The cashier Daisy was terrible at her customer service skills. She gave the 'last' customer in line the job to tell other customers that she was closed, yet she hadn't turned off her service light. She denies me service, yet she accepts one man after me. She denies two other women and then accepts another man. That's when I spoke up after she denies a fourth woman and I told her it's not fair that she helps others when I was next and she denied me. She rudely said it was because they only had a few things to purchase and I repeated that it still wasn't fair and the least she could do is turn off her light so others aren't trying to get in her line and she gave attitude and she suggested I talk to her supervisor if I wanted to and said that she's been working for the last 8 hours when little did she know I had been working for 10 but I am not advertising it. Was she trying to get me to feel bad for her? I talked to her supervisor Adriana and the she asked if I wanted to speak to the next person up? I said yes, please because the cashier Daisy kept eyeing me down with some arrogance in her look which again is very unprofessional. I told her my purchase is helping pay her salary and even then she didn't apologize for her rudeness toward me. As I was waiting for Alex, the next person in charge, Daisy, the rude and arrogant cashier walks up to another employee and in Spanish and very childish manner says, "Seriously, she's going to talk to Alex," for which I replied in Spanish, that "Yes, seriously." Perhaps she thought she was going to be more rude about the incident and speak in Spanish in front of me without realizing I understood her. After that, she walked away and out of the store. I spoke to Alex and let him know that we are all tired here some of us getting off of work trying to get our groceries and I didn't come to be treated like that. Both Adriana and Alex apologized for Daisy's behavior and it's a shame that Daisy herself didn't have enough self control to begin with, confused and angered more costumers, and didn't have enough sense to apologize herself.

I was there today when there was a homeless man who apparently was shoplifting some Gatorade the security guard who's job is to observe and report took it upon himself to rush and body slam this old man to the ground placing him on a choke hold the man gave up the merchandise quickly but the security guard continued to choke him out to the point of the man turning blue and start to foam at the mouth other patrons started to tell the guard that the man couldn't breath but he didn't stop until he saw a lot of people pull out their cameras he rolled the almost unconscious man to the side when I told him he had gone too far he told me to shut up and threaten me saying he would do worse to me I told him bring it on but since he saw that I wasn't scared and in better shape than the homeless man he just walked away the homeless man passed out in the parking lot the store never called the police or paramedics for shame this store has people like him working there

Everything is always in stock and perfectly organized, clean store and great customer service, and love that I can find everything I need and the only thing I don't like is that black security guard with glasses he keep on following me and my wife and kids and we been going to this store for 5 years and never had a problem until he showed up sometime it make us not want to go to this store nomore

Bad service the lady working at the meat department are rude and no help at all i ask them if the had any pig kidney in the back and they were like if its out in the refrigerator then were all out they dint even try to look to see if they might have some in the freezer

Picked up 4 pieces of spicy chicken, legs and thighs, bottle of Tapatio, one pork tamale( a little dry but good), 20oz Coke, 20oz Dr. Pepper. People were friendly and nice. Will definitely go back for that Spicy Chicken and Pork tamales(just won't take from off the top) because it was LOADED WITH MEAT! THANKS AGAIN!

We've been coming to this store for a while now! And it is always well stocked, clean, and rarely busy! If there are 2 people in front of you, they promptly open up another cashier! The staff is very friendly, and the guy who takes care of the produce section always does a GREAT job keeping it neat and stocked! If anybody makes the store look good, it is this guy!!! We will keep shopping here as long as they stay open, and as long as they keep their prices low!

I ordered carnitas and spanish rice already cooked from them today and I have to say it was the best I've hadEverything fresh they were delicious!! I highly recommend if your to tired to cook. Grab some carnitas and Rice you'll love it!!

Nothing bad to say about this supermarket , only one thing sucks .. they haven't re-stocked a certain bowl soup that I really like for a long time now . Other than that good staff , okay prices.

Good amount of produce available. Nice and spacy grocery store so it doesn't feel like you're running into fellow shoppers. Cashiers are quick and professional. The superior made tortilla chips, although salty, are the best bagged chips ever.

They freeze the seafood and add chunks of ice to weigh it. Now you just paid $6.99 a pound of fish but 1/4 is ice. HORRIBLE! Oh and the employee decides to give you an attitude and be so unprofessional when you show them the chunks of ice inside the bag.

The store is fine, the fact that there is always people blocking the exit. Asking for extra change or trying to sell you stuff, always has botter me. With times like this that we need to keep social distance, management should keep the entrance and exits clear of everything.

Seems to be a pretty decent store for grocery shopping. Fairly easy to navigate through the store, until you get to the "stacks" (displays of featured/high-volume products for sale.) Those require some looking for where you want to end-up, and employing some navigating skills around stopped customers. If the store happens to be crowded with customers in those areas, sometimes you just have to wait. Big produce section. I usually bypass the meat section (usually conjested there). Friendly / helpful employees.

Most affordable prices, all the families shop here, very trust worthy, I left my van out in the parking lot for 24 hours to see this place and to shop close by, and no one bothered me, I found all the foods I need at superior grocers. Not far from Ross, Target, Autozone, food for less am pm gas stations and many more home town intersection. Not far from Arleta city, right on border if pacoima.
