They have a new policy that they only refill prescriptions on the very last day the prescription is running out. If I’m busy that specific day I’m out of luck and will miss my needed medicine. And if I’m traveling that day they require seeing a printed itinerary. Very customer unfriendly. All other pharmacies in town have at least a one week buffer, giving their customers flexibility in when to refill prescriptions. Looks like I’ll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere going forward.

Pak in the pharmacy is a rockstar! Also I switched over to Rite Aid from another pharmacy (won’t mention names) best decision I ever made! Everyone is so nice, my prescriptions are always ready when quoted, I feel like they hurry them when I have sick kiddos in the car, and the drive-up is super fast! And I love that they stay open past when we get off work.

The arrogance and rudeness coming out of the pharmacy is astonishing. "The prescription is not here" then slams the phone. SHE could have said, it's not here but was sent to another RiteAid let me resolve this. Somebody did resolve this after hours of my day being wasted due to the pharmacist being pissy. I wasn't trying ruin your day, so don't try and ruin mine ladies.

My go to pharmacy now for 8 years. They always are courteous and my prescriptions are ready when I arrive.I appreciate their calls as reminders to pick up.Also where I get my regular shots to maintain my health.

Arrived over two hours before closing to get an ice cream cone and was told the ice cream area was already closed. What a total waste of my time. I wish the store posted their ice cream hours on the website since they are apparently different than the regular store hours.

I came to get my Rx, walk up to the pick up counter and one customer is leaving, so I was next. Then another man camw behind me and seemed in a rush. I was being helped by the kindest pharmacy tech I've met in a long time (especially seeing that she has to do some extra tedious work for my Rx) and then the man behind me proceeded to say something rude about how she was being slow (she wasn't, she was doing her job and being thorough!) Anyway, I want to say thank you to CHELSEA, you are great and I appreciate your help tonight! Thanks Chelsea !!!

This is specific to the pharmacy at this location. They are the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever done business with. There can be five people behind the counter and two more coming on shift. Three customers waiting yet it still takes them over an hour to fill an rx that they told you would only take thirty min. And when you ask them what is taking so long the woman helping you just groans like she can answer cause she knows you’re right. Meanwhile three of the five people are talking about the computer program. There is absolutely no hustle what so ever. The worst!

This Rite Aid is one of the best Pharmacies I have ever used. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, understand and explain insurance coverage and answer questions. The option to pay online in advance of pickup is great. The store inside is well organized and well stocked - and immaculate!

We are on our way to Buckeye Arizona to have Thanksgiving with my sister and we I forgot my aspirin so we stop by rite aid to buy some and I really needed to use the restroom. The girl at the counter said the restrooms were closed and I asked why?? She keep saying because they are closed and then she started to stutter and saying they didn’t work.So does that mean employees can’t use it either because they don’t work?I know that she was lying!!!

Pharmacist and staff are courteous and efficient. I've been going to this Rite Aid for over 7 years. Convenient location on 111 Sunset Way Palm Springs. I spend summers in New York State. Switching and transferring prescriptions from Rite Aid to a New York pharmacy for the summer and then back to Palm Springs is made easier by this Rite Aid.

The other Rite Aid on Palm Canyone Drive in Palm Springs closed and our prescriptions were transferred to the larger store on Tacquitz. Luckily, when I walked in, there was Lina (not sure of the spelling) from the old store. She is helpful, efficient and pleasant. It was comforting for a 90 year old customer.

My family and I always love to go to rite aid for the thrifty ice cream which is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately this specific store has unfriendly staff. When we 1st entered the store the the staff do not greet us. My children and I headed towards the ice cream counter and the staff stopped us before we could reach the could reach the counter and stated we need to purchase the ice cream before we can be assisted. Which honestly wouldn't have been a problem but after I made the purchase for the ice cream we headed towards the ice cream counter to be disappointed this specific Rite Aid only had 5 flavors available. We decided we would go to a different store for ice cream. I asked the employee if we can go ahead and do a return since there were no flavors available that we would like. It was so upsetting that we had to make a purchase and then a return for an item that was not even available. I think it would be in the best interests of Rite Aid to allow customers to get their ice cream before they purchase the ice cream or allow their customers to see what's available before they insinuate the ice cream is going to be purchased. And if they honestly feel that a purchase needs to be made before they are assisted there should be a sign so everyone's aware and it's not yelled at from across the store. It was honestly a really horrible experience. I also feel it would be a great opportunity to improve on customer service. My family I will not be returning to the store.

Walked to the Sunrise location on Jan. 5 and purchased two sparkling ice drinks. One of the two bottles, unfortunately, leaked in my bag of purchases that had totaled some $58 dollars. A number of the items were rendered unusable and the receipt unreadable. I called about a possible partial refund and was assured by one manager that a record of my purchases was available, that a receipt and note would be left in the office for refund on a few items, and that I would not be expected to return the liquid-leaked goods. When I returned, hoping to buy a few items with the small refund, the manager on that shift told me he could do nothing without receipt, without concrete damaged items, and that further, there was no note in the office. Disappointing response after the earlier promise. He directed me to return when the other manager came. Pass. Poor customer service. I understand that proof is needed, but the items were not salvageable. Sometimes a small exception goes a long way.

The store was a little dirty & I had to wait for almost 1 1/2 hours to get 1 prescription filled when I was told it would only be 20 minutes. Now I remember why I drive 12 miles out of my way to the Rite Aid on Washington & I-10. I won't be using any other branches again.

One of the pharmacists (you’ll know which one) is super mean and very unpleasant to speak with. It’s almost as if asking a question is a nuisance for her.They never have inventory for the pharmacy, they are always out of stuff and takes forever for shipments for medication.
