2/23/2024 every time I go to shop at this store location the labels of prices on some products are always wrong price or it's on a product shelf that doesn't belong I end up paying more that I expected or there's no lable price on that specific product. And the store director at that location had the worst customer serve . He looked liked and was kinda acting like a person on drugs or whatever personal stuff happening at home leave it at home when you clock into work don't bring your home attitude to work . I filled a complaint to the offices of CA. Department of consumers.Have a good day

Very rude worker! At 545 I Went in ready to shop for dinner and everything was great! Until I got to the a cash register. I have never encountered such a rude worker. When I got to the counter I greeted with such warm welcoming with such a great attitude because I myself am a checker in a grocery store as well. I said hi and didn’t even get a smile back or an acknowledgment just a blank stare. I asked him for bags to bag my groceries. He went ahead and yanked the bags and threw them at my daughter. I was speechless, more when I was bagging my stuff and he greeted the next customer with a great smile and a positive attitude. Mind you I am a Hispanic and the next customer was a white male. I don’t want to say Racism but it’s not hard to assume. He himself is a Hispanic male. His name is Raymond by the way. I would hope some action is taken on this situation. NOT FAIR.-

I would like to gladly extend my most sincere congratulations to those who hired Matt, the manager of the store in Pacoima. Never in my 35 years living in Pacoima had I seen a person dedicate themselves to their work 100% and today Matt showed me that his work is very important for him, I saw him sweeping the parking lot and not only the one from the store was sweeping between the cars, the sidewalks and that speaks very well of how disciplined Matt is in his job, thanks to food 4 less for having a wonderful person like Matt in front of the store.

Well it's the nearest grocery store....Workers are okLorraine is. wonderfulThe white main manager is awesome. I only mention race, because most who work in minority neighborhoods. don't care. He's great! As a matter of fact, all who work there seem to care.

Have lived near this food 4 less for over 2 years, usually have no issues at this store but the last few times were enough for ME to not shop here anymore, I'll go to the one on Glenoaks and Hubbard or Laurel Canyon and Osborne. Management is horrible, lines are always long but never enough cashier's even though mostly everyone there is trained on the registers. Manager told me line was closed even though the light was still on, and another manger sent me to another line saying I didn't have under 10 items and I actually did. I can't support this store anymore when they constantly pick and choose who they want to help out an who they decide to treat with respect. No thank you! I still want to give a big shot out to Cashier's Dale, & Jose and the two young black gentlemen who push the carts. Oh and the young security guard at the door who's always super polite and says have a good day!

Tired to get coffee here right before work, very long lines and no self check out. Only two cashiers, line was in the ailse. It def would of been a 15 min wait if I would of stayed and that would of made me almost late for work. It's not worth coming here before work or on lunch break. They need to hire more ppl or build self check out machines.

I’ve lived in Pacoima for 12 years now. Have shopped at this F4L for many years and it’s also down the street from home. Have NEVER had a bad experience shopping. Not to poor quality nor poor service. I usually just go about my shopping and mind my business and that’s it. Tonight was the first time I received poor service from a new cashier, Lizbeth, who I’ve never seen before…. Went in to buy snacks for my child for school and milk. However wasn’t too sure if I’d go past my budget. I was able to put most of my groceries on the belt while she still rung up the customer in front me. By the time it was my turn, I had only a few things left. I kindly asked if she could wait on me to finish getting my stuff on the belt before she rang me up because again wasn’t sure if I’d go past my budget. She responded with “well can you hurry up because I have a line….” That response was very uncalled for Lizbeth. You were rude to say that and as a result had the worst customer service provided. Many years coming without a problem and it only took ONE negative service for me to go on here and write about it and expose you. Change your attitude young lady because if someone treated your mom the same way you did with me, I am almost sure you would not be happy with that. I hope your manager spoke to you about the incident and ugly customer service because I made sure to make a complaint about you before I left the store….. step it up food 4 less….

This is my favorite store of the whole valley, everybody is very kind and they understand our needs. They have a lot of patient and always help us if we need anything. And pricess are so afforable. This store has the best personal of any store. Im amazed of how well everybody works and how the store is well organized clean and well stocked. And i want to say to everyone that works in this store thank you for the great work..

This place is so frustrating to go to because even if you go in for one thing, you’re going to wait 20 minutes in line. They never have enough cashiers open for the amount of people in lines. I only come here in an emergency.

I’m actually typing this while I’m still in line witch I been waiting for Almost 18 minutes this is such craziness I never been to a store that is a mess and customer service is a joke can’t find a manager to complain too so this is y I’m in here don’t come to this joke of a store!!!!! they really need new people and a new manager that can actually help there customers and get them out the door faster with a smile on there face

I always buy my groceries here because of the Kroger's house brand is quality in taste and ingredients. The store is always clean and very organized. The lines are long mostly in the afternoon but the staff is very friendly and helpful. This store always has what I am looking for and all my food staples at affordable prices.

Its good on pricing, quality grade meat . Your getting more busy monthly. You just need to get the customers out more promptly. An 2 more hands in the butcher block. I almost went somewhere else for my red bulls.. in short match your prices an good service with more employees. Ok chaooo

Just because it's called "food 4 less" does not mean it has the cheapest prices. They have good deals, but shop around, check flyers, at times Ralphs and Vons have cheaper prices than food 4 less.

The food 4 less is very clean. The associates are friendly and helpful. The Manager is great. Only dislike is the people outside asking for money a lot of the times. But they do have security to keep things safe.

I'm a Nevada resident, I came to the store for a quick transaction. I ended up using the restroom before leaving. On my way out, when l got to my car I realized my phone was missing. I went back to the restroom and unfortunately my phone was gone. The gentleman "Eddie" (an employee) was in the restroom. I asked him if he had found an iPhone. He said he did not but, very kindly offered to let me borrow his so I could call and attempt to locate my phone. My phone unfortunately was turned off and I was unable to locate it. He then offered to have management check their cameras. After further review him and "Percy" were able to locate my phone. A vendor had found it and turned it into a cashier. They went out of their way to assist me, I am beyond grateful for all of their help. They could have easily said it wasn't there and not done anything futher. This is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your assistance. ☺ These two gentlemen made my day.

Worse experience I have had at this Food4Less. The alcohol section has a push for service/ ask for assistance button and then they tell you that you have to get in line in order to get help. The people working there told me they don't know why Management added that service when they never come and help the customers.

Perfect to pick up a few needed items. Was in and out in 10 min. Express Lane moved fast with friendly service. I even let a guy behind me go before me eith obe item while I placed mine on the belt.

I should give it three and half but there is no option but it is convenient place to shop for me, customer service is okay friendly staff just the produce is terrible, at times it is okay but it is not the best. So far the meat department is good not going to lie the meat seems fresh, meat department staff is great, clean and friendly. I have not try the Bakery but it seems like it's just mainly dessert's.

Not as great a selection as many grocery stores, but prices are consistently lower than the norm. Watch the produce; some has a shorter "shelf life" than most grocers, but again, the prices are more competitive.

Sorry but I have to say that the crewmembers needs to improve in be more nicer ( Like the crewmembers in Trade Joe,s Market ) They really good ( for example good morning or you find everything you need they always treated you really good.

I like this place. However it lacks in the produce department. This is my local grocery store and every time I go in produce is low. Other than that service is great and prices are too.

It's good but it's always crowded but you can find everything you need for holidays I would give it a 5 star because I went today and the manager asked me if my dog was a server dog I said yes she dident even ask for prof that he was a service dog
