I hate it here so much. The first time I went in here the guy took for every he stop and started to talk to the other dude that was working and I was waiting there for 20 minutes and they work so slow. And Another time I went there, I was so sick I just wanted to lay in my bed ( Like I felt like passing out ) and I was go to the check out but there was nobody there, then 10 minutes pass by, then somebody finally came but then she started talking to someone else and she stop what she was doing and ignore us, I cant deal with people stop what they are doing and worry about something else, like it wasn't that important, and there barely anyone working in there.

Went to get ice cream. When I entered there was no employee in sight. But then a young lady came to help us and she was the only one in the front. She quickly served us our ice cream and then helped the other customers who needed to be checked out. Quick and great service!!

I love this Rite Aid everyone is very friendly including the pharmacist but Josephine is my number one! she’s so nice, polite and friendly. All the staff in the pharmacy are super nice even though some customers are yelling or insulting them. I encountered a customer yelling at Josephine 2 weeks ago and the pharmacist had to intervene to calm down the situation. As customers we have to behave and treat others the way we want to be treated. Please be nice when you come to the pharmacy. Thank you guys for always being so nice to me.

Pharmacy visit. I give 5 stars. But the store is just ok. Supply chain has really screwed them but it's bad everywhere not just here so it's not their fault but the shelves are bare so don't expect to have the experience of going down every isle looking at stuff cause it's not really stocked

3/14/2023 @ 1940, Bad Pharmacy, Pharmacist said they cant Dispense Tylenol #3 Due to incomplete RX, so the nurse that i am reviewed the RX and called the MD the next day, RX is complete with no problem DEA#, Medication, route, Dose, frequency, quantity, etc.... SO... i went to Walgreens instead.... NO PROBLEM!

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Specifically the pharmacy. I understand it’s busy so I’m patient but I’ve been trying to get medication for 48 hours and the pharmacy either doesn’t answer their phone or in person they’re just arguing with customers or being just plain rude. Either more staff is need or re-education class on customer service.

Whoever works there are SO RUDE. They offered me to decline the help of the pharmacist. They charged for the medication that was available at any other place free as the patient is a senior citizen and disaled. They were even laughing and told me to get used to copayments. Actually, they were makung fun of me. When I declibed to get the prescription medication they did not give me any verification of cancellation and I decided to pay for it as I was not sure they wouldn't charge the insurance anyway.Awful place.Do not go there.

Good place to shop for over the counter meds. Good prices and I always find what I’m looking for. The staff has been friendly. I haven’t had any issues with any of them. I’d definitely recommend this Rite Aid.

I don’t know if the lady there is new, but she literally doesn’t know anything or even how to help people. My stuff wasn’t ready for me. I been waiting for over an hour and stilll nothingI ended up leaving bf the service is so bad I’m never going back

I am new to the area and moved into this area due to health reasons so i was looking around different places where i can shop and is close by to me. One of the places i decided to check out was this Rite Aid and i was very disappointed with the service i received. Who ever is in charge of the pharmacy needs to hire some better people. Every time i go in there they are so rude and act as though they don't appreciate my business. I have been trying to get a certain type of medicine and they keep telling me to check again tomorrow so i called the next day and the person that answered the phone was like "I TOLD YOU WE DON'T HAVE IT SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CHECK THERE!" I have never been treated so rudely before in my life. Needless to say i will not be going back to that pharmacy again nor will i recommend it to anybody else.

I am sick into my stomach roaches were inside of our family's ice cream we've contacted the Los Angeles health department reached out to corporate today went in to go because my wife was told they were going to compensate us for what had happened I was given a $25 gift card roaches were inside the ice cream I don't know where to go from here I had to take the ice cream away from my one-year-old daughter who cried for 30 minutes my other two kids are still freak out about ice cream and don't want to eat it it's the worst thing that ever happened on a nice trip to go get ice cream should have never happened please do not buy ice cream or anything from the store they deserve to be shut down
