Amber went above and beyond! Everything I mentioned I'd like to see, happened. Milo was in rough shape as we haven't been grooming as often because of Covid, but Amber knew exactly what to do! Not to mention, Milo came home feeling like a puppy again! He was so excited with his new haircut and had to show it off to all the other puppies in the neighborhood :D

Kali is fantastic . She does a great job on my puppers. She is kind and patient and caring . Everything you want when you leave your babies at the groomer. She also does a great job grooming them. I would highly recommend Kali to my friends. I live in Chicago but when I come to Palm Desert I always make it a point to have Kali groom my boys.

I have two short haired dogs and so paying a lot to have them bathed is ridiculous to me. Petco has great prices and does a great job. The staff at the Palm Desert store are so friendly, knowledgeable and seem to truly love my fur babies, almost as much as I do!

The store manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. He had no name tag as well he didn't even want to help.I felt intimate by his actions toward me and did not give me my receipt after I paid so that I could not get his name.

Worst dog haircut ever. Haircut was uneven, choppy. Wanted our golden retriever cut short with tail and head just trimmed. Got him back and his head was buzzed. Does not look like a golden . Dog just looks bad.
