I had such a great experience here. I called early in the day & Jesus answered letting me know he would be there to help me find exact what I was looking for. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. We looked at cars for nearly an hour bringing my decision down to 2 cars. I test drove both of them, looked inside the hood, the trunk, the tires, everything to make sure I would be leaving with a brand new car with zero issues. Mr.Chavez & Kobe helped me with the numbers, worked with my budget, and let me know exactly what every fee was for. They broke everything down so I would understand what I was going to be paying for. They wanted to make sure I could leave with the car that same evening just like I wanted. I went by myself and as a woman I had my guard up & even had my step dad, who’s a mechanic, on the phone. Even he was saying that it was perfect. They were all welcoming and kind & I felt like I was talking to family. I told them I haven’t had a car for nearly 3 years & wanted to make sure I was getting the right one. They really made sure I was happy with everything. If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst dealer to do business with! This company denied to honor the internet price. They conned my husband into giving $2500 down after we had advised we can only give $1500 and then they made him give another $1000! The car wasn’t in good condition and had no oil or coolant whatsoever! We had to take the car back for maintenance and they declined giving our car back! Then they kept texting my husband he wasn’t approved for the load because his income was not matching! The “lien holder” also claimed they have my husband on recording stating inconsistency and they never even called him and declined to show us the recording! They also declined to refund his $2500! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE! RUN!!!

If I could, I would like to give them negative stars!!!! if you have second chance, or even NO choice, please stay away from this dealer!!!! I was overcharged more than $5000 regarding some kind of safety alert system, their manager told me it was required to purchase the system on top of the listing price which is definitely wrong! Other company will not charge you any additional alert system, it is just optional. Stay away from this dealer as far as possible.

Scam scam scamMake sure to check the car history before u buy it and if u can have a mechanic to check it for u.1- prices on the website are way different that on the lot, then they will surprise u with too many extras THAT BY LAW U CAN CHOOSE NOT TO BY IT.2- I bought a Porsche last year, drove it 7 miles then the engine literally stopped with a Christmas tree lights on the dash. Returned it and bought an SUV, with a clean carfax, after a month, I discovered a huge unfixed frame damage in it and it wasn’t even safe to be driven on the road. I returned the car and they weren’t so happy about it.My advice, be careful, don’t fall for the trap and do ur homework, yes they have a huge collection of cars but most of them are a no noGood luck

On 3-12-2024 I tried to make a purchase of buying a 2016 Mercedes S550. I request information via email and or text of which the sales person said that he would get right on it and have his boss or finance department get this information sent to me right away. Nevertheless I'm assuming as usual from all other customers that might ask for the same thing and trying to make a purchase from out-of-state as well, that these people at this particular dealership do not honor their promise of for that matter take care of a customer from out-of-state or within state. So for this matter I would recommend anyone, and I mean anyone who is trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership especially from out-of-state do not bother because they will not contact you back neverthe less try to sell you a vehicle......

Came in trying to trade in for a more economical car. The vehicle that I brought had less miles than the vehicle I was there to see. Manager tried to lowball me for my trade in. As soon as it was clear that I was not taking the offer they all but kicked us out. Don’t spend your money here. Don’t do business with them. They will try to take advantage of you.Update: the manager that lowballed my trade had said I wouldn’t get more than $6,000 for it anywhere else. I sold my car for double within a week. They either don’t know what they’re talking about or blatantly scamming. My guess is both.

I purchased this 2017 Mirai in March and it seemed to be in perfect condition. I was not told until right before the close of sale, that the car encountered a small fender bender but that it had been fixed and everything was fine. Today I noticed half the bumper fell apart and I took it to a mechanic thinking someone had hit my parked car. The mechanic informed me that the vehicle was in fact not properly fixed (the part was glued on) and was actually missing a major component that holds the bumper together. I called Karplus to speak to manager Alazar to see if they could do anything to help and he was very dismissive and non caring about the situation. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY WILL HAVE YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A CERTIFIED VEHICLE BUT YOU ARE NOT!!

I bought a used 2018 Ford F-150 car (80K mile). I will share pictures.Amir hosted me very well. He was very kindly answering every question I asked. The average time I spent buying a car took 2 hours.

SANTOSSSS the man!! So I am from out of state and after doing some car shopping here where I am from I had no luck. I started looking in California and had a couple of vehicles lined up to go see at different dealerships. Fast forward I make the trip to California. After going to see the vehicles I had lined up I was not satisfied. I took a quick break from looking and ate something. Then the search on cargurus and karfax continued. As I am scrolling my dad says "LOOK I found a WHITE AUDI A7 not far from us." We then call and someone by the name of Santos answers and says "yes, we have that vehicle please come on by to see it." We went and I was sold! They (Santos and the rest of the team) greeted us and gave us some courtesy snacks while we waited since it is a process. After a couple of hours of checking everything out in the vehicle, test driving, talking business I was ready to sign. I was able to drive out that day with a smile on my face! Overall I had a great experience and found what I wanted. Thank you Karplus team and shout out to Santos! He brings all the good energy. :)

Within just five months of owning the car, I encountered a major issue with the engine, which now requires a complete motor replacement. To make matters worse, I have also had to deal with multiple repairs throughout this short period of time.When I initially purchased the car from Karplus Dealership, I had high hopes for a reliable and trustworthy vehicle. However, it quickly became apparent that this was not the case. Just a few weeks after driving off the lot, I started experiencing various issues with the car's performance. Strange noises, engine misfires, and frequent breakdowns became a recurring theme during my ownership.The most alarming and expensive problem occurred recently when the car's motor suddenly malfunctioned. It was incredibly disheartening to learn that such a critical component of the vehicle had failed after only five months. The cost of replacing the motor will leave a significant dent in my finances, and it is an expense that I shouldn't have to bear so soon after purchasing the car.Furthermore, the number of repairs I've had to undergo throughout these five months has been excessive. From electrical issues to radiator and oil filtration housing replacement to name a few. It feels like I've spent more time at the repair shop than enjoying the car itself. The constant inconvenience and additional costs associated with these repairs have been extremely frustrating.I must express my disappointment with Karplus Dealership for selling me a faulty car and failing to provide the reliable vehicle I expected. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is evident in the numerous issues I have encountered. I feel let down and betrayed as a customer who trusted in their reputation.In conclusion, my experience with Karplus Dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the major engine failure to the multiple repairs, it is clear that the car I purchased was far from the reliable vehicle I was promised. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN GOING HERE!!!All these Negative reviews are real, and I had a similar experience. Online it said: Karplus price: 15,677 which was scratched out , in person in a tiny font there was a sticker on the car which said 24,977???I was confused and asked Jesus if there was a mistake, however he explained that there were some taxes and fees. What fees cost almost 8k? Apparently their Anti-Theft package which does nothing, yet they force you to take it, making an already overpriced car ridiculously overpriced. When I got there, the car battery died from sitting for so long, it was dirty, took them 20 mins to get it ready for me. Don't waste your time, trust me. Happy Car Shopping and Good Luck 👍

I bought a cadillac xt5 from this place kars plus in pacoima they told me I had bad credit and I can still get approved my interest are 39% I'm still paying too much and when the car had effect they told me the car has no warranty be aware a sales men called eliasar he will lie to get you buying and he will convince people and make you sign that you can't sue them if the vehicle’s break down. Worst place ever to buy auction cars they sell.

LOL.Stay far far away unless you enjoy getting lied to or even worse purchasing what most likely will be a lemon or a pile of garbage as if they hide the simple items they'll most likely hide everything else.best of luck out there.....

Horrible DEALER DONT RECOMMEND bought a truck Dodge Ram 2015 first day going home engine light went on and a screeching sound in breaks and electrical problem manager Eleazar said to take it next day he told me to take it to there mecanic which it’s next door to dealer had it 2 days Henry said nothing wrong it also had a screeching sound they said nothing wrong with it took light off less then a week engine light went on called Karplus they said to talk to Henry took it back had it for 2 weeks they said nothing wrong took light off 2 days later light went on Eleazar said talk to Henry agein they gave me a appointment 1 Month later had it for 2 Month and my surprise when I went today to Karplus Tuesday April 16,2024 to pik up my things from a loaner Chevy sliverado 2018 that left me straded MY Truck 2015 DODGE was in there lot NO ONE bother to call me to inform me Hemed said to me that they just got it back April 15 ,2024 and that I need to call there mecanic to see what they we’re going to do it’s there job to call they want me to do there job And the loaner also have issue before it left me stranded I texted Eleazar manager of Karplus telling him truck was making noise in motor he replied nothing is wrong with it (Chevy Silverado pikup 2018 ) engine light went on smoke came out off hood and when I press the gas pedal it would’nt proceed mileage went down got off imedietly off freeway and parked it in residential area called Karplus talk to Jose a associate asked for a manager or supervisor left me on hold 50 minutes called from a friend phone Santos another associate left me on hold 15 Nobody answered texted manager Eleazar Did Not respond truck left me stranded I’m disabled having chest pain and breathing problem they didn’t bother to call me texted me until hours later “; i left to hospital and was hospitalized I been stressed overwhelmed with this problem Eleazar only texted just asking for address to pik up there truck I’m suuper un happy with this purshase Dealer refuse to give another good working truck with no issues and don’t want to give money back and haven’t been able to fix it I been paying for my truck approx 6 month until this date I haven’t enjoy my truck HORRIBLE PLACE DONT BUY TRUCK from them if u do take a mecanic with u

Such a waste of time coming here. They do have hidden fees. So online price is not true. They only sale the car with the package of selling the warranty and some crabs. And they are a liar on a Saturday 7 pm they say that the bank answer their phone. The reposes cars are not good anyways. The repossess cars are not reliable anyways.

Today we drove from Vegas at the location of this dealership to buy a van with cash. We had a big surprise when we arrived.We requested pictures and details about the van from Daniel, some pictures were send but not the ones requested by us.When we arrived the van had/has a frame damage in the back.Also they confirmed that the price will be the one on the website($23,500 plus taxes) when we asked to gives the price after tax they added another $3000 for accessories.If I could I would give -5 stars.Avoid this place, bad customer service, rude owners. It's a scam!

I read some of the reviews and was skeptical but I said let me check them out because not all reviews are legit reasons to give a business one star in my opinion. I found this car listed on CarGurus and they sent me a copy of the carfax. This was the lowest priced Cayman in the Nation and had a excellent service record! I did get the out the door price and was like great all the add-ons. So I called a buddy of mine that is a car salesman at a large dealer. He said the price was good because even his dealer is known for add on accessories to make profit. Eduardo at Karplus was very responsive and connected me with Marcos. I met with Marcos at the dealer and said here's the car wanna drive it? I went for a road test with Marcos and quickly decided I'm buying this car. We negotiated a bit and boom a deal was made. I drove off the lot in about 3 hours. That's a record for me when buying a car. I'm SO happy with this car! Special thanks to Ooman in finance. He has been the finance person I've worked with. Thanks to the manager i believe his name is Eliazar. Thanks Karplus, I'll be back for future cars. I was compelled to write a good review because people are quick to complain but hardly ever write something positive.

Bait and switch, don’t ever go to this place unless you want to get scammed, lied to, and manipulated. Everything you see online is false advertising. They are rude as hell and also gave me the runaround for 2 hours. 1st they made me do a hard credit check just to find out the price of the car which they never even disclosed. When I went to test drive the car I ran into another customer and she asked if I was also getting terrible treatment and we exchanged phone numbers because the on-site staff were screaming that the customers cannot talk to each other. I made it to the car to test drive and the interior was drenched in water and they kept lying straight to my face and making excuses for it. I got a facetime call from the customer I just met and the manager took my phone and started cussing the customer out screaming and yelling and I grabbed my phone and left and never looked back. I got what I was looking for in excellent condition from another dealership somewhere else. Don’t go here and make the same mistake I did. I never even found out the price of the car after all that.

They sold me a range rover with a bad engine and had it “ fixed “ a total of 3 times without my car for 6 months while making payments . Never got fixed and soon after they just stopped answering , I would show up and they would give me the go around .

Today we visited Karplus Warehouse bcuz we looking for a cargo van for some business, so we saw a van that was on sale, almost new, very nice so at the time of being qualified for the van it took them a while to let us know that we didn't qualify that we needed a cosigner so we brought a family member to help us at the end we didn't qualify with the cosigner either but they didn't give us a credible excuse for the reason why we didn't qualify at the end we're so upset to waste our time and didn't make any deal and I notnoticed that another three family members left as well, I don't understand why they put cars on sale and they don't let go of the cars, they just want to people to visit them and offer another cars that isn't on sale.
