THANK YOU JOE ❗☺AT LAKE LA ACE HARDWARDToday Sunday June 18, 2023. I received excellent customer service from ACE Lake LA employee Joe. Joe called me to let me know my item was ready for pick up.However, I noticed after I placed my online order, I had bought the wrong size swamp cooler hose line connector. I informed Joe of this. He professional informed me no problem, He asked my permission to cancel the order. He followed up right away with a confirmation email which my money will be refunded in 2 days. Joe was very nice and did a fast great job. Thank you Joe for your help.Signed happy satisfied customer 😇

It's a hardware store. If you need hardware store stuff and live in Lake Los Angeles this is the place to go. And if you think you're going to save money by driving into town. You're wrong. Some stuff is a little pricey but just think if you drove into town. Gas, wear and tear on your car and whatever hazards along the way. Just get it here. Kind of hard to catch them open though because they close kinda early. Like at 6pm or something. But they will have what you need and stuff you don't. Check them out.

Joe was super helpful in getting us the item we needed right away. Billy was also knowledgeable in getting us connected to someone to help with our installation needs as well. The cashier was so nice and patient with our check out process too. Great team work. Definitely worth the drive out there.

Always a great experience here. The Caucasian male who is a little heavy and maybe about 30?( I apologize I just don’t know your name) is the best employee there. He always knows what he’s talking about and very knowledgeable about just about everything. He will even tell me if they can’t or don’t have it to just drive to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Not going to lie it’s a little overpriced but beats driving into town.Much love ❤️

Great local store. Always sending coupons. Staff has been friendly everytime I have went. Convenient for the residents of this community if you don't want to drive 30 min to Home Depot. Will have to see how online to store works.

Everyone there are always very welcoming when you come in , they have knowledge on things I need and if I cant find it they help me , I love the fact they have coffee available while I shop! All the girls are beautiful and so nice , the gentlemen are nice as well , super clean and fun atmosphere! Yes it is a maybe a couple dollars more than Home depot or Lowe's, but I save gas and support my local store as well as having someone right there to help, you definitely dont get that at Home depot or lowes! Ace is definitely the place !

The prices are very high here. You will save a lot of money if you drive the extra 15 miles to town to go to a Home Depot or Lowes.At Christmas time i did get some great gifts at great prices. Like the huge screwdriver set for $20 (i bought 3 of them) and the Drill Bit set for $20.

Who is ever is working today on January 28th, 2021 at 1:32pm has been really rude.. Two days in a row she was very rude to me, cutting me off and trying to hang up on me mid sentence. When all I was trying to do was ask about the uhaul prices, she would just say “THERE not available, Bye!” And try to hang up as I’m trying to get more info. This is the first and last time I will try and get buisness from this business.
