The security guard was walking around clicking his stun baton on and off clearly trying to intimidate. Nothing was happening, he was just walking around. Really weird and COMPLETELY UNSAFE!I WILL NOT GO AGAIN!!

Picked up prescriptions, thinking all 3 were there. Got to my truck to find out they didn’t have the third on file. Called and spoke to the pharmacist, and was told “we close at 6, why didn’t you say something about it when you were here?”, very rudely. . Told her it was faxed yesterday on 7/7 from my provider. Told me, “oh, we deleted it”, it was a duplicate”. The pharmacy tech I could hear in the background saying, “he was just here. There was only two”. Pharmacist says there was a third sent over, but we thought it was a mistake, so we deleted it”. Asked if they just haphazardly delete things without checking. Told her I already sent my provider a message. Don’t be rude to people when they have a concern!!

I just want to say since I moved here to Palm Springs this is my favorite Walgreens( very helpful people and good humanity ) I just want to say thank you to AMNSLEY and BRENDAN for help me to get the best choice for my covid booster and my flu shot ! Also DARLA is super sweet !! Thank you guys

I just do not understand how Walgreens stays in business. Their prices are out of this world. This local Walgreens gives out completely useless coupons. Just tried to use a $5 off coupon on a $10 purchase that I had. I was informed that NO the $5 does not come off the total but is put into my account for future use. This would be the 3rd. trip to use this coupon. Too many games, too high in prices, just not worth the trip anymore.

This pharmacy is understaffed. Management and Corporate clearly don’t care and set their staff up for failure. The staff work as quickly as they can but obviously cannot keep up.Walgreens sets this pharmacy up to fail. I received an email that someone would reach out in 2 days. Shockingly nobody called me. It’s nice to see that the dismal customer service is universal from stores to management.

Had the worse experience in the photo department!!! The employee who was going to take my 1 year olds picture rolled his eyes when I told him it was for her. Didn’t even make the effort to try and make her comfortable with him at all. She did cry and he covered his ear and as I try to calm her down he just stood there with his hand on his side giving us that annoyed look and making us feel uncomfortable. He was the worse and had the worse experience there . He was a bald man ! Sorry that’s all I remember of him . His name is Jim I believe. This needs to be fixed

I was scheduled for a Covid test at this location and got a reminder email in the morning for my test. When I showed up at my scheduled time I had to wait in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 minutes. When I got to the testing window the employee told us that their testing system was down and had been since the day before.Thanks for the reminder to an appointment you knew wasn't going to take place. Walgreens didn’t even put up a sign at the drive-thru entrance to notify people. Instead the employee thought it best to have every single car pull up and tell them the same thing over and over.Went back to Walgreens and asked for assistance to reschedule the test due to their system being down and received no help. She said all spots were booked and they couldn’t fit me in or reschedule me within the same week.Will avoid using Walgreens for anything in the future.

This week, after enduring a one-hour wait for a scheduled Covid booster shot and later in the week, spending more than an hour waiting on the phone for someone to answer (nobody ever answered, and I was cut off twice when the automated voice said there was one caller ahead of me ), it's quite clear that this pharmacy is woefully understaffed and terribly mismanaged. Either Walgreens should offer more-than-adequate wages to increase its staffing at this location, or shut this place down!

Used this pharmacy because it is the closest but no more. There is always a long wait due to staff shortages, last week the pharmacy was completely closed. Drive in has been closed. I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions, waited 25 mins and finally left-only served 3 people during that time and there were 6 more in line. Made an online appt for shingles vaccine and completed all paperwork online. Showed up for shot-no record of appt or paperwork because "our system never can pull it up." One employee stated to a customer "I would rather be anywhere than here at work." Go elsewhere

First issue: Went to the pharmacy to pick up an Rx at 5 PM. There was a sign saying that the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. I was out of my medication and out of luck.Second issue: As noted by many reviewers, the phone system is completely broken. Every 15 seconds it says We're Sorry to Keep You Waiting....This went on for 27 minutes before I was disconnected.Third issue: There is ALWAYS a line to pick up prescriptions. Usually 30-45 minutes.Time to move to another pharmacy. This place should just close if they can't get their act together.

Pharmacy staff rude, most. I needed my pain prescription filled Friday morning, they needed to call the insurance. This was Friday morning. Sunday & still no filled prescription. They didn't do anything to get it filled. They didn't care I need it badly & lady at pharmacy treated me very poorly & RUDELY! Awful!! Man in vest, manager?? RUDE!! Don't dismiss me to help customers behind me, take care of me, then them. In pain due to your lack of..... Sickening!! I have called 2 more times Tuesday & Friday(week later). They have done nothing. They say they will call me back & never do. They just brush it off. I need the pres. badly. The lady, I think Colleen they said,if they gave me correct name, extremely rude!! Rude everytime. Cuts me off while I'm talking, gets sarcastic & puts me on hold without telling me after she makes rude comments about me to others so I can hear her. Avoid this place, totally incapable and rude. Unconcerned that I am in pain & need prescription filled. Been a week now & nothing. Go through this Everytime. Ridiculous! Another time I happen to be in Walgreens, I ask about ear & nose pain, swelling, etc., Pharmacist manager tells me, just take Sudafed, you don't have any infection, it's just congestion. I say, but it's very painful, nose swelling, & ear has a discharge. He says it's only congestion again. I go to Dr. because even I know better. Find out it's a severe bacterial infection. Stay clear of this pharmacy!! April 2020: employee says to store manager, as I walk by, there is still one more box of masks in the back, are you going to buy it... Employee says as well, yes, we have 1 more box and we already got some, manager says I'll buy the box. Obviously buying up all safety masks so customers don't get any during a Pandemic. Girl in pharmacy removes her mask as she is checking me out for my prescription, saying to she needs to get some air. What the heck!!!!!!!!!!!! Also her & store manager being rude to a lady on the phone trying to get her prescription. These people are horrible!!! if they get rude with you and you get back I've seen this with the customer front of me the one lady won't even help so just stop dealing with you and she works there be nice to the customers and help them and if you make them at your fault. They don't answer their phone even though they're not busy I was on hold 20 minutes and then drove down there because I live right down the street and they don't even have anybody there they're just all sitting around talking and I'm standing there in line and it takes them awhile to you and help me because they're having a personal conversation loudly.

Called on a prescription. Waited a half hour after being put on hold -- no answer. Went to store to inquire. Was told ready in 15 minutes - sit to the side. After waiting 45 minutes and being ignored by staff, went through waiting line again. Clerk indicated step to side -- be ready in 5 minutes. 1 minute later informed me they had no supply of the prescription. Have been waiting 2 weeks for the prescription! Informed - short staff.

I wanted to like this place!Walgreens' Palm Springs it's by far the worse location I have ever been to. At first, I was very tolerant because the average age of the employees it's a bit older than the average stores. But, now (not sure if they don't hire seniors anymore) the employees are even younger than me, the attitude is unacceptable.Yesterday, I went to buy a mask and asked the cashier where I could find a mask, she responded with the worse attitude, can you see them everywhere. I know she was working late on Sunday but, this doesn't give anybody the excuse to disrespect a customer. Anyway, I bought 2 masks for a total of $36 I barely walk out of the store when I realized one of the boxes was empty. Immediately, I went inside the store to my surprise the manager started shouting at me, you must cover your face immediately bLAh blah blah (even though he just sold to me an empty box) I told him there is no need to make a scene I have been your customer for over 25 years, I just paid you $40 why are you accusing me of STEALING A MASK, WOW! I asked myself why I did wrong to deserve "the thief treatment" no wonder they have to work on Sunday nights continue to ruin the reputation of their store.

Yikes! Phone systems haven’t worked for several days for me to call and update my insurance info, so I went in and waited a half hour (they are always understaffed) where they could then tell me this location doesn’t accept my insurance, and then I would have to come in and wait for them to fill the prescription since their drive thru system was also down. Then the registers were slow because they had “weird internet” sort of a mess! Will not be going back

First of all if you’re having a bad day either go home or don’t go into work with a terrible attitude. Pharmacy staff was was rude before I even started speaking to them and it’s not MY problem if YOUR system doesn’t “show you anything” I paid for medication online and charged my bank and I even had to show you my bank transactions and still couldn’t help. Then you had the audacity of shouting out to your coworkers “I need to go on my break”, you needed to go on home you were lucky I was in a good mood and did not treat you like you treated me, if you cannot handle simple stress and a little bit of hard work maybe you shouldn’t work with people and find a different career.Well anyways please be better and hope you day gets better so you can treat people in a civil manner.

I waited an hour on their call line during which they said 3 calls ahead of you,2 calls,1 call then it switched me back to hold without saying calls ahead of you for 45 more minutes. After 1:45 minutes I gave up calling the pharmacy to find out if they carried a medication.

RUDE dismissive UNPROFESSIONAL - I, too, endured a 60 minute hold and finally went to the store to find out if my prescription was received and ready. It was received, all right - 8 HOURS AGO - and they simply hadn’t gotten around to filling it. To which I got to wait another 60 mins to fill a cough syrup bottle. Maybe they don’t have funnels? WORST CUX SVC EVER

I was there today and wanted to ask the pharmacist a question about locating a certain item. I first waited behind someone who was questioning about medication, and then he disappeared and started filling prescriptions. There were several there that could see me, and another came on duty and walked right by me. The clerk was on the phone but any one of the others could have answered my question in 2 seconds. After 10 minutes I left, vowing I would not be returning to Walgreens. I know that this could just be certain staff, but really? All three of them?

Made an Covid booster and flu vaccine appointment online because they aren't accepting walk-ins. Not that it mattered. I arrived at my scheduled time only to discover they were out of both the booster and the flu shot. I guess incompetence is what happens when we have to rely on commercial businesses rather than "socialized medicine" as conservatives put it.

This Walgreens was so cool like they had items that I hadn't seen anywhere else such as this Clean and Clear face mask which anywhere else I had never encountered but here and it was unique. The whole store is well organized and reasonable prices with ease of checkout and everything very fast. I would definitely visit this location again for anything.

Very disappointed with the customer service of this branch. My provider called in a prescription the previous night and left a voicemail for my refill to be filled the next day. When I attempted to pick up the prescription they said they had nothing on file and it turns out they hadn’t listened to their messaging system from the night before (even though they had already been open for two hours that day). The pharm tech that I spoke with was quite abrupt and rude— I am a nurse and I would never speak to patients that way.

The Tech Dept needs to readjust avail info....Just in case you are unaware online selection & shopping a of particular store is BLOCKED. Not available to shop online IF they post the pharmacy is (temp) closed***WHY?*** PLEASE fix that bc as consumers we still want to place pick up orders & see what's available at the local store

I have been shopping at Walgreens for the past 12 years or longer and at this particular Walgreens I find the store not too busy and I know a lot of the employees my service dog goes with me and they have treats available for her oftentimes certain products are in stock and I also find that there is often wait time to check out.

The pharmacy was closed all day 2/16/22. An employee told me this was a planned closed day. It’s not difficult to update this info on the web site to google. They just don’t care.

Do not get your prescriptions sent here. They are understaffed. I always wait a minimum of 45 mins in line. By far the worst Walgreens in Palm Springs.
