Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an exchange and they helped me without a problem. Found everything we needed. Store clean and well stocked. Parking was tight, spaces are small. Had to park across lot by tire store.

Buried my 8 year old parakeet then 2 days later I went to Petsmart for a new oneMy green parakeet was lonely, so I bought a beautiful blue parakeet.They are already friends and sleep on same stick.The girl caught my bird easily and check out was quick.I also take my dog there for grooming.

It's an extra drive for me but I love this location. It's larger than a lot of the other pet stores. The grooming salon is staffed with some really warm and friendly people. They treat my dogs extremely well and I've seen how they treat other people's pets. Much larger selection than most places as well. Whoever runs this location has great managers and staff from top to bottom.

Great place to take your dog to be groomed. Friendly and professional staff. They listened to how I wanted my dogs fur. cut and did it was done wonderfully! They were on time and reasonably priced.

A little dirty but thats okay its peak season. The fish tanks were full of algae but being a former petsmart employee i understand how hard it is to keep up with the animals. I love the layout it is easy to find everything! And the cats are so beautiful!!!

Well my wife, Tracy, loved PetSmart in Palm Desert. Especially the Blue Buffalo Rep Karin. She is there on Saturdays and 6 Stars for her .. A++ just amazing. We will be there on Saturdays just to visit and seek information from Karin. The whole store was A++ clean, kind knowledgeable staff .. they were happy with their job .. smiling. Wonderful atmosphere Thank You

Great selection for all your pet needs. Staff is wonderful and helpful, very courteous. There's a good selection for live freshwater fish. This location is one of the bigger PetSmart in the area. If they don't have what you need you can order it and pick it up from the store.

I will never go to Pet Smart again. My reviews are always positive. The vet office in Cathedral City is a joke. Took our dog who was going into anaphylactic shock from bee bites. Said they could not treat and told us to go to emergency clinic 20 miles away! They could have stabilized him for drive to ER. I complained. Gave me promise mgr would call me back. Never called.

My dogs love going for their Spa Day at Pet Smart! The groomers are friendly and obviously love the dogs. My 2 always look and feel clean and hair free. I especially love the furminator treatment. The hair is practically non existent for a good 2-3 months. I give them the highest rating possible! Take your pets there and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and their prices are below average and on Tuesdays they give a 10% discount to seniors!

Pet Smart is a nice pet store. They stock a nice array of medium quality and high quality pet foods along with many other pet supplies.They also have live animals that they sell but I'm not expert enough to comment on the standards of these animals. From what I've seen they do keep the animals in clean surroundings.

Rachel did an excellent job of grooming, my elderly dog. I highly recommend Rachel. That said, I have had two instances of this Petsmart canceling my appointment without any notice. I suggest you call before heading over for your appointment time.
