Collar & Leash is the best! Jose and his staff are warm, personable, and always generous with treats! The store offers a well-rounded variety of food and pet accessories and I always look forward to buying the different holiday toys throughout the year. I highly recommend Collar & Leash. It's a great neighborhood store.

Really nice little location in the Highlands. I was there a week earlier and discovered as I was going over my receipt the team member did not charge me for the dog collar I got to match a dog lead. I was mortified and went back as soon as I could to pay for it.I was saddened by the reaction of the team member (a different one) that he was surprised that I did this. And thanked me for my honesty. It is a sad world we live in when someone is surprised by honesty.Retail shrinkage is what drives prices higher. In the final analysis we all pay for shop lifters transgressions. The stores that suffer from the loss are not always covered by insurance. The employees that have to play store prevention loss instead of being free to actually help their customers. And, of course, the cost of goods due to ever increasing insurance rates.

Imagine my surprise coming across this sweet little pet shop in the Palisades. And how cool it was to have such a wonderful experience with a very nice sales person. Very helpful with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be visiting here again when I am in the area.

I absolutely love this pet store. They have almost all of the high quality brands my cats love (they get all the fancy food while I microwave a lot of mine, hehe).The people I met who worked there really knew the brands and seemed to be well-versed in animal nutrition.Big plus: the prices were considerably reasonable compared to other pet food places I've been.

It is such a joy to walk into Collar and Leash!It is uplifting colorful well stocked and well organized.The staff is so friendly and willing to help with what ever is needed for your pet. If something needs to be ordered it’s done and you get a call right away.There are so many interesting kinds of foods for cats and dogs, fun toys, treats doggy sweaters,costumes colorful greeting cards, dog and cat ceramic dishes,. Daniel was a sweetheart and super knowledgeable and excited to help us get everything we needed for our new rescue doggy 🐶 The products were mostly earth friendly and the food selection had many healthy options. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever!!! I must spend over $1,000 a month there buying food for 5 dogs and 1 bird. I wanted to exchange 2 bags of digs treats and there label was on the bag and they would not exchange them. Healthy Spot or Pet Express even though its a little further away will get my business. They have great customer service, they are friendly and stand behind the products they sell. Good-bye Collar and Leash you are the worst pet store!!!!’

We used to have the best experiences with Collar & Leash. They used to be more like our local pet store. Today, the customer service is atrocious & the inventory is minimal. I drive the extra mile to Petco. It's worth it!
