It's impressive that Pet smart assists animal adoptions. The two kitties I adopted are healthy, clean, sweet and obviously never mistreated. The staff is terrific.

Update: 2/9/2019Again... great service. Our pup PiePie is a happy girl.. she had a full beauty day at PETSMART.. See the new attached pic..Amazing customer service... Staff was wonderful. Our Jack Russell (PiePie) is blind and needs help and special care. THIS PETSMART did an amazing job!! Again, the staff was amazing..

Lovely small store. Great deals. I adopted a beautiful kitten from here. They always have beautiful healthy pets for adoption and I have never seen any potential pet there more than a few days. Great staff, sweet customers, precious pets.

Purchased everything needed for a first time in a long time dog - crate, water bowl, food bowl, harness, leash, toys, collar, name tag, food, treats, brush, nail clipper, and bed. The cashier helped me save a bunch of money. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Prices were very reasonable.

This PetSmart is basically the same as most with a huge selection of all things pet. The big difference is the staff! They are extremely friendly and helpful, even walking you right to what you are looking for. Very knowledgeable of their products. Easy parking at this location as well.

Loved Rachel in grooming! Store always is stocked and looks good. The store mgr always goes above and beyond with customer service etc. Been going here for a fee years now and I'm very content. 😁

I like a store that is really geared towards pets and where the employees know the product and are pet friendly. The service is usually pretty good but sometimes we have to wait a little bit as the 1 checker thing sometimes is ruff but I always find what I need, I am always treated with kindness and the store is always well stocked and clean. Prices are good too.

A bit pricey. If you want to just casually look around a clerk will sometimes hover asking if they can help. That bugged me. Some people might like that. A good supply of stuff but I didn't like the feeling of being watched all the time.

The shopping carts are tiny. My puppy always rides in the carts, but she got spooked at the big speed bump under the doorway and she was able to jump out of the one foot tall sidewall. It scared me because she is just a baby and the carts are atleast 3 to 4 feet tall. So be aware, the carts there aren't pet friendly, and if you choose to let them ride take them out before you leave the store.This is a very small petsmart. The one on Monterey in-between Gerald Ford and Dinah Shore has twice the selection this place does, and there's no way my puppy can jump out of their normal size carts.

Took 5 hours ro groom my dog. Was looking for a nice place, this is definitely not it. Can't believe it. Walked in at closing time and they haven't started on my pet which means the groomer is rushing. And I dropped her off at noon.

I go here to buy bird food and supplies for my parrot. They always seem to have some kind of discount on bird food; which makes me very happy.Today, it was Buy One Get One 50% off. Also, they'll price match with Petco, although I haven't needed to price match in over a year, so I'm not sure if that's still going on.The customer service is exceptional! I mean everytime I go in EVERYONE is so nice and helpful!In one part of the store near the door, they have rescue cats up for adoption all the time, how could I not support a place like that, ya know?

Groomers told me to come back in 4 hours . Came back in 4.5 and dog barely done . They then rushed and hands down worst haircut ever . All uneven and choppy . nails not clipped . I will not be back

I’m not a fan of any of the pet stores here there’s another big-name pet store and they both carry almost the same exact products I was trying to look for a through the wall dog door and all they carry is a very low quality cheap version that you know was gonna break so I just went order one off Amazon I find it is better service that way if you want to go pay for overpriced food have at it

Never knew this was here a smaller store than the other two I've been to but had a better selection of the cat food (friskies) our precious ones prefer.
