Love coming to this shop when I’m in Palm Springs—they have such a unique variety of toys, treats, collars, and accessories! The staff always go above and beyond to provide you with amazing customer service, which is highly appreciated considering how many people walk into the store every day. Overall a very cute store filled with fun goodies for your puppers!

Stopped in to get our dog a toy. It’s very “cosy” , but they somehow managed to pack a lot of cute toys, clothing, leashes, bags, etc. into such a small place. If you’re shopping for your pup in Palm Springs, I would highlyrecommend checking it out.

You can't ask for better service and selection. Every time we go to Palm Springs we stop in and get our boy a bone that he picks out. The staff has always been extremely helpful, cheerful and always happy to help. This is definitely a regular for us every time we make a trip!

I came to visit Palm Springs and this shop was recommended. I will say it’s so cute place and I wanted to get some stuff for my dogs but they don’t accept cash. Also the cashier was a bit rude. I felt unwelcome. Noticed other customers leave empty handed as well.

My dog and I adored this cute shop!! I'm not from around Palm Springs (I live in LA), but when I saw this place on google I knew I had to take my little girl n check it out! Cute clothing, leashes, treats (that both of my pooches loved), and accessories! Very friendly staff as well. I will gladly make the trek from my home to here! Thank you 😊.

LOVE THIS SHOP! A must stop when in Palm Springs. They have a lot of one of a kind items for your pup. My pup is obsessed with some of their treats. The owners are so helpful and friendly. Give this small business some love next time you are in Palm Springs.

Came here to go Xmas shopping for the pups and arrived to a locked door at 4:30pm on a Thursday (even though the lights were all on). The owner mouthed “we’re closed” and made a “cut” hand gesture across his neck.Bummer given the sidewalk was packed with customers. He must have had something else better to do.

I've been stopping by for a medium size "I Love Palm Springs" shirt with the rainbow flag that sold out last month. I called today and a very nice young man found a medium and I asked he hold it and I'll be there in 10 minutes. He held it, my 12 pound Chihuahua (doesn't bark and loves all dogs and people) tried it on and voila. Perfect fit and MADE IN AMERICA. Love supporting local businesses and this place is fantastic

Absolutely adorable and convenient store for your pets. The products are mainly for dogs and cats. The best food for pets are available here. The best cosmetic products for pets are also available here. Gorgeous collars, leashes, hair accessories, beds, toys, sweaters, dresses, shoes, etc. are available here. If you have a dog or cat, this shop is a definite stop for you. You will be very happy you did so. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about a great variety of topics concerning the care of your beloved pet. Your darling pet will be very happy you came here, they are most welcome to peruse the aisles of this fantastic shop as well.

Loved this little store that was all about dogs. It had an amazing selection of apparel and other k9 related accessories. The owner was really nice and loved seeing all the dogs with their owners that came in to say hi.

Traveled over an hour to get there to buy a bling bling collar for my dogs and the store was closed at 6PM eventhough the sign and hours on Google were for 8PM. I found out the store is under new ownership & doesn't carry the same collars. I was so disappointed, this store has been a Palm Springs staple since I can remember, I guess the service and quality of merchandise (from what I could see through the window)just isn't the same!

TLDR: Small store, NOT for cat parents, parking isn't very accessible, and mostly dog leashes/toys and some food.Does not have any decent selection of cat food or supplies. 99% of small store seemed be geared towards dog leashes, toys and some food.Only seemed to have one brand of dry cat food in a small corner in back of store.Service was friendly enough, but a pet store that caters to dogs in central downtown location is missing a lot by neglecting Cat supplies.I understand how the name COULD imply dogs, most animals have cold noses, and name should really make it more clear that it's a dog store, not a general pet store, as google had them listed.

Came in with my two 17 lb terriers and upon entering, the cashier warned me to mind my dogs. He was holding on a tight leash behing the counter a large German Shepherd. Didn't feel safety for my pups, bought a few items and rushed out. Why have a dog in the store that can't be trusted off leash, especially when you know customers may come in either dogs. Second visit, upon entering there was no hello, but a warning he had a large dog behind the counter. He was gripping tightly a leash to the same German Shepherd. Again, made my purchase quickly and left. I will be staying away on Sunday evenings going forward.

They were very nice and super helpful, they gave my dogs yummy treats (and asked first), and they helped me pick the best presents for my furry friends Christmas. Hope to be able to go back soon. Loved it!

My dog loves these places, kids friends, easy location, and excellent service. The worker is very professional, they ask, and they tell you what your pet need. Good quality product, and reasonable prices.

The store is small, but the products they sell there are nice, stuff is a bit overpriced but that expected and understandable due to the location. I was not entirely on board with how the sales person addressed people coming in, but that is just my personal opinion.
