Jackie was amazing help, I was scheduled for pickup today. Unfortunately I didn’t receive no call or text to notify me that my items were ready.So I had called and multiple times and other reps kept saying it wasn’t ready yet.I was concerned because I had a contractor come to my home to fix the floor scheduled already.She was able to get me a response asap and notified me it was ready for pick.Thank you so much for your great spirit and help.💗She also was nice enough to bring all my items to my car. It was a peace of mind .

Always helpful employees. Stephanie and Manny stood out! Garden to plumbing to appliances to lumber to paint to key duplicates to rentals and more. In the Return and Exchange area is the "Recycling" of Batteries, Light Bulbs and Plastic Bags. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible with automatic sliding doors. There are Handicap mobile carts as well. Next to Panda Express, Best Buy, Costco [gas as well] and more.

Staff here are super friendly and helpful. Purdy brushes, Sherwin Williams paints, OLFA blades, some higher quality products for sure. Decent prices, too. Check out their paints!

this is the worst place to buy, I just send one of my employees to a phone purchase this morning, the supervisor Richard on the pro desk said he tried to call 2 times for payment, but because we didn't answer he kick us out of the store, to me this is 100% discrimination, My employee call me and I end up talking to Richard he said that he is not going to do the phone sale because he tried to call 2 times. I'm a contractor we buy a lot of merchandise from lowes in Phoenix az we never had this experience before. I believe Richard the manager on sales should not be working at Lowe's is a bad reputation for this store bad customer service.

Came in store to browse for a new fridge and I come across no help what's so ever.. I had the bath department across paige twice and nobody came.. they also have a hidden customer service button which also looks like doesn't work. Then no waiting chairs either.. I call the store while I'm here waiting only to see they left this station completely unattended. No manager or other sales associate came to ask how to help, they only pass by and look at me standing here. I've waited over 30 mins by now. I asked if the person(s) are on lunch and currently 2 people should be on shift and 1 is on lunch by the name of Maria, while someone named Angel should be here on the floor. I'm never a person to do reviews but this completely unacceptable. While I'm writing this the lady who paiged before did it again TWICE MORE because she sees I'm still here.. bless her but the fact that no management overall of the store hasn't even came to check is the most irritating thing. By now there are 4 people waiting for assistance. The lady who has been helping just mentioned someone should be coming soon.. it's been 45 minutes now and I'm over it.

Had to go purchase another new refrigerator after the previous new refrigerator broke down and stopped working after only just approximately 18-24 months of usage.Tip: Don't buy "WINYA" appliances!!! Stick to appliances that are designed, assembled or if at all possible manufactured in the United States and or Canada, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan or Mexico they tend to have better workmanship and might last much longer than those from: China or other countries.I actually wanted to buy a Kenmore but went with my 2nd choice: Frigidaire due to availability, larger storage capacity and current sales price. So far, so good!!! ☺️

This Lowe's truly means it when they say Pet Friendly!I came in with My Furry Baby and everyone was so nice . It felt like We were V.I.P.I told My doggie to go pee before We went in the store, anyways while in the store My doggie decided He had to go pee. ...A very friendly MST-Person with a blue vest said " please don't worry this is a pet friendly store, enjoy Your shopping and We got this . No problem " -thanks Logan from MST.everyone was super friendly though.

Lowe's in Pacoima, bad service, we waited more than 2 hours and they did not attend to us, we went to costumer services, and we found an unfriendly person who did not help us, a boy named Jaime did us a favor by removing the lock and giving us what we wanted, they have Bad service, ask for the Manager and they didn't communicate with us either. They called for help from the electricity department, and the person never showed up. You might think that they didn't have anyone in that department. It would be better if they didn't deceive customers. It's a shame that they are in a Latino area and they don't serve Latinos well.

I hope they take a time to answer my email after this review It’s been almost 4 since month since I quit . And I still haven’t received my last check . Rosy and who’s is the HR has done anything and Herbert Guerra is another manager who has done anything. They dont give a damm. I hope after you see this rosy do something about because everything is your fault. Poor management. If I don’t get my check by end of this month i m going to write everything you did . With my hiring prices on every wedsite of Lowe’s pacoima rossy.

Very friendly and helpful staff while we were inside the store but if you need to reach out costumer service over the phone is not gonna be a good experience. They put me on hold for over 40 minutes.

Some of the employees are grumpy here. Management is no better. When I asked a manager for a price match, he told his subordinate to address my concerns but did not want to talk directly to me. Visiting this place troubles me now.

Pacoima Lowes.. horrible returns department. Employees not following their stores return policy. They make their own judgment if they will take the item back (which they refused). Took it to another Lowes and per policy the item was fully returnable with no issues. Go figure.

I've had pretty good luck with this location. It's in a large shopping center with a Best Buy and Costco, and a few smaller places. Lots of parking. Located right off the 118 and 5 intersection. Tools, hardware, lumber, garden center. Clean bathrooms. Has self checkout.

Customer service is absolutely useless unless you just want to return an item and even then they will give you a hard time. If you need help with an online order - good luck; if you need help with an order from another store - good luck; If you have basic questions - good luck. Really disappointed with the customer service at Lowe’s lately.

I Lowe Lowe's. Always clean and organized. Although, the selection is similar to HomeDepo, the shopping experience you get at Lowe's is a tad more better. Went today for glass piece, and unlike HD they have a personnel who is always there for you to cut it.

I talked my mom into buying a new refrigerator and stove. I told her that she would never have to worry about it again. This was November of 2022. They flaked on us in delivering it the day they were supposed to and then made us reschedule for 2 days later so we had no stove or refrigerator in that time. I should have canceled the sale just by that experience but I did not. When they delivered it, the guy tells me, we have a problem, they dropped the stove but it was dented on the side that was hidden and he would make sure it worked fine and give us $150 off of it (we never received that or heard about it again) Again, I should have just told him to take it all back but I didn’t. Now it is almost November of 2023. The refrigerator is freezing everything in the fridge part and yes, I know how to distribute the food. I turned the freezer down 1 notch below normal and it seems to be ok like that but I shouldn’t have to. The stove, burns everything, it’s way to hot. Also if you just slightly lean on the knobs, the burner turns on but it’s not lit. One morning I woke up and it was on, me and my mom are so lucky we didn’t die from the gas fumes. That happened again today but I caught it this time. You have to light the burners with a lighter to light them. Tonight I was cleaning the stove and it took me 2 hours because some glue like sticky substance was all over it and wouldn’t come off (even under the burner foils that we use to keep it cleaner). I assume it’s the coating they use when making the surface, that has been melting from being in use and running to hot. This is ridiculous, my mom paid all this money for merchandise that isn’t any better then her 15 year old ones. They totally took advantage of a senior citizen with cancer. You should be completely ashamed of yourselves and rectify this situation immediately.

The Pacoima store is usually well stocked and if you are patient, eventually someone will help you. The staff seems somewhere between overwhelmed and disconnected. My last visit was good as I got assistance to choose DIY blinds and had them cut to size. I also found a couple of small tools I needed.

The store pick up process at this Lowes is horrible. They merge the line with the customer service line so of course it will be a long wait especially when there only 1 person working the window at 5pm. Other stores like Home Depot would have a pick up locker or Target will have its own pickup line. They also open up my order before I even pick it up so I took a picture just incase there was any issues if I had to return the item.

The store is well operated well organized, but most of the cashiers staff are rude and not helpful. They just do their way and pretend they are helping,I was there recently, and three of them, including one of the supervisors, couldn't help with my request. It was a simple thing to do.I decided not to use the location anymoreIs either locked of training or not caring.

Good luck getting through to them on the phone. Some girl picks up mumbles something for a split second and puts you on eternal hold. Happened multiple times.

Made an online order on Monday morning. Monday evening a store rep left a voicemail asking if the item could be shipped from another store. He did not leave a name or contact phone number. Tuesday morning I called the store and was greeted by a most unhelpful representative. She stated you have to cancel the order and reorder from Northridge. The items were supposed to be delivered today so there is that, but the unwillingness to help of transfer the order to another store is astoundingly poor service that is typical of this store. This is an example of why Lowes stock underperforms consistently - because its employees underperform as well.

This store is awful and continues to be awful, I only come here when in the area or Home Depot doesn't have what I need. For years the employees have appeared to not be supervised, usually they hang out in groups talking and ignoring customers. I've asked to speak to a few managers, none of them have given a care about my problems or concerns. Only reason they get 2 stars is that they sometimes have what I need.

It has been 2 weeks since I bought a refrigerator at Lowes. The black refrigerator is the broken one and the silver one is the new one. The installer delivery people have come by twice and they can’t hook up the water because (they don’t tell you until they come here) you need a new water valve, a brand new water valve, in place or they won’t complete the installation. This is because Lowes doesn’t want to be held responsible if the water valve breaks or the threads crack and floods your place, so their answer is that you must have a new water valve to avoid that. I had a licensed plumber come and fix it - they came back out and looked at it for 1 minute and said it wasn’t good enough and left. I then spent 2 hours on hold trying to get in touch with someone at Lowe’s that could help me - no one ever answered the call. Oh and they get annoyed when you call back. I never thought I would say that another company is worse than Home Depot - I was wrong - don’t buy here.

Usually have to deal with the employees here , grab what I need and I leave . They had a promo for free battery with purchase of certain dewalt devices , grab device from section from big pic with it on it , verified device number . They didn’t have the battery took a while over 30 min without keeping me updated . New lady comes up and say you can pick up later (with a little attitude ) then scans and says well this isn’t even free with this ... had to leave was annoyed already
