They have the best checkout system! Everyone waits in one line, and the cashiers call the customer who's at the front when they're available. Such common sense and totally eliminates the stress of having to guess which line is the shortest. Everyone should visit this G.O. in Pacifica and bring back the system to their respective communities. (It even makes up for the tough parking on weekends when everyone's hitting Linda Mar beach.)

Too many items are mislabeled with the wrong prices, no price showing, or on the wrong shelf. Wastes everyone’s time at the checkout doing a price check. Young lady night lead apathetic and unconcerned. Boss is asleep.

Great selection. Nice staff. I always find deals. Good beer and wine selection. They always have amazing random things. This is one of the better locations. Certain things are getting pricey. But I think everything is.

This spot is right by the ocean so parking can be challenging at times. Visitors use their parking lot so it's hard for the patron to find one. However if you're a visitor it's also convenient because if you want to grab an ice on hot days or a drink, the store is walkable from the beach access.

You can't beat the prices. You cannot be sure what they will have on any given day. There is always a broad selection of all kinds of groceries but if you bought a certain item yesterday, you cannot be sure whether they will have exactly(!)the same item today. - Friendly staff.

Great place to shop! I love to stop in to see what I can find from my grocery list... And honestly I find more and more quality products here and find myself going less and less to my usual higher end grocery store! This location is great, it's clean and well stocked. I feel so lucky to have it so close to home! Now if the beach goers would just stop parking in the lot... I wanted to cheer when I saw signs saying "We Tow!". UPDATE:. Google asked me to update and I'll say that I shop here more than ever. The staff is friendly and helpful, the variety is great, as are the prices. Some people complain about the parking but I've usually found that if I'm patient i always find a spot!Another Update: Still feel the same about this place... Great staff!

It's very well kept compared to the other Grocery Outlets I've been to and it's also laid out better as well with spacious aisles. Staff is friendly and the shelves are usually always well stocked. It's not my go-to grocery store, but it's great option when you're on a budget or looking to save a few bucks.

This place is incredible. The prices are dirt cheap and the selection is surprisingly good. It can get a bit crowded, but it is well worth the trip. They also carry quite a few products that are vegan friendly including and ever-changing variety of vegan cheeses and meet replacements from both niche brands and household names like impossible and beyond

Great deals only promblem is first come ....first serve. Never have the same thing in stock, and always look for expiration date. You may get a good deal, but you have to use it quickly. They do have a lot of household goods rugs, towels, baskets, miscellaneous items, at a lower price. I find that I end up buying something I didn't know I needed, should say that I wanted. Overall you'll snag some good deals, but most likely have to go to another store to get the items they didn't have.

Smaller store but they have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and wines.. small parking lot NOTE if you park in it . You better be going into the store. They will have your car towed!! .

This place is my favorite place to buy food. It’s way cheap. The food is generally interesting. The staff is pretty nice. Just check the dates if you are stocking up. And stay away from the produce. You can get one bag at Safeway, or a whole cart full here.

This is by far my favorite Grocery Outlet location. They have a great selection of discount products, a clean store, and friendly staff. Parking can be difficult on the weekends due to beach parking overflow but otherwise a good experience.

The prices and variety of products at this Grocery Outlet are particularly good. It is often even better than your Costco deals. The only caveat, you may not find the same product again tomorrow, so better stock up on those favorites!

You get twice your monies worth. It is always clean and the food is the right temp. They have everything I need to buy and then some. The staff is friendly with the exception of one guy who is a supervisor. He has the kind of attitude where be scoffs and expresses displeasure if an item has to be removed from a.bill due to me only having a set amount of cash one day. He treated me like a total loser even though i spend $400 in that store every two weeks. Sometimes more.

Friendliest staff and owners ever. Other Grocery Outlets cannot compare to how hard working and friendly everyone is at this store. These guys have been busting their butts off during this pandemic while still serving us with a warm (mask covered) smile, it’s hard to understand how anyone can complain about this store. I’m reading a lot of petty reviews, but everyone needs to realize that these guys are doing their best during this crazy time! Give them a break guys! We should be thanking them for being open and remaining polite and friendly during this chaos!Definitely the cleanest Grocery Outlet I’ve been to. They’re really making a great effort to keep both their staff and customers safe by always wiping down their registers, doors of the fridges, bathrooms, and counting people coming in and out of the store. Instead of focusing on little things like not having certain items in stock, focus on the good they’re doing for their community. Instead of focusing on the slip ups that some of the cashiers may make, remember they’re just human. We all make mistakes. This store is full of such respectful employees of all ages. Great store and staff. Lots of cool stuff as well as the old faithfuls. Always something new to tickle my fancy at prices I just can't resist. Easy to get in and out quickly if you're in a hurry or slowly peruse each aisle, your choice. Shop here 3-4 times for every trip to Safeway.

Visited this particular location for the first time. Grocery Outlet stores are independently owned and the products they offer are diffent in different locations. We found a lot of organic products that we regularly buy except for organic plain yogurt and are very happy about it.

I love walking through the aisles to see what surprises I may find. Plants, garden decorations and piped in music are the best! I can pretty much do 85% of my shopping here. Also, staff is friendly.

My favorite grocery store in the Bay Area! Used to always stop here after a surf session (multiple times a week). They have most staples at very good prices and an ever-varying set of random deals that are too good to pass up on, making every visit a bit of an adventure. They also have a pretty big selection of "fancy/healthy food" at bargain prices. I'll never know what exactly I'll come home with, but I know it will be an awesome deal. Staff is super nice and I practically never wait in line.I moved to the East Coast and I genuinely miss this store.
