Good store to buy gardening and pet supplies. They also have a large selection of clothing and tools too. Staff are very friendly and can help you find something or carry heavy items to your vehicle.This time, I used the mobile app to place and order and it was ready to pickup in about 15 minutes.

Horrible trailer parking, didn't they realize people that shop at a tractor supply use trailers. Only two check outs, most time only one manned. I am very disappointed.

Very well stockedLots of parking. Great staff. But the inside of the store is dark and drearyLow ceilings and no sunlight. This place is depressing and its not s store I want to go into. The Galt and Auburn stores are so much nicer. This one I'll pass on.

Unfortunately for me I was followed by an employee as soon as I walked into the store. When I was at checkout I asked the employee if he was following me, no he replied. That’s when the cashier Tarra or Terror said very rather matter fact my oh no he’s not the one who follows customers around, oh wow I responded. Than she went on to be very passive aggressive…have a WONDERFUL day. Very very very unprofessional but it is Oroville 🤷🏻‍♀️

I needed to buy an umbrella and they had it for a price $2 cheaper than the next place. I called in inquired about the umbrella, and the lady on the phone was super friendly, told me it was the last one and when I said that I would be right down, she put it on reserve for me. The cashier was also incredibly friendly and everyone was extremely professional.

I love this place ! It's a bit pricy on some things but has a wide range of products to offer. I can usually always find what I need at a price I can afford. The people working there have all been friendly and willing to help if you have questions. Wandering around the store they will have places with Mark down items scattered here and there. I've found alot of cool things from tools to cat and dog toys and everything in-between. It's a fun place to shop and keep in mind if you have animals especially ...BIG selection of dog and cat foods dry and canned. They even have baby chick's sometimes. If you have animals you need to have Tractor Supply Co. on your go to list.

I love this store they always have the dog food I need but every time I’ve gone in staff was helpful . Just have to give it A 4 because they always honor my coupons but this last time the lady did not even bother with me she just said it’s expired I said it wasn’t and she didn’t even try to help . Next time please show effort in honoring coupons

Oroville tractor supply is the best. I have to go to the other ones a lot (Chico and paradise) for certain things but it never is quite as friendly and awesome as the oroville location. The employees at this store are what makes it so great. They always greet you with a smile and are very eager to help you find what you need. I assume this comes from the leadership at the store. The employees seem happy and treated as equals. Love oroville tractor supply!

I love this store. It is spacious and clean. It's the only place I can find the dog food my dogs like( Earthborn ) There are quite a few employees here who are super nice. I believe one lady even owned her own feed store but it was out of town so I don't think most people knew about it. She is really great and always friendly.

Good for buying in bulk. They've got a great selection of name brand stuff. This is more of my husband's store; they're pretty cool. I like the unique selection of candy they have there, stuff I've never seen before, very good. Friendly.

The heavy set older lady that works the front check out is a bity to work with. I purchased a few items brought the extras back in there packing the next day, and she wouldn't return the items, because i had a picture of the receipt not the receipt it's self. The manager was no help he said he was busy, and walked off. I usually love tractor supply, but employees like these ruin the place.

Had a pretty bad experience today. Not saying anything that was done so was intentional. But could they have handled it better? Absolutely.Took 1 hr to get propane and get out. That is ridiculously long, and it wasn't busy. Not to mention waiting outside in excessive heat making it worst.Took asking for propane assistance 3x. Waited in line to pay while cashier was just casually chatting away with customer, and other lines were getting checked out one after another.

The workers are friendly and the store is well stocked but I'd recommend going to their online site to see a bigger selection and having free pick up in Oroville.Their only cons are :* When it's busy, more often than not there's only 1 person to answer questions, find items in the back, help you get heavy things in and out of carts.*They can be expensive on some products.Overall it's a nice store.

Everyone is very nice, but the last couple of times I have been in there, an employee who appears to have received a promotion is not the same person as before. She was very nasty to me last night and the employees the time before.It makes me not want to go in....And I go in a lot!

I just want to say that a breeder works here and is telling people to get the wrong shots for there dogs ,everyone should know just because they breed dogs dosen't make them a vet ,tractor supply should be in full responsibility if someone listens to this staff and gets the wrong shots for their puppies. This staff could kill someone's puppy. Remember not veterinarian's work at tractor supply, if you have a question about any of there shots for pets contact your veterinarian or any veterinarian an ask please don't listen to this lady at tractor supply she almost killed our pup with her 9-1 shot these shots are WAY to much for weeks old puppies.

Went to pick up kayak today that I Bought yesterday. The clerk that I worked with yesterday heard it over the loud speaker and come running up to make sure that I was the right person picking it up. I really appreciate that. Then they sent 2 young men to help load them up and they did a fantastic job got home safe and sound with 2 kayaks.
