. I recommend not buying hamsters from here and just go to petsmart or something. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, and from my experience, the staff were rude and had attitude problems. I will not be going back here ever again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.This pet store is horrible. I frequently visited and bought feeders for my fish.On my first bad experience I had just left the register from purchasing a few feeders, as I was exiting and walking out the door to the parking lot I passed an employee (white female red hair), assuming she was just coming to work. Before she even entered the door she had the audacity to ask me did I pay for the feeders. I couldn’t believe she even asked me so I went back inside the store to the register to confirm my purchase and let her know how offended I was of her accusations of me being a thief. I received no apology what so ever. The second encounter was today 3/10/2022, my wife went to this store being in a rushed and didn’t have time to go elsewhere, she purchased feeders for our and after getting home and finding out they over charged her by shorting her on the feeder. We called and had to return back to the store for compensation.My opinion and experience, this company is very prejudice, disrespectful, and has poor customer service skills.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿DO NOT SHOP HERE

I've been coming here for years and every time I walk in I feel like I'm being watched. It's uncomfortable. And recently whenever I'm approached by someone they make me feel like I'm doing something wrong. It's always whoever is behind the register that's doing this. I'm gonna keep coming here because they have stuff other places don't but I'm always made to feel unwanted or something when I visit.

They have a store packed with all the needs of your domestic/exotic pets. This place has the things that the other stores, won't/can't carry. A great collection of animals to purchase, as well. The staff is is very knowledgeable about all types of pets, and their needs; and are more than willing to help you. I would recommend this place, over the chain stores, every day.

They sell sick birds. I saw the reviews of the birds being sick and the other having a broken leg but I just thought hey maybe it was not what it seemed well my birds didn’t even last a week. They were loved and well taken care of until the end. But very disappointed.

Staff is always helpful and typically friendly. We come here to get feeder rats for our snake and they have a nice selection as far as size goes. The dog clothes are pretty expensive here but I love their dog treat selection and variety. I love that their feeder insects are behind their cash register counter and not in an isle that you have to squeeze by while crickets are trying to jump on you!!

Best mom and pop animal supply store. so many selections and deals I got a huge bird cage from here I'm currently using for 2 of my smaller male rats I got it for 20 bucks! Staff is helpful and friendly I love this place! A must stop by and see selection! Looks small but its actually pretty big they have plenty of animals to choose from as well from rabbits snakes and birds to rats Guinea pigs and salt water fish... gotta come see.
