Customer service in fish dept was horrible. The girl "working" it obviously didn't want to work, and it showed. She ignored the number of us waiting for help because she was busy laughing with her friend visiting the store. Ended up at the Ventura store that was very busy and still managed to be helpful.

Yesterday I got this little man here in the pics. I have never had a pet that was just my responsibility, So I read as much litature as possible. So I went to petsmart today really hoping to not get my new buddy the wrong materials. I glad I made the choice to go because PHILLIP, KEVIN & KATIE WERE AWESOME. I officially hooked my NEW ROAD DOG UP!!!!. KEVIN set me up at the counter, greeted me and had phillip helping me lickity split. Phillip his about the best sales associate I've seen in years no pressure to buy, he sold me with facts and knowledge, ROYAL CANIN DOG FOOD, 42 INCH CRATE price was 85$ off retail. Shampoo for my guy so he smell as good as me. Collar, leash, harness, and even a dog personalized. The topper brought me a coupon book I bought for 20$ saved 45$ with the coupons inside. You need help with a pet go see phillip and Kevin at pet smart, they won't let you down. Sterling says thank you.

Some Products (that I buy) went up double the price. Then came down to $11.99. Then back up to $14**. Used to be $8** then $16-18. All within a 8 & 14 weeks. The other issue is. Never have dog flea combs in stock. I went to the cat section. This is the only pet store near me. I've tried Petco unfortunately the staff hasn't been knowledgeable with products in the store. Really.

You know what I had a good time cuz Mila and I she's seven and I'm a you know 107 + are we going there to get crickets for geckos and we have such a good time cuz she loves to just you know she likes to fish and everything and they're just gay people over there ain't no tentative in there good in the place gets a lot of people in there so I can be a little hectic but it's a good place to go and it's right off Rose Gonzalez right there good place

I’m pretty disappointed with this place.I went in because my dog was breathing funny. They told me he had an enlarged heart and his life would be shortened if he didn’t have some $5000 surgery. I went to another vet office to get a second opinion before I spent that kind of money. The other vet told me his heart was bigger then it should be, but that he didn’t need surgery and that it wasn’t something you could fix obviously and just to get him checked once a year to make sure he was ok. I’m glad I got a second opinion before I spent that kind of money. I no longer use this vet. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you have thousands of dollars to just throw out the window.

I originally had scheduled online to have my fur son groomed, @ least I thought unfortunately I had just scheduled him for a bath! Needing everything a bath & a haircut, I unfortunately had to reschedule but fortunately, I was able to get in the very next day! The lead stylist was very kind & accommodating.So I brought him in as scheduled the next day & Nina was his stylist, she was absolutely great she helped me to figure out how I wanted him groomed, & I left my boy w/her knowing he was in good hands.She called me a few hours later to let me know when he was ready & I was beyond happy to see that my expectations had been exceeded!Oh my gosh Nina you now have a new client!.When I brought him home he was such a hit, grandma told him how handsome he was, dad loved his Mohawk & everyone else just loved his cut!Hooray he is feeling nice & cool, I sort of think he's feeling himself also as he should!Best redemption grooming experience for our household.This is our spot!Thank you Nina you are amazing!We couldn't be happier!

This PetSmart is in a very busy location lots of people and places around it. The store is clean and smells good . The only thing is lately they have been short on wet cat food. But so everyone else. You can good prices if you are PetSmart rewards member sometimes I get cash off from my rewards. I don't know much about the staff there but one time I returned an item and I was treated very well. hope you enjoy reading this review. May JESUS keep you HOLY SPIRIT guide you

Went in to purchase my dog’s prescription food. I had a $10.00 emailed coupon which could not print; brought this to the attention of the Banfield office there, they asked me to go to the register and it would be honored. Once at the register I was asked to speak with the Manager. I stepped out of line to allow the long line of customers to be tended to. What I experienced next caught me by surprise. The young Manager proceeded to interrupt me as I explained the situation and, she waived her arms as though I were having difficulty understanding her explanation and somehow her arm gestures would help. She continued to state I required “a printed coupon” “a printed coupon is like a 10 dollar bill” “you must have it in your hand”.I allowed her to go on only because I was so embarrassed as to what all the customers behind me must be thinking… that I was incapable of understanding how a coupon works.I walked away, leaving her talking and returned to Banfield where they gave me two $5.00 coupons to use toward my $47.00 purchase. As luck would have it, now the Manager was working the register because they were busy. Well, she saw to it that I only used one $5 coupon. I did not have it in me to argue. At that point I merely informed her that I did not appreciate how she spoke to me earlier, that she should give her customers a little more credit and assume they have enough intelligence to know something as simple as how printable coupons work, particularly for someone at the age of 64 , which I am. I also explained that it was very demeaning to be spoken to in that way in front of all the other customers which heard every word. I was never disrespectful or rude toward this young lady - but I did walk away questioning how she could possibly be a Manager and treat a customer in such a manner without provocation.

Horrible service!! I had to speak to the manager several times. I had to wait 20 min for workers to let me in to the store. They told me it would take 3 hours to groom my 4 pound yorkie. Five hours later she still was not done. When they gave her back to me they did not even trim the hair on her face when I showed mulitple pictures to the head groomer Nina. When I asked what happened they said she went home and did not tell the other groomers to trim my dog. They did not even bother to clip her nails. Butchered the actual cut leaving patches of short hair and long strands which I had to cut myself along with clipping her nails. Waste of $75!!!

I ordered some prescription urinary care food that my cat needs from this location. In the time it took them to confirm the Rx with my cat's vet (assuming they ever did) they went ahead and sold the rest of their stock instead of holding any for my order. My boy does actually need this food, so this was extremely disappointing, even distressing. Customer service was no help, only reiterating that they ran out of stock before my order could be filled. I wish they hadn't waited a week to confirm my cat's Rx (again, assuming they ever did) if they weren't going to hold any inventory for my order. I've never had a store or distributor take so long to contact my cat's vet (once more, assuming they ever did). I won't be visiting this location again, and considering that this is probably just their policy in general, I am rethinking my relationship with PetSmart as a whole.

Pet Smart has an excellent selection online but something is wrong with checking out. In store the Managers are helpful and they seemed to have improved on their customer service. The store is clean. As I've adopted a Cockatiel whom I like to shop for : more later .
