I have been coming to this particular location for the past year and a half, since moved to Pacoima. One of the the employees (youngest male,) I discovered, he has been overcharging me for the whole time that I've been shopping at this store. I confronted the employee with his most recent overcharge (12oz coffee and two doughnuts...) The employee got very upset withe and began raising his voice and began to call me obscenities. He pulled two quarters enyfrom the register and threw the quarters at me; he then said that I was never to come back into the I'm store ordered me to leave. Since then, the employee has admitted his wrongful deeds in front of other people in line and continues with his bitter self.and obscenities; fe continue with street -languages and libel and defamation of mycharer. The employee should be grateful that he has

They were so rude to me the other day when I walked in and asked did they have a product. I did not ask in any manner that would suggest I was opposition and they were slap there gorgeous about you. Figures ..

This is the only 7 Eleven location that I have ever had to ask for a bag and to top it off there's a $0.15 fee per bag. Yes, that's the regular smaller than grocery store size 7 Eleven plastic bag. Not to mention the fact that the customer service here is completely non-existent, no hello or thank you should be expected when you enter the store.The owners and Corporate should take a hard look at customer service training programs, especially for stores to understand that you can't treat minorities any kind of way.Bad experience this morning for my coworker and I.

I've been going to this place for years, very rude people. Last Friday two employees where playing holding up the line to pay. Funny they can smile amongst each other but with customer they give mean looks. ordered a soda, guy with hat and bad attitude charged me then a few seconds after charging me he mentioned the soda machine was not working and did I want a refund. I complained to supervisor (bald guy with tattoos ) got more attitude maybe that's his lover/partner because did not want to listen to me just immediately kicked me out of the store. Rude people! after been a daily customer, I will never return to this store.

The 2 employees here the Older guy and the younger taller guy that work m-f every morning are absolutely terrible at such a simple job, every morning there is no warm food, there is always crusty dry pizza in mornings from the previous night. And they will never bother to replace it untill someone buys them. 3 out of the 5 days the "tacos are not ready" I don't understand how hard it is to just do a simple job.

Just got charged for something I didn't buy, So make sure get a receipt. The two guys on the counter must be ripping people off all day long. Do not fight with them call your card company and tell them you will not pay.

Here in this establishment our costomers are our top priority and our employees do whatever they can do make the place Clean, Helpful when needed help, and never slacking off in order to keep our costomers happy.👍
