I called several times through out the day and not successful at all to reach any at anytime of the day. Made me wonder if they are still in business. The voicemail was not specifically about times of operation but the website stated they were open. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love this place, Leo has been taking care of my fur babies for many years.He often "Baby talks" to his patients.Eva does an excellent job handling the day to day operations and always gets me in and out smoothly and promptly.Costs are very affordable.

came here after I made an appointment to get three of my female pups vaccinated.A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. THESE VETS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they lack the experience and focus that others vets offer. They spent the entire time talking on the phone which led them to completely mess up on the vaccine , missing the dog entirely.After deciding to go with another vet, they locked us in with a CHAIN AND LOCK. Yes , this is all true.If you value your time , money and pets , I would NOT be coming here.PACOIMAS PET CLINIC is a complete circus show.

They go above and beyond! So thankful for them, they helped me w the passing of my pitbull when they didn’t have to. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Always took my dog here because they worked around her not liking other dogs and made visits not a hassle.

Leo was awesome, took care of our cat who was limping. He was caring and gentle with her and made sure he educated us on what was wrong with her and gave his recommendations for treatment. Very professional and good bedside manner for us and our fur baby 🐱❤️

Can't possibly say enough good things about everyone who works here. Can honestly say they have saved not only my dog Chapu but they truly care about every patient. I'm usually able to come in the same day that I call. The staff is friendly and very gentle with my dog. The prices are affordable too. I moved 30miles away from pacoima vet, I've shopped around at other places but nothing beats this place. Now I make the 2hr drive in traffic on the 405 anytime my pug needs an appointment.

Took our pet here recently and have to say that they were the kindest staff we've encountered in a very long time. The receptionist was extremely helpful, providing information for us instantly when he saw the condition of our dog, and clearly cared about our pet's well being. The vet also was very sweet and helped in determining what our dog's issue was pretty instantly after just a short examination. The atmosphere was very warm and both vet and receptionist made the visit comfortable. You can tell these are very caring people and that their best interest is in the animal that you bring in. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to take their pet.

The staff is great and super helpful. I always bring my dogs there and recommend all my friends. Since then, they all love getting their pets taken care of here even though its far from where they live. They trust them and so do I. They'll definitely take care of your pets :) Awesome help!

My dog Koffee needed to have her uterus removed due to infection.... We had little funds and had little hope but they helped us and saved my dying dog. She was in bad shape and she made a full recovery in about 2 weeks...eating playing and being a normal and very active lab pup.... I could not be more glad I found them!!! Thank u to the staff who stayed with her overnight....I am eternally grateful

The vet technician made THREE of my dog nails bleed, plus since they don’t bother to acknowledge the pet and make the pet feel comfortable my poor dog was terrified and pee on the table. The problem is that after he cut to the quick, he wasn’t careful and did it again. That’s carelessness. Any vet tech would be extra careful after doing it a first time, he made THREE of her nails bleed All this for a simple nail trim. I’m not going back there again.

Used to come here all the time,But the last time we took my sisters dog they didnt want to let us pick her up because someone changed the owners name to my cousin (neither my cousin or us did such a thing all my dogs have been but under my brothers name)AMD when we asked why they had no answer and when we asked them to fix it they said they would need my cousins approval.When I told them that they had changed the owner from us to my cousin without our approval they disregarded me and told me they couldn't do anything about itHaven't been back since as I dont want my dogs being parted out by people who used to care about pets but now seem to just care about the money.Now we go to the vet off the 118 on san Fernando, they're pricier but are a lot more caring of their patients

I took my dog there and yea it mabe affortable but the vets there were giving me medicine before thery even checked out the dog mabe he diliked me but atleast show that he cares he just wanted to collect money off me
