My first time coming to the store to use the self service dog washing station. I arrived around noon and there was only one other dog there with all other stalls open. They have bathtubs, but they also have one ground level washing station perfect if you have an older dog or a dog you can’t lift up. $18 per dog for 25 minutes which was plenty of time to complete the wash and dry. Towels and shampoo included. It’s cool because the shampoo comes out of the water hose. There’s aprons for the humans to wear. The place was super clean and organized. I really enjoyed it and so did my dogs! My pups love getting pampered and this is a great alternative to having a grooming service & it’s a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!

Just took my 100+ lb. Berner here for a much needed bath for the first time. It was GREAT! The raised tubs and settings for wash, rince, and dry right on the wall made it so easy! The staff was amazing and helpful, and the cost is minimal!We will definitely go back.

These little things just love going to PET food Express. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They give great advice and always have a treat in hand for my two, beloved fur babies, Sadie and George😍 I buy the very best dog food there called Kiwi brand..it is freeze dried wet canned food from New Zealand. They do so good on that food. Better than any dog food I have ever given them.

i love coming here to wash my beautiful baby. she don’t like coming here though haha but today i went in to buy her more vitamins and was immediately approached by someone and asked if i needed help looking for something and found the probiotics i was looking for immediately for me and then proceeded to help me decided on which omega vitamins i should go with. i feel very happy with my choices she helped me go with today. i told the cashier to put in a good word for me on her awesome help and the cashier said that was the store manager!! so happy everyone there is HELPFUL and KIND. frosty the abominable snow dog and i will continue to shop and shower here :)

Came here for my first time I was a bit lost brandy approached me asking if she could help and oh boy did she help me she was fantastic knowledgeable kind n extremely helpful in helping me understand my bulldog digestive system she made me a loyal customer I definitely will be back and will refer people to the store asking for brandy! This is a great place.I come in at least once a week to bathe my dog in there shower stalls, which are always nice and sanitized.Other than that this is my go-to spot for treats and toys, Winter (my husky) really enjoys there Bully Hides with are buy 3 get the 4th free.Great Deal.

The workers are always extremely nice and helpful! Washing the dog is easy there and they always let me know when new deals are available and how I can save money. I go atleast once a week and look foward to going each time

Great store and a super convenient dog self wash facility. We have two small dogs and it's so easy to pop them in together and be done in 15 mins. A little pricey but you don't have to clean up the mess at home so I'll take that) The people who work there are generally super nice, too.

I love this place. I also love their hours. Parking was horrific due to the parking lot being painted. I had to park far from the store but it was a beautiful day. I use this place to bathe my dog. They have sinks set up with a hose and a vacumn to dry your dogs. It even offers shampoo as part of the dog wash and also provide towels. The place also has lots of dog items as well as food and treats. It cost 18 dollars to bathe your dog here.

I found my new favorite pet store and this means a lot because I get a discount at PetSmart lol. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Currently helping me a lot with getting a collar for my American bully who has a huge neck and has backed out of his before. I just moved back here from Orange county and when I came I lost contact with his trainer. So he missed crucial sessions right before turning one. They even gave me a card for a recommended trainer.

Went in today and the employees were on it: cleaning right when someone was finished with the sinks, not like my last visits (see below). They were very friendly and helpful. Seems like a new team. Upgraded to 5 stars :)I really like this place to wash my dogs because it offers shampoo, conditioner, a blower to dry your dog and towels all for $15. However, the last couple of times I went a few months back, a couple of the sinks were occupied and another two unoccupied but dirty and the employees were just behind the counter not busy, I had to ask them to clean them. Also, make sure to take your own brush to comb down the hair on your dog while you wash.

Every time I go the stalls are clean everyone is friendly. I have never experienced any aggressive dogs while washing mine. Loads of towels and supplies.

I went to buy food and turned out to be the best pet store right when you enter you get service they are very nice and treat you like family they have great service and nice workers they recommended me a type of food for my dog and he ended up loving it my dog is now happy has a great digestive system thanks to the workersI will go back and i recommend to go thereThis is now my favorite pet store

Amazing things for your fur babies. Buy more save more deals on treats. You can also give your larger dogs a proper washing at the self wash in the back of the store. Staff and pleasant and knowledgeable

First time coming here to try the self wash for our wonderful pup. The staff was super friendly; we bought the set of four tokens which made the doggie bath pretty cheap. It was fun and well worth the price. Our only complaint was the people to the left of us kept spraying us with water somehow while they were washing their dog. That was irritating; they didn't have control of the sprayer or their dog; not sure which. In any case I would definitely recommend trying it for your pooch, if he needs a bath.

John was the best! It was my first time at Pet Food Express and I came with my grandpa who is getting older. He noticed my grandpa and offered him a chair while I bathed my cattle dog! Such an amazing gesture that I did won’t soon forget. I thought he was a manager but he was just a stellar employee

Love their self bathing section of the store. The employees have always been very kind and helpful! I have not gone here once without having some form of pleasant conversation with the people who are working.EDIT : After returning back to town 2 years later, my review stands. The employees are always very pleasant to speak with and the self wash station is great!

I want the pet washing station as a mudroom for my house! I washed my dog here for the first time and it was super easy. The staff was friendly and explained how to use everything with ease. The air dryer could have been a little warmer so my dog didn't get cold after the bath, but a walk around the collection in the sun warmed him up nicely for the car ride home. It's the first time using a place like this so I'm not sure if the price of $15 was good or bad for it, but when the water is off for construction and your dog really needs a bath the $15 is not a bad price for happy puppiesrs and tail wags.

Prices are reasonable, the staff is really nice and friendly, and there is a self-service wash for your dog. 15$ gives you 30 minutes to wash and dry your dog. They give you towels, shampoo and a blow dryer. It’s incredibly convenient and there is even a handicap bathing area. Bring your own brush though!

I love this place. I recently went because my cat has been having issues with his urinary tract. One of the workers there, John, gave me great advice and showed me some things that would help his diet. He suggested adding moisture to his diet and now my cat is doing better! He's going to the bathroom regularly now and I can't thank him enough for the advice on giving my kitties Bone Broth. Very thankful for this place!

Great selection of dog foods, especially on the higher end, however the customer service was non-existent. Prices are reasonable and usually I have a pleasant experience. However this time, when I approached the register with my purchase, the sales guy walked off without even acknowledging me and I had to wait about 5 minutes before he returned, on the phone, and completely my transaction without uttering a single word to me. Hopefully this apple won’t spoil the bunch!

So I heard about this place at the dog park after my 85lb gsd decided to lay in a water puddle. And this nice guy told me about the bathing stations they have and it only being $11. So I decide to try it out. Wow was I impressed, they were so helpful when I told them it was my first time there and one of the nice employees walked me to the back got me all set up and even explained what shampoos worked better for different things like excessive itching or sensitive skin and boy do they smell good too. In all it was a nice experience for me and my fur baby she even picked out a treat for herself.

This is a nice place! All the food is made in America so you can rest easy your not getting fake stuff in your pet food. Also, a nice wash area and very clean and well organized for wasy shopping.
