I love this store and I can always find what I am looking for. However, the service from this particular young lady is extremely poor. I don’t even want to walk to the store because her presence displays unhappiness and anger. You just simply look at her and she looks angry, and doesn’t seem like she wants to work there. She displays an immense disgruntled demeanor and it feels uncomfortable to even stand in front of her. I just can’t comprehend how unhappy is this young lady at home and at work. Someone needs to help this young lady. She is our future!

Given the current circumstances and the lack of inventory I find the pharmacy to be rockin' they've been taking care of my prescription needs for over 20 years.....please don't close.The employees in the store are pretty awesome too!!!

Extremely rude. Was trying to figure out what was going on with my account because I don't think it went to the insurance, was interrupted multiple times by the pharmacist and never did get my issue resolved. Very bad customer service.

This morning, 10/06/23, I was trying to explain to the store manger, Dennis how the level of customer service at the store and pharmacy has declined significantly. Rather than listen to my concerns Dennis proceeded to tell me I was being rude to customer because of where I was standing while talking to him. This was a total lie. Then Dennis proceeded to walk away from me and ignore my comments about the decline in customer service at the store he "manages". I guess we should not be surprised that a store "managed" by a person like Dennis has such a poor reputation for customer service. And Dennis I will be contacting the Rite Aid regional office to file a complaint about you. Thanks of the suggestion.

This is the cleanest pharmacy in the bay area.Update - I went to the pharmacy counter and there was a long line. Once I got to the counter, within 30 seconds, three different people came up to the window and took different parts of my order. In the end, they had rung up 2 boxes instead of one and the transaction did not complete. They shooed me away and immediately began helping the next guest.I had to use a website to find out what had happened and they refused to correct the issue when I explained what was going on.I would be wary of using a pharmacy that mixes up numbers.

Unfortunately, this is the closest pharmacy to my home and we have to use it because of our prescription coverage. Pharmacy is constantly understaffed. No one picks up the phone. Text massages are received about orders being ready, then what you get there, they are not ready. Staff complains about "being there longer than they are supposed to be." When there is a problem with a prescription, like when it is out of stock, that is not communicated. All around a frustrating experience.

I was charged over 3 times the price of a prescription and when I asked if they honored “Good RX”, I was lied to and told no. So I paid over $75 for a script that’s typically $20.Never again will I use Rite Aid.

I went to buy cold medicine, too late. Shelves completely empty.A customer that was standing next to me and I was wondering if they are going out of business because there are lots of empty shelves throughout the store. However never short on candy, liquor and suntan lotion.Walgreens must have stocked up last month, full house.

Some of the pharmacy staff are great. Others are simply impolite or don’t know how to be customer-oriented. They need more gaining in courtesy and in handling questions. Some are simply working abov their pay grade.I had an unpleasant run-in this past year when I needed a perscription I ‘d the gotten that morning at the emergency room of a nearby hospital. I went to theLinda Mar pharmacy right away and had to wait till it opened after lunch. It was a holiday and the e store closed at three. I got there with the Rx in hand , but when ,the pharmacy reopened after lunch, the pharmacy manager said we would not fill it until the next day. This was not an option as the doctor wanted me to start the prescription that afternoon.The manager didn’t offer to call another Rite Aid. (I live in a suburb And the nearest Rite aids are about 8, 11, and 18 miles away). I pleaded with the pharmacy manager )who is the store manager or was the acting store mgr. that day. To no avail. He just got red-face and walked away.I had to find another pharmacy—thank goodness there was Walgreens greens about 7 miles away that was opened. It took their pharmacist less than 20 minutes to fill my prescription,and he had three other people in line ahead of me.Although I’ve shopped at thatRite Aid since 1985, you can be sure I won’t go back. You’ve lost a good customer because of that jerky manager.and because saving money on overtime pay was more important than serving customers in need of medicine.BTW: « Ambicat » is my cats nickname. Terrible customer service, not enough staff which creates long lines, people always cutting lines. The store is always underhmechandised and there r a lot of open food items, some of them also half way eaten lol.Tried making a comment about it last time on which I got an outstanding answer "so what do you what me to do about it?"Thanks god there is a Safeway near it where you can get same stuff and most of the time for way cheaper.

Pharmacist is constantly condescending and rude. Not helpful at all, always trying to turn people away. It’s only the Asian guy that has an issue, all the other pharmacists are helpful. It’s to the point that if I go in while he’s on shift he’ll decline me certain store products that other pharmacists gladly help and provide. Guy is on a power tripI spend thousands of dollars here a year and have a plenti card that is top tier, yet this guy wants to jerk around

This is the most over priced drug store I've ever been in. The customer service is the worst. Safeway is next door and offers a decent if not better selection of the drugstore basics. Otherwise high tail it to Manor and go to Walgreens. This Rite Aide is the worst.

2 or 3 stars. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Service here is very uneven. often slow or overworked. The selection is a little weak. The set up is odd. People love the ice cream here.
