If I could give less than one star I would, I’ve been a more than loyal customer to this specific dollar tree and lately they e been having problems with their freezer section but I thought I’d give it a try and go get the same thing I always spend $20 dollars on like twice a week and this time it looked like it was left out to completely melt then refrozen to sell to people and one of the boxes were taped shut like someone had already returned one in the past recently but they wouldn’t give me a refund? Never going here again usually nice staff but nighttime staff specifically one person was the rudest person I’ve ever encounter I filmed the entire thing so I’ll make sure to put her name in my management review 👍🏼

Can someone tell me why the employee thought it would be funny to try and take a toy (already paid for) from a two year olds hand to see his reaction and just laughed at the fact that he got uncomfortable with her? That red head lady needs lessons in customer service. I'm sure a lawsuit would be worse for touching someone's child. Do better

I used to shop at the Dollar Tree closer to where I live until I discovered the store on Sunrise and Vista Chino. This store is much larger and has many more aisles to stroll and items to consider. The staff always greets you when you arrive and checkout is fast and friendly. I wish ( not really ) I could find something to make a snarky comment about but I can’t.

There is a illegal who quote" I don't want your kind here" both sides of mom and dad 3 generations served from WW2 to Afghanistan. 🇺🇲 Nothing less than his termination immediately for saying Americans are not welcome. Actions have consequences and accountability. 100 American soldiers WILL protest this place for the rude and disgusting service. "I don't want your kind here" tell 100 🇺🇲 soliders.

Very nice and clean store. Well stocked with items that are used everyday. Staff very helpful and friendly at the checkout. Of coarse prices are very, very reasonable. I guess that's why they call it the Dollar Tree.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and most organized Dollar Trees that I have ever been to! I was really impressed by how nice it was and all the awesome items that they had for sale! Wow! You can't go wrong here! And they actually have quite a bit of decent quality items! Besides, for a dollar, you really can't go wrong!

I love the fact they have great inventory. I can find most things I want and they keep it well stocked. The only comment is that not all the check out people are nice and friendly. They aren't rude, just not too talkative and I love to talk! I do recommend this store. I manage a RV Park and send the residents over whenever I can.

like always got a lot of stuff didnt need. I can t get out of store without spending $30 plus. I love the store.. I find cool things I normally wont buy. I got a flat bright flashlight. I only seem one. fits in back pocket or strap to dog. thanks

To say all dollar tree stores come with a lot of the basic the same items available. Little did I know this Dollar store has a few things that others don't and you know what I like this little gem people here are friendly. And honestly it's a great deal

Great store. Always clean. Friendly staff. They always say hi when you enter. Great policy on children. They cannot come into this store after school gets out without a parent with them. Wish all other stores and restaurants would do the same!

I Only Shop Here Once a Month Now & I Buy Less Yet Spend The SAME! And Since I'm on a very small bugget I Won't Go Out of My Way to Shop Here EVER Again SINCE $🌳 Decided to RAISE Their PRICES While Simultaneously SHRINKING Their Products!!AND the Items that 'Can Be', ARE Being Taken Apart and Sold As Two Separate Items as IF They Could Be Used One Without The Other!! As in there Brooms, Mops, Dusters, Plunger Heads Etc. Are Now SOLD SEPARATELY From Their Handles and Toilet Brushes Separate from Their Holders Etc! Etc! The Liquid Laundry Soap and Other Liquids Have Been SHRUNK Several Ounces! Now the 99 Cent/$1 Store AND Even Wal-Mart Are Actually CHEAPER On A LOT of ITEMS that Are Now $2.20 for What Used to Be $1. COMPARE Ounces Against Prices Where You Shop B4 YOU SHOP At The $🌳 Thinking Your Getting A Better Deal! DON'T BE FOOLED! Now Many Items Cost Less Elsewhere!

The reason why I'm giving this a five-star as I'm a handicapped person and I find the handicap parking is right in front of the store it has a handicap curves and I would say probably 85% of the Isles are wheelchair accessible. It is very very clean , stock is nicely set up on the Shelves. And the staff is always helpful and very friendly. The store at Vista Chino and Sunrise Way is my favorite!!

Even though I had to wait in a line, I did not mind. The male cashier was very efficient in finishing each transaction and also personable. He asked me about my purpose for shopping that day. I felt special.

Customer service was horrible. One cashier with a line of approximately 8 people. When they finally decided to open a new lane. The cashier decided to take the person who was behind me. To the front of the line even though I was next. I politely gave everything back. I won't spend my money where there is horrible customer service.

This store has so much more than some of the others, it is well stocked and extremely clean and neat. I drive 35 miles just to shop here. Love it!

I love this place just recently discovered everything's a dollar it's kind of hard to believe they're able to sell some stuff for dollars cuz it's really good stuff great place to get party stuff. The staff is really friendly and nice. you can find some really good items here that you probably weren't thinking of before but it's a great place for snacks candy chips and other household sundries

Great little dollar store, you can find a lot of fun stuff, I don't know how I spent $60 in a flash 👌🤪😁😷🙏.I loved how well organized and clean it is, I am used to thet ones in LA, where it's always crazy with stuff thrown all over, this one was such a pleasant experience, nothing out off place, and very hard to resist stuff... apparently, cause I didn't but any food... 😳🙏😂💖

Truly a $1.00 or less store. Great and varied selection including fresh and frozen grocery items. Well stocked, clean and organized making it a pleasure to browse and shop.Most of the similarly advertised stores are in reality, a dollar or MORE and are in most cases are more.

So upon entry I asked if they had bags of ice, at which time I was told far back wall right hand side so I go back to get it and there isn't 1 bag of ice so I came back up t o the front at which time I was rudely informed that I would have to wait while one employee was doing nothing. They were rude and I should have went elsewhere.

Rather you're a shopper or an employee its a good experience. Most employees are well trained and friendly. Everything is pretty simple to find. Food is always fresh and neatly stocked.
