Had a great experience here! After having bad luck with other groomers around the area we were really trying to find a good place to groom our goldendoodle. The owners were very kind and communicative, and were surprisingly quite fast. Overall I am coming back again and would recommend. :)

This place is awesome. Our little guy is always clean and HAPPY when I pick him up. They clearly treat him well when he's there because when they hand him over, he's not shaky or nervous. He is happy. The workers are polite and the prices are fairly reasonable.They even take the time for my request to leave his Mohawk when he gets his summer cut! The first time I asked for the Mohawk, they called me before I picked him up to confirm that I wanted a mohawk! They wanted to make absolute sure that I was happy with his haircut! Thank you to the staff for making my sweet little guy feel comfortable and look amazing!

This place did a horrible job, they nicked both of my dogs. They said one was really matted, yes she was but only matted along her collar neck area. She is a Maltese mix and has very fine hair. They also nicked my boy dog who was not matted at all!! They have more cuts around their skin but keep moving while I’m trying to take photos. They took almost 5 hours. This is such poor care! If you love your dogs please do not bring them here.

Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your time. I called, told them the breed of my dog and asked around how much a full groom would be. I was told $95-$125, and made a Saturday appointment at 9am. When I get there, the groomer comes to the front and says that’s the price for a buzz cut. In order to brush and comb my dog, it equates to “more work for me” and was told it would cost $160+. I paid less for a full service doggie salon in Sherman Oaks….

I took my husky for a bath and he did an amazing job I would 100 percent recommend this place and they have a amazing customer service they took my dog in at 8 30 when they open at 9 am.

Excellent Service! I have been taking my frenchies with this owner since they opened and prior to opening this locations groomers. They have always listened to my expectations and have never failed to accommodate, they have always provided great service and have made me feel safe and comfortable trusting my pets with them. They quoted us $70 on the phone for a summer cut for our medium size dog. We asked about the price range and they said that the higher range was for add-ons. When we picked him up, the number became $94 with no justification for the extra cost. This is dishonest practice and we won't be back.

I took my dog there once before and it was great this was my second time taking him and when I got there it was good but when I came back to pick him up my dog wouldn’t let me get him he tried biting me and the people that worked there. This was very unlike him I’ve took him to many places before and he always came out happy and he’s really friendly.I couldn’t get his leash on since he was biting so they put this thing on his neck and dragged him to the back to put his harness on and he came out with his tailed tucked in and all scared. Now when I try taking him bathes he tries to bite me. I’m pretty sure they hit him when he was there and now is traumatized .

I love this place they do such a wonderful job, they have great chemistry and personality with each little dog they take their time they’re not in a rush. Every time I pick up my doggies they look wonderful, happy and cheerful, and I know they been taken care of. Thanks guys for being there and being great groomers.

I went here because it was easy to make an appointment however I regret it. I was told it would take 3 hours or less yet the appointment took 4 hours.I don’t mind the wait however I originally went here because another location (that charged only $45) told me it would take 4 hours. So in short, it was the same wait time yet a 25 difference.And to add to the wait, when I picked up my dog, the dog was full of hair & all the hair transferred to my work clothes.

I tried this groomer for the first time, and I'm glad I tried them. My dog was scared to come in, and the owner helped to calm dog. They did a wonderful job.

Was my puppies first time getting groomed and got this placed recommended by a couple people. Was very disappointed when took my dog and they wouldn't even let me talk or say how I wanted my puppy to be groomed, felt very rushed with them cutting me off and not letting me speak ,so I was unaware what to expect. The grooming wasn't too bad except for some cuts on his body and genitals. Most likely won't be coming back

Jesse is so good with my dog (who doesn't take well to being without me). He's gentle when he needs to be and is very professional. He does a great job! His prices are so good! I highly recommend him. He is the only person who I will take my dog to. He also has a lot of knowledge about animals and is very friendly.

I'm really satisfied on how much they did such an amazing job. I was a bit worried because my dog always have been nervous around other past groomers but these people took great care of my dog he came out to be very cheerful. I highly recommend to take your pets here! COCO IS SO HAPPY!!

I have been to so many different pet groomers and none have done a good job. Jesses Pet grooming did such a wonderful job with my dog and gave him the hair cut I asked for along with de-matting his hair. Other groomers usually don’t like dealing with de-matting my dogs hair so they would shave him completely and ask to pay them. I never liked that but I am pleased to say I will be returning here for my dog to keep getting hair cuts and baths. They are such wonderful people and you can tell they really love dogs.
