I have been going to CVS for many years and they have been the preferred Pharmacy for my health plan so over the years. There was a couple of years where I could use CVS or Walgreens but that was very short lived and so I had to move everything out of Walgreens to CVS. I enjoy shopping in the store because I know so many of the employees now and they're very friendly but the the manager can be can be friendly and can be a bit out of sorts but I think that comes with management and the pressures. As far as the pharmacy itself generally you can get things done quite quickly and with covid being over as far as a pandemic they now have set up a separate Clinic that gives the shots from flu to shingles and to whatever. For a time it was they were having to give shots right there at the pharmacy and it really was became difficult I think to manage it all. Matt Groves does a good job as the pharmacy manager and you can call and ask him and other pharmacist questions and the important thing is that you make sure that you know what the price is before you go in you can look that up on your health plans website and find out exactly the cost and make sure that you are using a preferred Pharmacy of your health plan because I have waited way too many times for people coming in and just being shocked because the price of something is so high and yet they've done no work ahead to find that out and sadly it's not fair to keep people in line because you know you didn't know the price and then you want them to call your doctor to see if there is another drug or even call the insurance company to find out why you're being charged so much but I think if customers and staff work together it can be a good experience and what looks like a long wait sometimes can turn into just a few minutes

Horrible experience with the store manager. When the computer system didn’t honor one of their many coupons they dangle in front of us customer, I asked him to solve the problem. This made the store manager literally seethe with rage like a middle schooler looking for a fight. The dude is terrible at his job and needs anger management training before he hits a customer. The employees all seemed afraid of him. Horrible store and experience.

The exceptionally kind pharmacy staff went out of their way to obtain a medication they don't usually carry, and that was not even due for a refill yet. And this was just 10 minutes before they close at night! They had every reason to just say no, but they didn't. Without these pills, I cannot digest food and I was leaving town that night for a few days – so it was paramount that I get them as I my prescription had run out. THANK YOU for going above and beyond the call of duty, I wish all Pharmacy staff were this empathetic and amazing! 👍🏽👍🏽

Horrible customer service. I had a prescription for an antibiotic that I absolutely need to take because there is serious risk of infection in my heart and these morons had just closed at 5:00 pm on Sunday but the pharmacist was there and REFUSED to give me the medication. All I was asking for was for four capsules of the antibiotic because I forgot my medicine in Los Angeles. I talked to some idiot manager there by the name of “Lonnie” and he was of no help at all. I will call the CVS headquarters tomorrow and complain and if I get an infection I will sue both CVS, the pharmacist and the store manager. Unbelievable conduct by not very good and highly unprofessional people.

There is a CVS or even two in every city in the entire Coachella Valley. I don't ALWAYS have the best experience, but the pharmacy team works pretty hard to keep things going smoothly....and it's the only pharmacy I've ever been to that has someone reminiscent of a Disney Princess behind the counter, disbursing medication while being pleasant and professional. Even the smallest interaction is enough to make anyone forget they were having a bad day.

Terrible service. I waited for help for 20 minutes regarding an incorrect dosage for a prescription I need. I asked why it was the wrong amount, Mohammed walked away without saying anything, then proceeded to work on other things / have banter with coworkers, while I stood there waiting. No update, nothing, the few times I asked what was going on, I was told, “One moment, please.” I needed help with my dosage from my doctor, I have a bad knee, and I had to stand there waiting for such a long time without help or information. I probably would’ve ended up waiting another 20 minutes had I not just walked out. Wish I could have had a better experience.

Waiting to drop off a prescription. Watching an employee filling prescription bottles, no gloves, andher mask was below her nose. When I commented about it, she said it must have slipped below her nose.BS. I worked in the health care 30 years. That woman would have been promoted to cleaning toilets and her boss looking for another job. She was breathing over customers prescriptions. And don't tell me she was breathing through her mouth. Dogs breathe through their mouth, humans breathe through their nose.

Wow this CVS has something to learn and that's certainly the thing that it is sick people who calling in who are in the need for medications. I called in once the guy says hold on and hangs up the phone. I called again he said sorry hold on hands up the phone again. I called the third time another person picks up the phone which was very pleasant his name is Ishmael and apparently when he put me on the phone hold and the other guy who constantly hung up the phone on me pick up the phone with me on the phone hold and everything works fine when I asked for supervisor because obviously he was after me as I'm the problem not he is. Kevin the supervisor wasn't helpful too. When I started complaining he in the middle cuts me off and says ok. So how can I help you. I said at least that you could do is just hear the person out Nike claim that it's not his fault his hand said was acting out and that it's over and now how can I help you. I went along and started telling him to prepare one of the medications he said that the other Pharmacy has it when I said that I want your pharmacy to fill it and he said that the other Pharmacy could be able to fill it you want me to feel it there. Couple times I have to scream now I want you to feel it and they simply just hung up the phone and call the other Pharmacy. I'm sitting right here and I'm not having a good time how to record phone calls that I have made. I'm not feeling well and I'm barely sitting in my chair. God forbid if I'll go fainting and something is going to bed happen to me cuz last time when I fainted I broke my leg. I feel weak and I feel a bit nauseous. Last thing I want is it people who are medically trained. Who are will understand and their best capacity to understand at the people are calling in are obviously in Need for help. Customer service is poor the behavior of a people is poor supervisor of conducting harmful services that really backing up his workers I'm doing nothing to help customers.

My Dr. called in a prescription at 1:55 pm. I went by to get it at 6 pm on my way home. They told me they never got the order. Got back to where I was staying and told my wife. She took my phone and called them back and they told her that they had made a mistake and that they they did get the order. Went back at 7pm and it still was not ready. No trowels in the bathroom either

Terribly slow window service four cars in line and waiting 15 minutes which seems to be normal for this store.Called the manager from the window line over 2 weeks ago to report graffiti on the building (see pic) he thanked me and you can see how affective he has been at taking care of the damaged building. I always like feeling like I live in the inner city in Palm Springs has lots of class NOT !
