We are very pleased with the results as our cat Camilla had very long and unruly hair, it was shedding all over the house now her hair is properly cut at a manageable length (we poster before and after pictures with the green bows being after) we recommend them as they were very nice and helpful.

It was the first time taking my Pomeranian to get groomed and I’m very picky with him because he’s you know considered a luxury dog so I was a little nervous at first but they actually did an amazing job my puppy looks so beautiful I made sure to send them pictures of how I wanted my puppy and they left him beautiful I honestly think the price was very good for the service they did a complete like teeth brushing nail cutting cleaning the ears the nose and fixing you know the butt area so he looks so puffy and beautiful I’m so grateful with them I’m going to continue coming here. You always want to go to a place where you can trust.

The man who groomed my dog was a nice person,but he did such an awful job. I was extremely disappointed. I asked him to trim my puppy's hair and he even showed me the length it would be. He ended up cutting off way more. It was also a really bad cut. His fur was uneven with little poky pieces of hair sticking out in weird places, one of his ears looks bigger than the other because he cut more hair from one ear than the other, and his whiskers were taken off one side and not the other. It was awful, awful, awful. He claimed my puppy was squiggly, but I've seen my dog get groomed before and even at the vet he doesn't move an inch. My vet always comments on what a great puppy I have. This guy was just in a hurry and I really don't think he knows what he's doing. It's so sad, but at least puppy fur grows back. I'll never come back here again and would recommend everyone to go somewhere else.

I don’t know if there’s been staffing changes or what happened but the usual lady that is there hasn’t been there and it’s been someone different. I have not been happy with how my dog has been groomed. Also I was charged more than usual so that didn’t make me happy. I will probably have to start looking for a new groomer sadly because I am no longer happy taking my dog there.

my dog wasn't matted or anything and they cut her hair way too short. she's a shitzhu - there's so much you could do with her hair. there was no scent on her so I'm not even sure if they showered her as she still had some dry tears on her face.

I took my Maltese here, very friendly staff. And very fast. They did an exceptional job on his groom for the very great price they charge. Will definetly be taking him back.

We've taken our dog there multiple times, he comes back looking nice (so fresh and so clean clean) we've never had a problem with the guy. He's friendly and is welcoming. Guarantee that we'll keep going back to him.

I Cannot emphasize Enough How Wonderfull the groomer &his staff (owner) are.I travel about 20 miles to come here. That’s how great they’re.Where I reside its very expensive to groom my dog. It’s up to $65 for a cut and wash.. & they’re not personable and kind to my dog.Plus my dog doesn’t like going other place(most don’t) other than here at this groomer place in Pacoima.Yes for many years I paid a pretty penny to groom my dog but it’s more than Just a groom . I’d like to think my dog is in good hands.Thank you all here! Keep up the great work!P.s Please Tip Well to your groomer!! (3/5$) on average...UPDATE: I was stunned there prices went up Significantly... with in a couple months. Probably their rent went up?I use to pay a great Price for my pooch (30 plus tip $35) now it’s up about $15+ for the same Type of groom.Unfortunately I can’t afford this place any longer, it leaves me no room for tip plus the drive is more than 30minutes , with gas and all , it just won’t b worth it ... with this Price increase. Yikes..I still recommend this place only bad is they have increased their prices too high and I have other choice to go elsewhere in my area...Thank you for your Kind & Professional Service! Xo

I went to pick up my dog today and witness them being rude to a huskey who looked about three to four years with black and white fur. The huskey seem to not want to go in the cage and the ladies were very aggressive at him, trying to pull him inside and speaking very harshly to him in spanish. The dog did act out in defense and I believe nipped one of them in fear, The women push the dog in, one of them giving him a kick in the rear before closing the cage. I stood there in shock by what I just saw.

This place is a Gem!! I take all three of my Standard Poodles, and my Goldendoodle. They always do a fantastic job!! Price is very affordable would reccomend them to anyone😁

100% would never recommend this place to anyone. My puppy is full of cuts & hair is uneven. Not even close to the cut I asked for.$55 for a job not even close to well done. Worst place you could take your dog.

When I came to pick my dog up he had cuts on him everytime I wanted to see the cut it hurt him a lot I’m never comeing back to this place again I do not recommend!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PET GROOMING SHOP, my dog has a deep cut right below the ear and they have bad service, not to mention their prices went up by $20 it's ridiculously. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!

Terrible service how do your prices go up over $20 in less then a month for the same service to the same animal. These people definitely got greedy. I will let everyone know to avoid these terrible people at all costs.

I take my pomeranian here and she loves it...the staff is so sweet with her. She loves the attention she receives and is really loved by the staff. Definitely recommend this place.
