I called multiple places Sunday and they were the only ones that answered. They took my pit-bull in right away. Took about two hours. My dog came out smelling good and very well groomed. Highly recommend this place for fast and friendly service.

The staff is very capable. They took good care of Regal our Dogo Argentino, when no one else would. He really enjoyed the staff and was always happy to go! I'd recommend Dusty Paws to anyone and everyone ❤

This place is fantastic and my Poodle-mix had the most adorable cut he has ever had. I also had my other two dogs done the next day I was so pleased. The other dogs that came in were excited to be there and that says a lot to me.Do yourself and you beloved dog a favor and go to Dusty Paws

Idk if there was a miscommunication or what. I paid extra for them to file down my dogs nails to the quick instead of only clipping them and one of my dogs specifically has long nails still it looks like they were only clipped. He also has a spot on his back that appears to be shaved shorter than the rest (like it was an accident) and it’s ok because I just wanted him cleaned up! He doesn’t have to look perfect by any means. I’m only complaining because I paid $170 total not including tip for a full service bath on one and full service groom/hair trim on the other.. (I have small dogs btw) my regular groomers charge $50 per dog and that’s for a full service groom and they do great especiallyyy for that price. I’ll consider giving this place a second chance since maybe they miscommunicated with each other what I had paid for and accidents happen but… for that price not worth it in my opinion.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They always take good care of my frenchie, he is always so happy to come in and happy after! I know he is treated properly here, I had originally come in for self wash a few weeks ago but they convinced me to leave him for a full service with them ( I was skeptical ) but, I am so glad I did! never going back to doing it myself as they do so good with him his nails (which he has never let me do) and he smells so amazing for days after. I recommend this place to all of my friends

We love Dusty Paws. I moved to Lancaster and still choose to drive to Palmdale to take my Coco pup there. The staff is so friendly and takes such good care of my fur baby.

Having a husky, I always pay extra for de-shed shampoo and the deshedding (brushing), which is always 30 mins. That being said, I know how a well groomed husky looks and this is not it. They obviously did not de-shed him properly. The pictures say it all.

People do not bring your pet to this place. There customer service is horrible to make it even worse I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 2-3 years and seems like who ever is running it now is money hungry. They keep on raising the prices every visit. Just got quoted $140.00 keep in mind that I have a Maltese-small dog. I will stop bringing my pets here and recommend to take them else we’re.

Here is a full length review:Starting from when i walked into the door, one young lady greeted me and was very kind and assisted me right away and when it was clear which groomer was to help me, that groomer came over and greet me and my dog. She asked what I was looking for, if she had allergies (a first for me which was nice because my dog is sensitive to certain scents) and showed me a complete trimming book to see how short i wanted to go.The whole process took a little over 1 1/2 hours and they were very nice when I was a bit late (around 40 minutes) and as stated on their website, the price was true to what was listed (for a small 17 lbs dog). When I got home and treated on my pup the cut was nice with a few long hairs on her paws and chin (where she doesnt like being touched so it’s a given she’ll be like that at the groomers) and she didn’t have any nicks (a concern that made me leave my last groomers) and had one irritated nipple (common for her).And one thing I didn’t mention, intentionally, was that she was prone to ear infections if not bathed properly which is something I personally like to do because of this and has been a issue with groomers for me and as it has been a few days for when an infection comes, she is infection free and to say the least these people know how to do their job.Overall a very good experience.

First I want to say thank you for taking care of my babies. They were so kind to them and gentle. Although they didn’t get to finish the services on my dogs due to my dogs and no fault of their own, it’s been a week and my dogs coat is still shiny and soft. I definitely will be back.

This place is amazing. They have the best staff always friendly and willing to help. I love bringing my dog here, it is very convenient. They have everything on hand, they give you shampoo and conditioner. I have been coming here several times now and have used both self serve option and professional grooming on occasions. I highly recommend them. They have gained my trust and I am a customer for life now. Thank you Dusty paws for what you do =).

Very disappointed after our visit. I visited this place due their great reviews and also because it says is the best place in the Antelope Valley; I want to clarify that upon arrival I showed a picture of my expectation for my dogs grooming (Schnauzer) and what I wanted them to pay special attention (ears, clip nails, clean/cut hair in paw area).When I picked up my dog I was surprise my dog wasn’t groomed properly, it looked like they only shower her and did a couple of cuts here and there, basically they didn’t cut/shaved areas they are supposed to be.I ask why they didn’t cut/shave some areas and two ladies said they didn’t because they “go by the book”, also they didn’t “shaved” the ears due the dog can catch an ear infection; on top of that they didn’t cut/clean the hair around her paws, the rear side of my dog and tummy area because my dog didn’t allow to.I didn’t want to discuss because they were in a defensive mode , however I know some facts:1) If they “go by the book” there is only one cut that can be done to each dog breed, not sure what book they use.2) The theory is that removing the hair from the ears will keep it from blocking the canal, allowing more air to circulate, which helps prevent ear infections and moisture build-up.3) A groomer always finds a way to earn the dog trust so they can cut/clean areas like paws, ears, etc.4) Groomers must be able to keep pets calm and safe.5) Groomers must be able to listen to the clients' requests and should have knowledge of different breeds of dogs and groom according to their hair types.I want to clarify, when I came back they took my dog to do corrections but not in a good mood.We decided to leave cause even after showing a picture they didn’t do it properly and every time I was indicating a new spot that was not done properly they will come back with “x” and “y” excuses and somehow they were saying the way they do it is the best for the dogs; in other words: I was asking to do things that will put at risk my dogs health. It just didn’t make sense where my complaint was getting to.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We took our 8 month old big puppy in for a full grooming . It had been a little over 2 months since we had him groomed. They were wonderful with him, he looks and smells amazing!! He is a German Shepard and Husky mix and other groomers never fully dried him so he always had a wet dog smell when we picked him up, not this time. We will definitely be returning, we have already scheduled our future appointment. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby.

My dog is a 16 1/2 senior years old and they treated her like a princess. They were very professional and warm. Express service was prompt and efficient. We love this place. We've been taking our dog here for a few years now. They are always friendly and helpful. The service is always fantastic. My little dog gets her bath and her fur cut and always looks as cute as can be afterwards. The prices are very competitive with great service. I highly recommend.

My dog normally doesn't like strangers, but she gets excited whenever we go back here. Super accommodating. I got held up in traffic and they were cool about me picking her up a little late. She's always given back to me with a bandana and a smile.

I have an older maltipoo and he's a biter! They took care of him and knew how to handle him. Gene is his groomer and he did a beautiful job, even after getting bit! Great place, convenient booking and paying online. Thanks everyone at Dusty Paws! You guys are awesome.

Very very disappointed in this company. First of all they had me pay my dog hair cut without letting me see him first and once I saw him his whole stomach area is full of cuts!! They were blaming me for this but my dog is outside dog, he never outside plus nothing can do those cuts like a razor. They were rude and were trying to make it seem like I am the bad owner. The owner of the store didn’t bother helping me either in which the guy who always in the front said that the new girl who did my dog hair said she accidentally cut him and then they try to take that back. I wish I had photos of this situation to show you guys. I am never going back and it is sad because I used to love this place and told everyone about it, I even got them three new clients but now I am not going back and especially since they are so bad at customer service. No thank you!

They did such a nice job grooming my medium size poodle mix. The price is just about the same of all others around the city. The cleanliness of the facilities are not so great and I think they didn’t even offer water to my dog because he was sooo thirsty. He drank half my water bottle as soon as we got into the car.

After a not so great experience with another groomer that left my dog with chunks of fur missing and a cut on his back leg, I decided it was time to look for another groomer. Oh how I wish I would have found Dusty Paws Pet Wash and Grooming sooner. Not only is the place well-kept, the employees are a pleasure to deal with. Steve is the groomer who did my beloved fur-baby, and I must say I absolutely LOVE how she looks. Unlike other groomers in the past, he managed to make her hair look smooth and her nails aren't sharp (like previous groomers left them). It is clear that Steve actually took his time with my fur-baby, and thought out a plan of action on how to groom her. Not only am I happy with how my fur-baby looks, but after her appointment with Steve, she is visibly happier after a grooming appointment which is something I haven't seen from her in a long time. Thank you Dusty Paws Pet Wash and Grooming, and an extra thank you to Steve. Highly recommended by my fur-baby and I.

They are very friendly BUT my issue is the fact that I was charged an additional $30 for each of my Shihtzus. Yes they were heavily matted and we ended up just shaving them completely but I was charged $50 for normal grooming service and an additional $30 fee. So for each pet it was $80. I respect the groomers job and feel they should be paid justly but this was plain “price gouging.”

Although I don't take advantage of the "do it yourself grooming", I do have the Dusty Paws groomers wash and trim my dog (daughter) and I have been very happy with the results. . They follow my instructions to the letter, and have a wide choice of grooming options. Best of all is the fact that my dog likes them and isn't scared to go there, which tells me that she is being treated kindly. Yes, I highly recommend this place.

Monica took care of our dog, he's very nervous and tends to be scared when it comes to nail trimming/cutting and usually needs a muzzle but she did amazing. She was able to keep him calm, be patient with him and overall we had a great experience - she'll definitely be our go-to person now!

This place provided everything you need to bath your pet. I like the elevated tubs very convenient. They will give you shampoo and conditioner but i brought my own shampoo. I will definitely bring my dog here again for his next bath. :)

Dusty paws has sweet groomers that do a great job. My dog gets very anxious and does not like to be groomed but the groomers were calm and knew how to work with her. She looked great and I am happy with their services.
