This is the worst pharmacy I’ve experienced. And it’s not just one poor experience. It’s the closest to my house, so I use it for convenience. But it’s worth driving somewhere else to fill scripts.One of the technicians is always really manic and stressed out. She constantly dedicates inordinate amounts of time to menial tasks as the line builds. Don’t be surprised to stand in line for (no joke) 30+ minutes. Maybe one person served per 6-12 minutes.But the worst thing about this place is that that same tech practically shouts everything she is thinking (Hence the knowledge of the tasks being preformed). Is this annoying? Yes. But more to the point is that she shouts exactly what your scripts are. Do not go here unless you want everyone in that very long line hearing your medical history and her opinion on what pharmaceuticals you’ll be taking away.The one aspect of this place that works is the drive through. The person working that window is fast, quiet, and polite.

This Wall Greens doesn't honor their appointments for vaccinations.Appointments mean nothing to them.My wife had an appointment for the same time the pharmacy went to lunch. She waited for 45 minutes, and she was the first one there, but when the pharmacy got back from lunch they didn't ask who was there first. Instead they rudely pushed my wife to the back of the line. She had to give up after waiting for almost an hour, and she was treated like garbage by the uncaring staff.Pluck this flace!

I am very upset but the way I got treated at Walgreens I spent 60 bucks to buy stuff that I needed and I had a piece of trash to throw away the lady would not let me throw away a piece of trash she told me to take it to my house her name was Sheila very unprofessional just a heads up for anyone shopping this was the Walgreens right by Albertsons on Sunrise and Vista Chino.

Worst pharmacy in Palm Springs! The staff is extremely rude and less than helpful! Switched to CVS! Delayed medications, wrong insurance info and refused to help.

Made an appt for covid test. The appt confirmed but nobody there. It closed for lunch. Nobody answered the call and the call transferred to covid vaccine appt. Feel sick in my car but could not leave. Not only me waiting at the drive thru though. I have a company with good music. It would be ok if I feel like I am about to puke all the time.

I’ve never known a pharmacy to only be open 3 days a week! This is very inconvenient for people that really need their meds!! Now they just added another day to be closed, they might as well close it permanently to make it easier on people so we can go else where and get our meds when we need. I’m transferring out!!

The worse Walgreens I've ever been to. Homeless people surrounding the building, low supply of everything and unhelpful staff that borders on rude they care so little.Albertsons is right across the street and is better at everything.Heck, even a little employee training would go a long way.Avoid this location.

If you're lucky you'll get Alejandro when you need to print a large number of pictures from your phone.He is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the cropping feature which others hadn't which would have saved time and redos!!When changing print size from 4"x4" to 6"x4" you most definitely need to not just change size but then use the cropping feature. Using the Walgreen's app is super easy once you know what to do - apply the discount codes prior to selecting your pictures otherwise you'll pay full price!

Alex and other team members in the photo lab are very professional and courteous. Every time I call , Alex is very professional and exhibits a positive attitude. She is very knowledgeable, and she excels at providing excellent customer service. She is a great asset to Walgreens, and I hope management recognizes her for her superb performance.

Pharmacy closes without warning and doesn’t let you know if or when it will reopen. If your using this pharmacy, as I am, and you need to pick up a prescription, YOUR SCREWED! Absolutely no one to speak to.

Well stopped very nice sales associates. How come the shells marked with reduced clearance tags her empty when I get there?! 🤭*There was not a wait to get into the store I just don't know how to change that answer

Pharmacy is always so busy. Always on hold when calling. I sat outside in car at pharmacy pickup for about 10 minutes. This wouldn't be soo bad, but no one was in front of me.They said they would be with me in just a minute....10 minutes. I have stopped going here because of the lengthy waits every time.

I need to think about changing pharmacies. I have been using this Walgreens for many years. I am tired of waiting in line and the staff does not seem to be engaged with the customers. Today I found out they put my prescription away and that I could wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to refill it. Really? I pick up refills at least twice a month. Why did they put my prescription away? Now, I have to make another trip to this place.

This place is a disaster...they rip of customers and the pharmacy operates without any concern for anyone who needs medications. I'm so sorry I choose them when changing insurance. Fortunately I found another pharmacy that puts the customer first!!!

This pharmacy is CRAP!! They take forever to answer the phone. They lost my insurance information twice. They told me an hour and it was 3. They made me late for work. They were rude and slow.

Closing for a lunch hour on the weekends on which days you close earlier is upsetting. Serve your customers and stagger your lunch breaks like you do on the weekdays. Stop being so damn cheap.
