I’ve been bringing my golden doodle here for three years. Because he’s a big dog, they encourage me to book in advance. They have always accommodated him without compromising his care. I keep him cut very short because he’s curly. He really has bonded with the people who groom him at pampered pet. Their scheduling is really easy. The people that work there are very humanitarian, and the price is very reasonable for the Coachella Valley.

Our pup Phoebe before going to pampered pet was sent home from 2 different grooming facilities because she was frightened and too skiddish to be worked on. Someone in the park referred us to pampered pet . The staff were so amazing, they knew exactly what to do and Phoebe looks fantastic. She was so happy when we picked her up. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have tried other groomers. But the pampered pet is the best we've been to. They're very caring and watch after your pets and do a wonderful job. Only play will take R Bella.

They did a wonderful job on my Bellissima girl. Very thorough and speedy. Also don't have a ridiculous wait time. She is a rescue docker (dachsund/cocker mix) and they have done the best job yet on her. She looks like the diva that she knows she is. 👌🏾

Took my furbaby Nyla to The Pampered Pet and I’m not sure who did her grooming (forgot to ask) but they did an Awesome job!!! She looked so Cute!!! I definitely will be taking her again. Plus everyone was so nice and friendly!! A BIG THANK YOU to The Pampered Pet!!

I brought my clients dog there to get groomed and the ladies did a professional job! They were friendly and personable. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they told me what they could and couldn't do because of his breed. I really appreciated that! Plus they were safe! They asked for his shot records beforehand.

My dog had his nails clipped. He complains a couple of times. Not sure why. He never does it! But overall was fast and same average price as everywhere else $15. Wish it was a little cheaper. It’s Just nails clips.

I love this place. I've twice taken my 16 year old cat there for a grooming. This cat is very particular about who she tolerates, but loves these ladies. They have changed my shabby old mop of a cat into the perfect little lap kitty.

Both of the groomers at "The Pampered Pet" are the BEST! the prices are good. I don't think my dog is caged. When I pick her up she is always sitting in the big room with other dogs. I travel 100 miles to visit my mother and when I am in the desert I always get my dog groomed.

My spouse came home with our English cocker spaniel and to my dismay and anger her ears were shaved! I called the salon and asked why that was, the response was that no one told them not to. It is a standard for any spaniel to have the ears that they do. The groomer, if they were worth anything, should have known not to shave her ears close. Absolutely appalling. She was found by my partner in the corner crying. I can see why poor baby.

They were very sweet and accommodating. A little rough cutting nails but extremely nice when they squeezed my dogs glands. Can't say enough good things because they are fantastic. The prices are so reasonable. Try them out! Great place👍

When I went to pick up my poodle this week she was unrecognizable. They did the exact opposite of what I asked for.When I showed how shocked I was the owner said she was very sorry but mistakes happen. Said there was a miscommunication between her and the groomer.That's putting it mildly.If you care at all what happens to your dog DO NOT take them here.

Jo leads the pack here and it’s a warm and friendly place. I have a very frightened Papillion who screams as soon as the nail clippers come into view but at The Pampered Pet all is handled seamlessly!!! I highly recommend them. We shave Jazz down in this weather and they do a beautiful job!

Pampered pet is my go to groomer. After a bad experience with a groomer, I searched for someone new. I have a puppy who will do anything not to let a comb touch him. He is absolutely nuts, I arrived and was reluctant to leave my puppy but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived the grooming was out in the open. A customer was standing beside his dog while being groomed. After watching for a while I felt comfortable enough to leave my dog. I returned to see my puppy standing tall, wagging his tail and trying to lick hands while being groomed! The puppy looked amazing and so handsome. Thank you for doing an amazing grooming job.

Very professional and very competent staff. They trim our Cocker and know exactly what to ask regarding our trim preferences and give him an expert cut with nuanced details that keep him cool and reduce matting.

I moved from los Angeles to Palm Desert. The same service offered is a fraction of the cost of Los Angeles and they do an excellent job. I'd go back from now on. Thanks for helping my pup. She looks great
