Don't shop at this Target. Go to a different location or find a different store to shop at. Went to purchase a few items, and the checkout process was outrageous. Stood in a line of about 20-40 people, and I am not exaggerating. Luckily, I was around the sixth customer in line and was okay with waiting. There were only two checkout lines open, and they were both equally long. The checkout counter was disgusting and sticky as if no one cared to clean it, and someone had trailed toilet paper from the restroom to the exit, and no one cared to sweep it up. There were about three employees at the door and two of them were on their phones. Not to mention that the area has gotten alot more sketchier at night with people approaching you with soliciting items.

My top 2 of the worst Target I been to so far. The moment you park at this Target, something already feels off. The area that this Target is located in is not a good area. My girlfriend needed some celery for her juicing and since this Target is near me, she wanted to go to this location. I never go to this Target location due to the area but it was last resort. There were a lot of car just parked in front of the entrance for some reason. We came around 8pm and there was barely any parking spots open. The ones that were was near the street of Laurel Canyon which has tacos stand and trucks all set up over there so be ready to smell some smoke on your car if you park there. When you walk inside, it's somewhat clean but not as clean as the Northridge or Woodland Hills location. The reason I give a 3 star is because instead of paying at the cashier or self checkout area, there was someone set up near the clothing area that you can pay at if you're using credit card or debit card. That saves us time because their was long lines when we only had like 6 items.

1 star for the parking lot. Since the vendors have been there, the parking lot has been active as hell. People will follow you and theres lots of scheming for a car accident. Dont let anyone get close to you or youll get pick pocketed/be a target.Actual store is pretty decent 4 or 5 starts depending on when you go.

This target is my favorite target to shop at . They are always in stock with everything I need I’m always in and out never having to wait in line . Every time I go shop for my comestics I’m always getting great help by an employee named Brenda she is so kind and helpful she helped me looked for everything I needed great customer service !

Parking sucks here. The lot is shared with a Ross and Burlington. I couldn't make it inside to check the store out because the lack of parking. I just gave up and decided to drive down to the other Target on Victory that has way more parking. Get ready to possibly spend more time looking for parking at this target, than actually spending time inside the store.

Target is my go to for just about every in home item product I need. From cleaning supplies to clothing. Best place to shop for deals and meals, since they started selling produce it literally has become my one stop shop. Great quality items normally always stocked or the option of finding the item online if my preferred store is sold out. Can't get better service then that.

be careful when you pay with a giftcard at this target in pacoima the cashier today June 16 when paying with my giftcard I knew I had a balance of 120 dls I paid 68 dls and when I paid I gave her the card and she didn't give it back anymore He had placed the card on one side of the box, I told him give it to me because he still has money! and she answered me no, so that it was already used, I said no, give it to me because she has more money available, obviously she had 50 dls, it is more than obvious that they see the available balance of the giftcard because it is also reflected in the note.be very careful, ask for your giftcards back when you pass them and charge them because it is their technique to rob you, ask for it and check if you don't have more available balance because some emoleadas from the box steal the money that is left on your cards.What a shame target that they don't check that, their employees are shamelessly stealing from customers.

They refused to do a return I had come in with at 920, said they stop doing returns at 930, so I brought it to the employees attention that it was only 920 and asked if she was going to do my return and she said nope and walked away.

The real nice gentleman at the register named Nelson was really able to brighten up my day. He showered me in compliments and provided the best customer serviced i have ever received! He also saw the hurt in my eyes after Mexico lost in the world cup so he bought me a first class ticket to Mexico and to meet the players‼️ IM NOT LYING.

Extremely low level of customer service at this location. Your management team should work on their customer service skills at this Target location. i visited your store for a simple even exchange which was such an easy issue to get fixed.. but surprisingly it turned into an unnecessarily difficult matter… i repeat again.. you should practice on your customer service skills.. don’t treat your customers in a manner that they would feel like their time was absolutely waisted visiting your Target store…

I’m shopping at target for years. My daughter get chocolate bar from her school for fundraiser. So, she wants to sell at her favorite store. And we go to sell at target at pacoima but we sell outside not in the store. But the store call security to kick us out not allow the vendors to sell. She not sell for profit it for school. But target allow all the food vendors all around and all their customers took over all the parking lots for target customers.

Cristian invited me to use the self-check out and offered her assistance when I told her I had never used it. I was able get in and out quickly and she provided excellent customer service. Cristian was polite, professional and is truly an asset to the Target family. I also like the new layout of the store.

When I went to the pickup desk the young man there told me that he would help me but he just walked away not even asking for my name. He was too busy checking merchandise to help me. He came back to the pickup desk two more times and each time I tried to speak to him, he just dismissed me saying he would help me, and walked away two more times. I must have waited at the pickup desk for 15 minutes before I went to a group of three Target employees that were huddled together. I told them I had been waiting to pick up my package. They could tell I was not happy so one of them got my information and gave me my package, it only took only one minute. Why was I ignored and dismissed for 15 minutes by one employee for something that took so little effort to accomplish by another employee? Picking up a pre-ordered and prepaid item should not be an ordeal. All of your employees need to understand that servicing a money-paying customer takes priority over checking merchandise.

Ordered an item online for in store pickup & received the email within 30 minutes that it was ready. When I arrived, I only waited maybe a minute or two before I was helped. The associate was friendly, and the item was what I had ordered, so overall it was an easy, quick, painless experience. I’d highly recommend using this Target as one to order items online then pick them up at this store.

Most of the cashiers are nice and so are the managers. I agree the parking gets crazy sometimes and the lines do get long but they are working on that. Need to improve overall appearance of store and associate availability. I can never find someone to help me.

I had a lovely cashier today. I had to give her my birthdate for a purchase and she immediately noticed it was my birthday. The conversation evolved to where my daughter lived and how it felt to be s far away, all within a minute. People should be paid more for this. Being a cashier is one thing, and encouraging repeat business through personal interest in customers is another. I am looking for ways to compliment the cashier to the company bu can't find a 'contact us' link. Maybe the employees are better than the company?

When you try to call and reach any department or customer service desk, somebody just hangs up the phone. It rings once or twice and disconnects. The HR Department just doesn't pick up the phone at all.

Nice staff, didn't have any problems when we returned a couple items. Shelves are stocked, detergent area should be maintained/cleaned as there were spills. Love their free gift card promos!

Removed all self-checkout lanes in the morning hours without the addition of addition of additional manned checkout lanes. Checkout lines are long, and wait times are unacceptable. Go elsewhere.

Customer service at returns is bad. I had to return clothes and I was going to buy something after with the money I got back from my returns. I came to this store because it was closer than the store I originally bought it from. Instead of being polite she told me next time I needed to go to the other store. Fine by me I'll give my business elsewhere. She wasnt even the woman doing my return she was the other cashier that needed to put her two cents in. Stay in your lane lady. You put a bad taste in my mouth and lost a customer.

I went today to Target on Osborne and Laurel Canyon.There was Javier working at the electronic section.Not sure what his problem was, but he gave me a bad attitude. He should work on his temper!

The cart attends are very nice and helpful Danny & Fabian & Keith & Nick the rest of the store really needs work but there are a few cashier I have came across that are amazing but the store inside near the departments could be cleaner stuff on the floor. other staff members could be nicer . They do need more cashier

Target will have “Deals” on products, then it will tell you which store the item is “In Stock” online or app. When you come to this store or call the store, they will HIDE it at the back take it out from display and tell you someone bought it already. Nice! Lol (not sure if all stores does it)

Best Target out here! Better than at Victory. Customer service is great, though I know where the basics are at, I can always find an employee around happy to help. The wait lines are always average or faster. Cleanliness is very well maintained.
