Not very many associates that are welcoming. Seems like every employee wants to avoid questions from customers. It's actually a 1 star rating if I had to get personal but I feel there are some decent people there so the extra 2 stars are for the hard working individuals.

Can't say enough about their customer service department !! I locked my keys & Phone in my car their employee, Marquez loaned me his personalphone to call my insurance company, not only that, while leaving his shift ,he became concerned seeing me stand in the rain. Helped me Again! You just don't find people like that these days. All were very kind and helpful in the Customer service department. Thank You Marquez and Customer service people. :)

I just had an odd experience at Home Depot. I picked out a knob/deadbolt combo and a single knob for my front and back doors. The box says, "Quick re-key cylinder. See HD associate for details."I find an associate and ask her what it would take to get the single knob keyed as the set. She didn't know and I didn't really understand who she was directing me to, but it appeared to be the area where they plan out kitchen designs and such. She said, "Someone should be sitting at the desk."So I go over and ask a lady associate the same question. She explains to me she worked in appliances and wouldn't know. "Oh," I said. "Another associate said I should ask over here."She says, "Who said that?"I said, "An associate in plumbing."She goes, "Well, let's just go see about that."I could tell by her tone she was about to blast someone for passing the buck. We go down the main aisle and cross the electrical aisle. She says, "Him?" nodding to a guy down that aisle.I said, "No, they were in plumbing."We go past two more aisles and she goes, "Him?" nodding toward the man at the end of the aisle.I said, "No, her," pointing to the other associate in plain sight, down the same aisle, wearing the same orange apron the guy was; the same orange apron she herself wore.She goes, "Oh, she doesn't work in plumbing. She probably meant the Pro Desk over there."There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that she wasn't about to confront the lady associate, but had it been the man, she'd have gotten all up in his case. There are some women you can just sense that have a problem with men. And she's definitely one of them.

Always find what I need. Got bags of soil was waiting for help I am 70yrs. No one came so I pushed and shufed them into my truck. I was alone husband was not happy. My back was hurting tell staff to help disabled and seniors.

They have everything you need when it comes to home improvement, the only thing I did not like was the looks the employees gave me and the service I received. It's probably not because I'm African american but this location is not best for "urban" shoppers

Clean parking lot. Lots of parking area.Big store, clean, organized. Plenty of staff to assist. They offer self check out register area and they have clerks to check your purchases.Prices are decent. Competitive.

Going to Home Depot is like a kid going to a candy store. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. If you are in the military or a veteran, apply for the veteran discount in person or online. Every dollar counts!

I went in there and happy to see they had the perfect fridge for me. Love the little retro style! They helped put it on the cart and helped to load it. Fantastic service! Also a great place to buy garden plants they always have a hugh selection.

I like going down the aisle that has the cleaning products there are some really good deals I bought a great mop. Also walking through the outside plant nursery a wonderful way to get different ideas the plants are blooming and it's quite beautiful. The clerks are very courteous and friendly.

I typically avoid the big box stores. Part of it has to do with not being able to find things and find staff who could point you the way. This Home Depot is totally different. There were several employees who seemed to be looking for customers to help. They were knowledgeable and friendly which made me slightly reconsider my feelings towards big box stores.

Since this is the only Home Depot within a couple of miles they do a pretty good job helping customers and helping you find what you need. They do stock a good amount of somethings you dont find elsewhere and the prices are reasonable as in the quality of the products. A good place to go for all your home and garden needs and projects.

It's funny cuz every single time I walk in the door of this particular home Depot, it's like All eyez on me! And I don't understand why! It must be because I'm covered in tattoos and they automatically think I'm going to steal something from the them!! Lol

Went to buy a small table top bbq gas grill. Found only one the display model but it was just what I imagine d. Clerk came quickly, looked it up wrote info down, even gave me a display discount. In and out .

Its pretty clean and organized for a home depot. Don't expect any employees to go out of their way to help you. They also blocked the emergency exit.

I was in Home Depot today looking for a specific item! Could not find a sales person on floor! But lo and behold a female employee walks straight to me and asks if she can help me🤗I tell her exactly what I need but I can’t find it!!! She typed in her phone and she finds it🙀🙀🙀she was helpful, courteous! Professional and I think she was her break🙀🙀🙀🙀thank you Mz!!! I appreciate u and thankful!!!
