10/10 they are the sweetest people. My baby had a harsh life he’s a rescue, had never had a haircut I don’t believe. Another vet suggested I go through the VA and get him knocked out to groom him. I’m so happy I didn’t go through that!! They were so gentle with him and his confidence has gone up a million %. We will definitely be back!!

Carla is an amazing and patient groomer. I am from out of town and we just traveled cross country with our pomsky Abby. She went thru cold, snowy & rainy weather, mud, red clay, gray clay, sand, dirt and lots of gravel. Needless to say, when we got to Palm Springs Abby looked pretty rough.After explaining my plight, she had mercy on me, she found a spot for us in her calendar….Abby had the bath, blow dry, sanitary cut, expressed the glands & nail trim. She made Abby beautiful again! I can't thank her enough!She is soo reasonably priced, she and her staff are so friendly!

Gotta love this place. These folks love what they do. It's a no stress, happy, relaxed, efficient, caring and talented group here. I like that they are open late. My two small designer dogs had a great time. The look beautiful. Lots of experience, know how, and personal attention. The best part, for me, was how kind everyone is. Places and people like this dont exist anymore. No attitudes! U must go! Have a great experience and a gorgeous, happy dog!

My sister's 14 year old mini-poodle service dog gets groomed here. Staff is friendly and very good with dogs. Social dogs are kept in the grooming area together. Non-social dogs have their own pens. They offer a variety of services & doggy haircuts. Prices are reasonable. A very good place to get your dog groomed.

Excellent first grooming for our mini-Schnauzer Chloe. Carla spent all the time necessary to cut her just as I had asked. And the price was right.Update - I have changed my review to two stars. A 12 pm appt turned into an almost six hour stay. When I called at 4:45, I was told that she was being antsy but I could pick her up at 5:30. I arrive at 5:30 to be told that she was not as good as the last time (when I was told she was a bit antsy also) so five minutes more. I finally left at 5:50 pm and was told to bring her back the next day when convenient to have her nails trimmed (I was also told this the first time). When I got home and looked closely at Chloe I could see that her feet weren't trimmed, her eyebrows were uneven, her left ear wasn't trimmed (but her right one was!!) and her beard also wasn't trimmed. Time for a new groomer.

We took our mini poodle in last week for a much needed cut. I can't tell you how pleased I am. They are so friendly and great with all the dogs. They cut her exactly how I asked and she looks beautiful. If I didn't reside in Canada they would be Abbys regular groomer.

Best groomer in the valley. I had tried four other groomers with very poor results. The do charger a littler more than their competitors but it is well worth the money. The old adage "you get what you pay for" is certainly true with regard to K-9 Country Club.

I know Covid-19 is going on but.... I called this company to schedule an appointment. No hurry...told to come in at 500 then 515. Ok. No prob. I arrive on time. Get to the door to find a sign to enter on the back street. I am handicapped so its difficult. No one explained on phone. No prob. Go to back there's 3 steps. I cannot do steps but no prob...not. Ring doorbell as instructed. Lady answers the door. Asks to me drive back around to front. I shared I'm handicapped...it was hard to get to back. I just left the front cause your sign said not to enter there. She wants to know how many dogs. I tell her 2. I explained i have a 515. She says No. We are backed up you'll have to wait 30 -45 min. I said i couldn't. She says that they have people who have appts. She starts to close door. I shared as she closed the door...i too have an appt. you all gave me. Door closed. No thanks...i will go elsewhere. But wanted everyone else to know the unprofessionalism.
