We switched from Banning Veterinary Hospital when they tripled their prices and we had some other unpleasant experiences with them and I am SO HAPPPY and relieved. The staff here are so lovely. They fit me in on the same day I called and I have never had a vet and team spend so much time with us. They were caring, helpful and they worked with me to only do the necessities and keep the bill in an affordable range. They were so kind and gentle with my grouchy senior dog, gave great advice and I am so thankful.

Just spoke with them on the phone but they were helpful enough, but they quoted me a very high price for just a simple visit for my dogs anxiety. Still plan on perhaps seeing them once can afford it, our baby needs to see a vet! $200 is just a lot plus whatever doc orders (all he needs is anxiety meds he used to take for his nerves and will be fine.) If my bf and I can't find anything cheaper sooner, will be coming to see them and will write a review about how they actually operate at that time.

Dr. Bousquet is the best, most caring veterinarian. She takes all the time you and your pet need. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Took my pup, they prescribed meds, infection came back within a month, different vet states that the mg they gave me was for a small dog not my 75 lb dog!!! I paid$ 250. An online vet charged me $50 bucks and Walmart charged me $28. When I talked to them they said that my dog would have to be brought in to be retested. Complete scam

I felt good about our appointment and am looking fwd to getting the pheromone atomizer for the house. I bet that will take care of my problem. I may pass on the urinalysis until after I see how the atomizer works. My decision is solely financially based.

I'M BROKEN HEARTED-😭😭😭NEGATIVE ZERO STARS-!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!! I WENT TO EUTHINIZE MY POOR SUFFERING CAT WITH CANCER- AND THEY DIDNT DO IT RIGHT-!! THE CREMATORY I WAS CLOSED THAT I WAS GONNA TAKE HIM TO-SO I HAD TO TAKE HIM HOME-WELL-ITS A GOOD THING-CUZ HE WAS STILL ALIVE-!!!! I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT HOME WITH HIM-HE WAS STILL BREATHING-!!! HE FINALLY PASSED SEVERAL SEVERAL HOURS LATER IN HORRIBLE PAIN -!!!! HE WAS SUFFERING EVEN MORE AFTER I LEFT THERE BECAUSE HE HEMERAGED FROM THE BRAIN OUT HIS NOSE THERE WAS FRESH BLOOD 9 HOURS LATER-!!!!!-!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭update-my cat is STILL ALIVE-SUFFERING😭😭😭😭😭😭-I DONT HAVE THE $$ TO TAKE HIM 2 A DIFF VET TO END HIS SUFFERING-I cant even imagine how many animals werent completely passed away that just automatically went into the freezer-!!! still alive-!!!-but were drugged and incapacitated enough to make the owners 'think' their animal is dead-when in fact the animal is not-!!!!! Its been over 12 hours ago now this started-Ive posted pictures of my horror of a nightmare seeing my baby boy die like this at 15 yrs old-these people-no-these MONSTERS- need to have their license REVOKED -and then shamed in the public eye for these absolutely torturous acts of hate towards animals and their owners so that these acts of TERROR ARE STOPPED-!!!! All because I asked them to please give me break on the $190 they wanted to put my fur baby to sleep-this is after I already spent $1200+ to figure out my baby has cancer-these people are a RIP OFF AND they give you FAKE empathy and FAKE compassion to make you believe they care-when its OBVIOUSLY ALL BOUT THE $$$$$-they PURPOSELY did this to my cat to make ME PAY in the worst way ever-!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SATANIC CULT-!!! my bab6 didnt deserve to go this way....I'm so broken...and at this point-I'm honestly wondering if he actually even had cancer or not-cuz I think they were pissed I didnt want to try n give him treatment for cancer-and spend thousands of dollars there for something that he didnt even need-these people are EVIL HEARTED....

I had the best experience ever. We showed up 15 min early and they got us in the exam room. My dog usually is very afraid to go to the vet. When Lisa came in to check on us, she sat on the floor with my dog and gave him treats. I saw my dog was getting comfortable and even gave her a kiss. I was amazed. The Dr. Bousquet came and saw my dog and sat on floor with us. I saw my dog was not afraid and that made my so happy. They were able to exam him and give him the proper medications. I highly recommend vet services here. I will definitely come back if needed. Thank you.

There's only ONE female vet in this place, and the entire clinic is basically run by young girls called Techs. Be careful, they over charge you.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Michelle Bousquet. I was very impressed and I have found my new vet. She was very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and I will be returning. Great to have a new vet in town.
