Isn't numero uno anymore but great little store since it changed to superior grocers. There meat looks really good on some days, produce is good . Small bakery section and liquor section . A few options but it's a smaller version of a regular store . Perfect if you need something last minute or are in a hurry

I walked in and left after less than 5 minutes here. The place has an odd sour spoiled smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. The place looks very, very dirty too. Left me a bad first impression as a first time customer. I didn't buy anything as the appearance and smell of the store made me feel anything I buy might be bad.

This market is my go to market on the daily! I go there 3 to 4 times a week for dinner selections! The meat is always fresh the vegetables are fairly priced and always super fresh. There is always someone attending to the vegetables and fruits. People are very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand.And now for good measure I think Superior Markets might have bought them. I see a lot of good changes to the little market.Thank you,Lupe

Vegetables are more expensive than in The Super but if better quality. Meat was more affordable too.

Cool little groceries store. It's small compared to el super or other groceries stores but it has that small town groceries vibe. I pretty much lived in small rural area for 3 years and this store gives me that small rural groceries store vibe. If you have lived rural you know exactly what I'm talking about.P.S. I didn't know the history behind Numero Uno Grocery stores. Pretty crazy. It's a nice rabbit hole to go into if you have time to kill. Jist know some of the history is pretty gruesome.

Good bargain, just needs to train their staff to smile more. So far only 2 cashier's show courtesy at checkout. Most do not say thank you or have a nice day even when you say it in 2 languages.

Staff is not very customer friendly. Not sure if it's by mistake or by design but adds for weekly specials have been misleading. On my last 2 visits i was overcharged on particular items that were clearly displayed on in-store advertisements at much lower costs.

This place has plenty of good sales but they're produce is just the most sickening thing you can look at. 🤢 They, sometimes, have flies on their fruits and veggies. They almost ALWAYS seem to have fruits, veggies, lemons, and limes which are going bad and they STILL seem to be VERY pricey. They rarely ever have they're produce on sale. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I RARELY ever shop here, for that reason in specific.

Love the place,love to meat,and love the beer deals.. but the only thing that pisses me off all those shopping carts all over the parking lot, I got hit twice with them and sometimes I have to get off and move them to get parking. They need more parking employees..🤨4️⃣*

This grocery store is important to local Pacoima community with a very large parking area and their meat and produce departments are constantly rotating product. Freshness is the key and good quality product.

I always find what I need. Everything time I go shopping for groceries here i find the store clean. They always have low prices, is not expensive like Vallarta. Great deals on their meat department.

It's a smaller supermarket with significantly higher prices than the Food 4 less I prefer to shop at though it is convenient being less than half mile from my place as opposed to the 4 miles any other super market can be found.

I remember when it was called Payless and that store was amazing. What they did now to this store it's just not the same thing they don't have the same quality items they don't have the same quality people who are there they're not nice so I kind of stopped going I miss the old store Payless that was better numeral Uno just messed everything up.
