Great store but mainly what keeps me coming back is Angel’s customer service. She is so kind, patient, and genuine to every customer that comes down her check lane. She takes the time to bag items accordingly and always has a hand full of jokes and endless smiles to pass along. I will gladly wait in the longest line just to get a quick chat with her that leaves my day brighter than it was when I got there. You don’t get paid to be nice, you get paid to show up and do the required duties and hours - she goes above and beyond every time

Not happy that I got charged the same amount for a quarter sheet custom cake that I paid for a half sheet same time last year!! Doubled the price! & my sincere confusion was met with such a cold and rude demeanor from the latina woman working there, the other woman who took my order 2 days ago was also super cold and not very helpful..she just quietly made me guess my way through my order and thus let me think I was ordering the same size as last year when I mentioned the number of guests it would feed. Super disappointing since I was so happy with last year's bakery service and how nice and helpful the employees were then..other than that, it's a great grocery store.

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff that go out of their way to help you find something. Was looking for an energy drink and a staff member stopped what she was doing and walked all the way there with me and went over all the options! Great work

Have always shopped at Albertsons but I am starting to think otherwise. Today I purchased 100 dollars in groceries and 7 of the 23 items on sale did not ring up the sale price. Spoke with Frances at customerService and was told that i must not have put them on my digital account. Showed her that I did she got huffy and rang up an amount that was incorrect and threw the money and receipt at me and walked away! I have never in my 68 years been treated so poorly. Rude to your customer when it is the stores error! She needs to rethink being in customer service. VERY VERY RUDE!

The restrooms had 0 toilet paper in either stall. They were disgusting. After informing the employee Hortecta she told me she would get some however 15 mins later she was still just chatting with a customer at the front.

This is our go to Albertsons to get our wine. The entire store is very clean and well organized. This is a neighborhood grocery store that is quite nice. The staff were excellent very friendly and informative. Everything from their pharmacy, their meats and produce are excellent. They have a Full functioning Starbucks. They have an amazing selection of wines here at a great price!

I would give it a better rating but I was disappointed to learn that if you order oysters in the shell, they will not shuck them for you. I love oysters but I don't have an oyster knife or the skill set to do it properly. If they will break down a chicken for you, they should shuck your oysters. If not, then don't carry them.

This is a wonderful location. Not only is it as wonderfully stacked as all Albertsons , against this picturesque background of mountains and palm trees, but it is very clean and artfully decorated. ❤I asked who is doing the displays, they said employees. Well, they are lucky to have these people working there, they do a great job making the place look really really nice 👌👌👌👌👀.They have these huge brand collectibles, gawwd I was so tempted, if I had money w me I would have bought several of those. Loved all their bar lights, the huge Smirnoff canisters, the life-sizes silver runner, the funny quotes and wooden barrells, and the hilarious palm trees with Corona sign 😂😂💯👌👈 my mexican girlfriend would loooove one of those omg, priceless 🤣🤣👌👌👌🙏

I really like the sushi here. Around 12pm they have a lady cutting and making the sushi so it's freshly made in time for the lunch hour.

Your regular Albertsons, this one is pretty big. It has most of your grocery needs. The organization of the rows are sometimes confusing in as far as which rows are next to each other, although they are well maintained.

This is a nice Albertsons branch, with a good selection of many items. The alcohol / wine / beer section is especially well-stocked. The produce section is usually filled with great stuff and has a large organic section. The only downside is that the store often runs out of the best deals of the week by the end of the day. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Good market for snow birds, its very busy, shopper's are very east coast, kindness is hard to find, but the market staff is very kind, also the price of goods are very high compared to Staters market just across the street

Outstanding, clean, customer service was awesome, especially Edgar.... I asked for help out, and Edgar was very professional and pleased to assist me.In addition, I was looking for the bread aisle, and I saw an employee walking towards me, and I asked if she could please let me know what direction the bread aisle was in? And she replied instantly aisle two and pointed in that direction. I thought that was amazing. Everything is absolutely spotless and well organized. I also observed when I entered through The North Door, there was an employee very quickly and professionally arranging the bananas in a more attractive organized display. And I thought to myself how often you see employees kind of sort of trying to look like they're moving but they're not but this beautiful lady was actively engaged in creating a beautiful design of the bananas. I have one more story I went to the deli counter and I was immediately greeted by a young man and told him that I wanted to possibly order a tray of sandwiches so he politely said, "one moment please" and got the ordering paper and pen and a brochure. Again so professional and within that time that he was grabbing the order sheet another young lady came along and asked if she could help me I didn't have to stand and wait and hope that someone acknowledged me it was really great. I just read something about the Albertsons pass, and I believe I'm going to sign up for it.

We had a room next to us who smokes marijuana for hours and shouting in the room. waited for hours for the hotel to transfer us to another room.. really not good management !

I love everything about this store. It's a beautiful store but, I hate the app. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. Alot of people say the same. I big time stress when it comes time to pay. Please try to make it easier. Thank you

The cashier was very kind and fast. Meats are fresh and the price is reasonable. It has various selection of many items. If I visit this area again, I will definitely come back for my grocery shopping!;)

Review for April 2021. I was in the Palm Springs area this month. And I visited the Joshua Tree National Park, and the aerial Tramway located in Palm Springs. But I also stopped by the Albertson's to buy some salmon and some salad. And it was delicious. I'm not guilty, to say that I am absolutely enjoying my visit here in Palm Springs. Thank you for this wonderful experience

This is a great store and the over customer service is fantastic but there is one issue I must raise. The deli department (the sandwich) department needs tremendous overhaul. Each time I go to the deli they only have certain ingredients which limits the selection my family and I can choose from and adds to how delicious our sandwiches can be. The individuals who make the sandwiches are always in a hurry and make the sandwiches very poorly. My wife and son received and ingested a sandwich with plastic from the casing on the cheese which could be hazardous to them. When it came to my sandwich I received 3 pieces of cheese, 2 pickles and two EXTREMELY thin slices of meat.Now this sort of thing has happened before when my family came expecting a delectable sandwich and were let down like a plane crashing and burning. The first time this occurred, I figured perhaps it was the person who made the sandwich and they were tired but now I have tried a second to come to the same end… crash and burn! I will not be retuning to this store for the deli experience at all. That is until they re train their deli staff on how to make a sandwich and make it with love to gain repeat customers.

Been shopping this particular store for about 6 years. And I can honestly say I have been asked, how's my day? Can I help you with anything? Or just a simple smile. But never ignored or felt like I was under surveillance. Most of the cashier's are God sends. It just makes me want to keep coming back. 👍And now your deli. Very good, I'm addicted to your peppered chicken and I love the way your staff intermingles with us, they definitely are not robots. I've actually tried several sides that they suggested. And loved it. 👍👍On my way in one afternoon, a young man was aggressively going out the north exit with a cart full of groceries (unpaid for),I believe a manager grabbed the cart, but he was alone. No time to call for backup.The way you folks have treated me all these years, I wasn't about to let him tackle this situation alone.Basket was retrieved no big deal. What impressed me was the managers empathy, he just looked at me and sad "that guy is going through a hard time right now".And that was it. 👍👍👍Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful; party trays. I ordered 4 large trays, vegi, pinwheels, fruit and meat and cheese nibbler. They out did themselves. Will definitely be ordering from them for future get togethers. The employees were very nice and accommodating. Above and beyond all expectations.

This place is well stocked and clean. When we visit palm springs we go out of our way to go here. I gave it four stars because even though its a great place to shop for groceries, the employees have a hard time saying "thank you" or "hi". I guess I can't have everything.

I personally prefer Albertsons over stater brothers but there isn't a close Albertsons in my area . The variety of foods , meats , cheeses, desserts , and produce is why I come back . This store was very clean , and well stocked up.
