😕we ordered some print books, easy enough. The Internet order form said the order would be done in an 1/2 hour so we shopped and ate then stopped in about an hour later. Short handed staff and nobody knew anything about our order, someone checks the queue and sure enough there's our order waiting for human interaction. The lady said should couldn't do them because she was off shift but she would issue a discount because of the wasted trip of 15 miles 😡. The next day another trip into town, they are finishing but she didn't figure in the discount and the manager wouldn't adjust the price even after we showed them the email and time stamp.. thanks corporate American

Pharmacist clerk (Asian lady with lip piercing) had horrible customer service from. The beginning went to drive through and told me my prescription was not in at all called my primary doctor and said it was sent in an hour ago, I then had to go inside with a child it was an inconvenience for me to tell her it was sent electronically she should’ve just checked thoroughly on the system and I would’ve been home earlier with her delaying the process we ended up not being able to bring the prescription. Walgreens has always been my go to pharmacy it will no longer be.

I can NEVER refill my meds through the automated system no matter how many refills I have. Then when the automated system says I need to speak with a person I get placed on hold for ridiculous intervals, sometimes over an hour! Then the people I'm talking to are very rude. I've asked to speak to management repeated who have done nothing to help. Managers have no idea what would cause this and just don't care. The latest manager said it must be corporates fault but straight out REFUSED to look into my profile to see if she could possibly see what the issue is. Let's just blame it on someone else without even attempting to assist your customers! This has been going on for almost 2 years, but since management was so quick to blame corporate I will be calling them!

I go there for the pharmacy. I've never had any issues with the pharmacy except for this one person. I don't know her name, she is tall, has dark hair, and white. I have a real hard time understanding her, and when you ask her to repeat herself, she only gets louder. The other day she was very short with an older gentleman. He just walked away a said " I have no idea what she was saying. She didn't attempt to try and make it better. The pharmacy is the last place were you don't need to loose your people skills. I think she is a good employee but maybe not a fit for the pharmacy. I've watch several times people leave in frustration because of the inability to understand what this girl is saying.Thank youRose Davis

COVID testing takes at least 96hrs. Don’t waste your time if you think they’ll give you a resonable response. Walgreens should do business with a better company if they truly “care” about the safety and we’ll being of their community. Most people want a test that’s been done within 48-72hrs but with this place is taking 4 days which makes that impossible. Took the lab 48hrs to even receive the test (the lab is less than 80 miles from test location). They also have no option for expedited results. Therefore in order for me to get a result in the required time frame even if I’m vaccinated I’d have drive 160 miles round trip. Most people would be in the hospital, not living, or over the virus before they would even have the results from this place.

I worked at Gamestop for several years and know how these transactions should be handled. My dad made the mistake of buying a Playstation store card from our local walgreens. Walgreens doesn't do returns on expired cards. Sony can't refund these cards, because they're sold through a third party (Walgreens). The business that you buy them from, is the business that has to do the return. They're also supposed to be scanning the cards during inventory counts, to make sure they're still valid. Obviously they failed to do so.This card was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday. His party got canceled, because he got sick. So he was already bummed out. Then 3 days after my dad purchased the psn card, I tried to redeem it and it was expired.The walgreens store was no help at all and simply told me to contact customer service.I've been on hold with customer service for 31 whole minutes and was transferred 4 times.Just an FYI, if you buy these from Gamestop, they can send you home with another card within a few minutes. They know cards expire and it's not a problem to swap it out.Trust that I'm leaving reviews everywhere I can. Walgreens needs to rethink their return policy on gift cards.

Two lines for pharmacy only one tech Takuya. I did not have a pass so I waited infringe of drop off and pick up only to be informed by a ride customer in in the express lane there was only one line and then tech rudely informed me also two signs for two pick up express and drop off but only one line. Then there should only be one sign if there's no dam difference. Thought Walgreens was quicker and cleaner then crystal but I was wrong. I will take my perceptions some where else.

Arrived to pick up b/p medicine that was refilled through Walgreens and to be ready at 12:00pm the next day. The pharmacy was slow but the medicine Was not ready . Then, “Ashley” the pharmacy tech, said there are 0 refills and I’ll need to call my doctor. Went back home found there were 6 refills. Called the pharmacy. Was on hold without a greeting for 20 minutes. Then someone who sounded an awful lot like Ashley picked up the phone and asked if it was Carey ,waiting and when I said no and gave my name she hung up. I was able to reconnect with her by calling the manager of the store whom was helpful. Within a few moments she picked up the phone and said it will be ready in 45 mins.Here is what is not okay:Ashley gave me incorrect information and did not apologize.Ashley had the phone on hold for 20 mins and did not even greet me.Ashley was sharp and rude on the phone and even denied it was her picking up the phone.Walgreens, I am a long time customer. You can do better. I am now calling Walgreens district on Monday.

Had my prescription sent there 3 times and they claim they can’t find my name in the system, even though my doctor literally showed me that they sent it there 3 times. Even confirmed the address multiple times and had my doctor call and speak to a pharmacist and they still claimed they can’t find it. If I get pregnant I swear to god Walgreens better dish out a few thousand dollars for childcare

I get prescriptions here which aren't always ready on time and the pharmacy must be reminded in person to refill or fill requiring another 15-30 minute wait. Excellent place for after holiday candy sales though. Extremely friendly staff.

I don't know where to begin. Well first the pharmacist told me that my medication that I'd been talking for the last two years wasn't covered by my insurance, so the lady told me it would be $610.00 for my meds. I pulled out my wallet to count out the money, and the older blond pharmacist told me they didn't take cash for my prescription. I told her what business doesn't run on cash, so for three more months they kept making me pay cash for my prescription. Then my insurance calls me , and says they've been running my insurance wrong. So my insurance had to have their pharmacy call Walgreens, and tell them how to run my insurance. Then they call me, and say my meds are ready, and when I go pick them up after a 45 minutes drive they say I can't pick my meds up for two more days. The staff are a bunch of liers who don't know how to do their job. I dread every time I have to go to that store 😕😑

WORST PHARMACY I have EVER had. Save yourself the time, gasoline, and frustration. Ever since the old manager Raj left a couple years ago and the lady pharmacist/pharm manager took over, this is THE single worst pharmacy I've ever used. They tell you on the phone your Rx is ready for pickup, you drive 15 miles to get it, then when you get there they say "well it's been filled and ready, but can't be released until tomorrow so I don't know why my clerk told you that it's ready"!! And it's not some pain pills or NARCOTICS or controlled meds or something..we're talking arthritis/anti-inflammatory med!! that they won't "release" until the *31st* day because they don't count the day you picked it up. Smh. EVERY other pharmacy in town will give you your medication at LEAST the day before. They've done this THREE times to me now (ASSURING me over phone before I make the drive that it is ready for pickup) before I finally just switched..i can't be wasting gas and time like that..On top of that ridiculousness, they are rude, their 'drive thru' is the funniest joke ever, and this place is ran by (mostly) incompetent young clerks who just let the phone ring off the hook because the two girls are sitting there chatting about a concert (I've been there in line & have seen this in person a couple times now & family members have told me they've seen the same), which then made sense to me why every time I called, it would just ring & ring & ring for 3mins then you would hear someone pick up the handset and quickly hang it back up to 'silence' the ringing phone.. There are countless other things they do here that make my jaw drop but this is long enough. Just believe me... if you're looking for CONVENIENCE with a nice (or even ACCEPTABLE) attitude and quality of job..look elsewhere in town..you've got like 15 to choose from, but this is the *last* place you want.

Searched the website for a camera battery, didn’t show price. Drove all the way there and found the price for a cr2 battery is 23 bucks for 2 batteries 🤔 if I didn’t have a need for them I would have left them, but I find out later I over paid by 14 bucks 😑 after finding Ebay had deals under 10, AND free shipping 🤷♂️ What the hell Walgreens???

Horrible customer service. Went here to fill my prescription for an elective surgery I was having and was told she would need to “call the providers office to verify”. It was a Saturday and so when they could not get a hold of the physician she told me she couldn’t fill it but not before asking what the medication prescribed “was even for”. The woman I dealt with was extremely rudely and was very invasive in regards to my privacy.

Twice now they have been out of one of the most common meds, provided a weeks emergency supply, said to come back in a couple of days! Getting tired of same routine for this med, wasting time, gas and money. 😁
