February 2024. My legally blind mother-in-law shops at the store quite often and Rose the manager Always has a smile on her face and guides my mother through the store to help her find the things that she just can’t see. Then Tracy with a Y in the Wellness area helps her we’ve through the difficulties and translations of ingredients, effective and usages of all the different vitamins and minerals that are offered. Trust me, my sweet mother-in-law can be quite difficult to deal with at 87 years old. However, Oceana treats her like she is family. I observe this firsthand while standing back away andEavesdropping and observing how they are treating her. I must say I love this store and more so I love the people and the way that they are very community based. Keep up the great work guys much Gratitude 🙏 and appreciation.

This is a great place to stop and get some prepared foods from the deli or other packaged foods. If you are traveling down the CA-1 for a day trip, it's a good place to get some reliable food without having to wait too long. The staff at the deli counter were really nice. We had sandwiches and prepared salads that were delicious.

Juan Carlos, the manager is unprofessional and improperly trained on how to approach disabled people and our service animals. Ask if they are a service dog, don't assume and say "we don't allow pets." My dog, despite my being very frustrated by this ableist, ignorant man was calm, quiet, didn't jump, pull or bark. I had my child with me. I have a neurological disorder that brings muscle weakness, fatigue, brain fog and comes with Crohns, among other issues. Stop demonizing people with "invisible illnesses" who don't look disabled enough for you. He didn't like my well deserved tone when I told him that isn't how you askHow dare I correct you. I'm incredibly embarrassed and upset this is how a much older person in a mangerment position thinks to approach disabled people and our companions. I'm a tenured dog trainer additionally, I have a right to train my 8 month old service dog, I don't legally need a vest that anyone can buy. There are also no breed restrictions for service animals, I can tell my dog being a black Doberman around 70 pounds was a factor in this person's mind, I can feel the bias and prejudiced projection. In the 4 months I've had him, of the many stores, restaurants, cafés and pharmacies I've brought him to assist me or do an exercise, this is the only person to force me to leave, because he didn't like that I affirmed and asserted myself. Disabled people are tired. He tampered with an important training exercise and errand. They denied me my right to access. This place needs sensitivity training, an ADA fine and a new manager. I shop here whenever we visit, but will never come here again. This place is unsafe for disabled people, and this manager, Juan Carlos is clearly misogynistic and hates disabled people who stand our ground. Disabled people don't deserve to be tone policed or owe you politeness when you clearly lack professionalism or proper training on our matters. You were very rude, Juan. Learn how to ask people questions instead of assuming, accusing and embarassing us in public. I hope your ignorance and incompetence doesn't cause others to suffer. I will be filing a claim against this store asap. I left in tears in front of my kid. Stress worsens my symptoms, so I feel much worse than I did earlier today. This was a case of obvious abuse.

Stopped in sunday night about 5 pm to pick up some prepared food. Fried rice was fair, but the lemon chicken was like rubber and not edible.

Our family loves Oceana Market. High quality produce with an excellent selection of natural and organic goods. Reminds me of the Co-Op’s up in Humboldt County 😊 very friendly staff. Very enjoyable environment that is totally worth going out of the way for.

If you need niche items or cheese, beer and meats this is great. Their produce is marked up a dollar but we prefer it rather than Safeway because of the customer service and small town feel.

Love this local supermarket! I'm visiting pacifica for 2 weeks and i've been going here almost every day, Food is great and the beer selection is awesome!One of the guys working their knows me as quarters, I've been using quarters to buy a lot of my beer. One love to this place

My go to....quality,quality,quality....excellent top notch meat and delicious counter,top. Notch produce,interesting products and foods,amazing ready made hot foods,#1 vitamins and knowledgeable personnel....wow major bonus....friendly workers,very nice ladies.....one of my happy spots....pricy but worth it

UPDATED REVIEW:Staff aren’t as friendly nor helpful and the deli staff ignored customers in masks. Would be nice if the prepared items in the deli area were available in small containers so customers don’t have to rely on rude staff.Sushi looked weird. The layout in the back right is off. Why is the juice all by itself near office supplies?ORIGINAL:I’m a fan of this store. It’s basically a slightly smaller Whole Foods. Parking lot is vast, staff are so friendly and helpful — especially in the aisle with vitamins and CBD products.They even have Kosher items and different small sections in the International aisle despite its small size.The store is always well stocked, looks beautiful and is well-lit.They even have some hard-to-find items, prepared food and local items.It’s one of my favorite grocery stores.

It's like having a whole foods in our little town, without all the private label 360 stuff to make you think you should buy the private label stuff instead of the items you want! Great service, wide variety of hard to find items, very good butcher counter (though the people behind the counter seem a little disengaged). The food they make there, both at the butcher and in produce, are top notch. Great cheese counter. And check out is always quick without lines (so much better than the chain grocery in town). So happy to have them here in Pacifica.

Sort of like Whole Foods (in a good way). Very large selection, all high quality, great produce, not terribly expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and well laid out. Much nicer than Safeway! I'll be going here often!

Great local market, can be a bit pricey, but they have a lot of products you won't find at a Safeway or Grocery Outlet! I don't shop here frequently, but when I do I always have a good experience. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There's also a Wells Fargo ATM right inside the market which is super convenient.

Great selection on a number of hard to find foods. This is a store on par with a Whole Foods or a Sprouts only better. They carry a good variety of quality brands and have quite a few hard to find items. Their salad bar is fresh and filled with plenty of options. The staff is always warm and friendly. Nice relaxing vibe to the store.

This is our grocery store of choice Everytime we are in Pacifica, CA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of variety in the store. We like the deli section with a wide variety of prepared side dishes. Also, always pick up Fresh sourdough bread.

Gem of a market! Clean, well lit, beautifully organized, friendly&helpful staff, wonderful meats (there's an air-aging locker), organic, vegetarian, vegan, keto-friendly, and gluten-free options abound throughout the store. Large pet supply department, gift & house-warming section includes the kitchen gadget you just wore out, wide variety of beers & wine, lovely produce, fresh squeezed orange juice, in-house made guacamole & sauces, and a section full of measured containers of candies, nuts, trail mixes, candied fruit, etc.A Super Market indeed!
