Great place to get Mexican drinks and food!Coffee was okay but I loved their Horchata, Hibiscus and pineapple spinach drinks! Papaya drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste. Their tamales are okay. Corn tamales are my favorite.

I had this morning a Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo. It wasn’t very good. I could only eat a quarter of it. I brought it back and spoke to Cristobal. He explained that the store changed to a different product. He didn’t offer me something else or a refund.I guess I won’t eat here again.

Don't really put low reviews, but when it comes to food and sanitary issues, I do. On Monday, I went to this vallarta, and I got rice from the location where they were already ready to go in a container but the cold sexmction. When I got home and was ready to eat, we heated up the rice, and when I served it, it smelled weird, I thought it was just me so I ate a little bit and it tasted really bad, like spoiled so I spit out and when I looked at the rice in the container it had mold and it even had white hair. Hopefully, I won't get sick for eating food with mold. And also wanted to add that a couple of times I been there I had seen flies flying around inside where they have the poultry and beef to sell(carneceria area), I even told one of the butchers there too. So, for the sake of everyone's health, just be careful where you buy food from. This place needs an inspector to go see there sanitary conditions.

This place sells nothing but about to be expired items or already expired items. Literally everything in the store is about to expire i bought some buttermilk on the 20th and said it expired the 22nd that same month so in two days?? My fault for not checking since i always have the issue with them but beware this place is a dump

It was so clean and nice place the meat place amazing all the meat was fresh and new even the ready foods everything was amazing nice and delicious only the prices was a little high but in total I like this place it was amazing pack of any cookies anything you want frome 🌮🌯 🍓🍑 meat 🍖🥓 🍪 all kinds of Mexican products I really like this place and also most important thing for me was the employee. They were so nice and helpful. Thank you Vallarta Supermarket I had very good time and I got some very good yammmyyy....m.m.myyyy ..... Things.

I’ve always shopped here. Actually purchased our company meals here past 4yrs. I was very upset my last visit. I purchased mashed potatoes and gravy. When I arrived to pickup my order I was told the gravy was a separate charge. When I placed the order I was told something totally different. When I asked to speak with the manager he apologized and said he had made a mistake and they do charge for the gravy. I would of actually been ok with that but the clerk serving the gravy was very rude and obnoxious.

I usually come here to get the meat for my bbqs and some home cooked meals. The food they sell here is not bad. I like their aguas frescas I usually get the deal they have for the larger container as it lasts me a few days with how much they fill it. Other than that it's a grocery store that caters to the Mexican and Latino cuisine.

Update 2023:still not convinced of this store; I bought agua fresca and it taste just water with sugar and a little bit of pineapple. Quality is way off2020:Female staff are always rude and unprofessional. Only the male cashiers are nice. I hate this store. If you can go somewhere else Please do. The only reason I go there is because the sweet bread and I use the selfcheck to avoid any rude staff

Everyone was super friendly. Most of all, the man in theeat department was so sweet when we were buying carne asada for grilling. We rold him we're from Texas and he advised us what to get, etc.The staff are so awesome and helpful. Wish we have Vallarta in Texas!

Always liked this Vallarta since I moved to the area, love their salsas but still prefer homemade of course , still some good stuff they got . The ready to eat foods they have are pretty good too , I recommend their carnitas 😋. Overall cool store and nice enough employees.

The female cashiers r rude and ignorant. One told me I was too fat and should walk. Shes lucky I didnt smash her. But I have etiquette. No one is helpful they are all too busy gossiping and the dont have handicap carts.ill never shop there again.

This Vallarta Supermarket is small, has narrow aisles, and not the best customer service but it is always clean it offers a deli bakery warm food (the pupusas are the best in town) fresh meat fresh produce fresh flowers alcohol liquor check cashing coin machine self-checkout lotto and scratchers dispenser. it gets very busy during peak hours. They open at 7 am and fresh sweet bread at 8 am. Don't take your whole family with you if possible. The majority of the employees speak English and Spanish. A one-stop shop Latin experience.

This place was surprisingly good. Its small but has pretty much what all the big Vallarta have. I mostly go for the juice since it freshly squeezed, but they have alot more to offer. I dig all the Vallarta supermarkets, just wish they had one in LA, but maybe it's good they don't?

Is very unclean . The servers are always touching their mask with their hands and the bakers don't wear latex cloves when preparing the bread. Their making bread the old dirty ways . I find it disgusting that most Hispanic markets do it these way .while Albertsons vons and other American markets don't. We need to care for the people and show the rest that we care about selling clean product also.

On this fathers day i had a great experience.. It all began when i went in to order a cake for my amazing husband for father's day.. Juan the cake decorator greeted me with great customer service.. Today Juan saw me coming thru the store and handed me the cake .. He looked like he was ready to work with a smile on his face ... Great excellent work Juan

Just right now my baby wanted to use the bathroom my husband kept asking an employee to please give the code to the bathroom and he just looked and walk away. And my son had an accident my husband got really mad. Because everyone was just looking. Horrible customer service. Never coming here again.

They are selling the groceries more expensive than the Food 4 Less ,Ralph's ,Vons and other supermarkets and the food that is already prepared is so expensive like if you eat it in a restaurant with a waitress service, better off eating in a restaurant for the price you pay in that market better is if you eat in a restaurant of your choice , with people serving you at your table, don't buy prepared food there just go to a restaurant, sit and order your food ,they bring you the food at your table , you pay exactly the same price for it but at the restaurant you have service at your table for the same price, cheaper than buying prepared food at Vallarta Supermarkets.

Vallarta is such a good place to stop by for freshly made meals and groceries! They have good deals at the deli on some days and deals on veggies on others! It's a great place to get pan dulce as well as cakes for celebrations!!

I waited over 10 min for staff member to assist me on the bakery. The funny thing is it was not busy at all staff members saw me and keep on talking to each other. I will never return to that Vallarta again.

I came to this market 03/13/19 Around 9pm And the security guard ABEL RODRIGUEZ keep starring at me not in a good way he litterly circled around me 17 times like if I was going to steal the grocery's he even follwed me outside I didn't like that I litterly wanted to beat him up but am not that time of person I have a family they depend on me and I don't want to get into problems. I went to the manger to make a complaint on him she said she was going to report it and I want to know if she did . if they check the cameras u can see that he only looked at me like that and circled around me that many times . I will not be going to that store again !! I left very angry .

It's a really small store compare to there other location don't let that fool you they are stock with all kind of central and Mexican beer. Have a Mexican American restaurant self check out and a carniceria and a cremeria. Thanks

I just got an order of birria and the lady gave only meat but no caldito and they didn't give no cilantro, no onion, no hot sauce. They failed me 😑
