Store is clean and well organized.Only complaint is the lady with the black hair at the cashier, whose name starts with an 'M', needs better customer service. Unfriendly, no greetings at all, not even a look of acknowledgement during the checkout, and lastly didn't even tell me my total just stood there. This is the most basic of the basics as a cashier.This employee needs to either be retrained with better customer service or assign her to work another part of the store. Definitely not the cashier end.

Got my thanksgiving Turkey.. such a good deal! && The guy at checkout Ben went above and beyond to help me and my sister checking out to save us money. Very very nice man. I hope the manager sees this when it comes to performance reviews please give Ben a raise... Such a great employee! Thank You Ben!!! We will be back

I don't even want to leave this location a star, but I have no choice to leave a review. On multiple occasions I have received poor service. My final straw prompting this review is when I called the store to inquire about a product and instead of getting an answer I was hung up on repeatedly. I'm sure the employees are miserable, but they shouldn't take it out on customers.

Got two New York steaks for Christmas Dinner. Opened the package and almost barfed from the Smell or Rancid Meat. Just a really Foul Smell you should not sell rancid meat, Ruined my Christmas Dinner. will be returning the BAD MEAT to the Store. Don't buy Meat here!

The store is good, clean & well stocked. Even employees stocking are very helpful. Where it lost stars is the checkout clerks. They are unfriendly, unhelpful & one is down right rude.

Smart and final has a lot of excellent deals. They are similar to Costco or Sam's club except without the annoying membership fee. I gave only four stars because of this location the customer service is not that great. I can't speak for every employee boat the one cashier in particular was a little snarky and treated me like I was a nuisance. But other than that I definitely recommend Smart & final If you're looking for a good deal.

I was able to get everything I needed for 2-3 weeks. The store was clean and well stocked. I like most "First Street" products for additional store brand savings but wasn't happy with that dairy line. Yesterday I bought the "Producers" dairy products and that's going to work out well. It tastes great and I was able to find buttermilk in that brand. I'm all set!

Nice clean and well stocked. Low prices and plenty of stock and variety. The cashiers are friendly but they do need more training instead of helping people in their lines they are hugging and talking personal stuff to non customers...I have been shopping at different Smart and Final since 2008. I went down o. My rating because i have asked several employees to stock more of certain items and even today they only stock 3 and they are gone until next week they claim they will order more now that they are getting busier but have not. Lazy management

Love this store.Great prices and friendly employees. I only have three things I don't like about this store.1.) They don't carry all products that I use on a regular basis.2.) Some of the products are packaged to large for my wife and myself to use before they will expire. We are a house of only two.3.) Depending on the time of day you shop, it can be hard to get out of the parking lot.Since all of the the exits to the parking lot are near one traffic light that is also helping control the traffic exiting and entering the highway.Other than that I do most of my shopping here.😀

Several people in the parking lot not meeting up to the standards of even a regular Orville person. which is pretty bad. But for the most part this town is pretty nice because when you look around this country the bar has been dropped well B low the halfway mark. we are in some strange times my friends. scary, very scary

I would say 8 out of 10 times I shop there and get something on sale, I come home and sure enough not the sales price. Then I have to go back to fix it. I don't understand why they can't get it together in there regarding this! And why is the red meat brown?? Does anyone in there do there job? Never will I go back! I dropped my Costco membership because I was shopping at Smart and Final. Time to go back to Costco. The employees actually work and take pride in their job.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It was my first time going to the Oroville Smart and Final and it will be my last. Purchased a $60 piece of pork only to open it today and the meat is spoiled! Called the store and they basically said too bad since I had thrown my receipt away. I don't keep grocery receipts as I would never think to return food. This experience and their terrible customer service sure taught me a lesson. If you shop here, safe your receipts until you use their products!

First time at Oroville store. Great produce. Super clean store. It is brand new. Check out clerk was a great person to represent your store. Her name was Kim. I made a point to go back in and tell the assistant manager how impressed l was with her serviceI will be back.

Not a happy x customer. My second time visiting this store I was so impressed with not just one but two readily available electric carts. Star for that. I was also impressed again by the helpful, friendly and courteous staff which is so positive for Oroville. Star for that. I was impresed with variety and larger sized items. Star for that. Star for help out to my car. However when I said I did not want to pay for bags my receipt shows that I paid .50. That is not right and they shorted me 3. I called the store and they hung up on me.😞

I have been here weekly since the opening in Oroville,Ca. Finding great deals.. mostly friendly staff.. very clean..Great variety of every day items. You can purchase single to bulk. Only negative.. cashiers need more training with check out issues... charged for items that were replacement due to Expiration..I went in to let know.. not finding proper management checkers.. only say sorry nothing i can do. Otherwise love the new store

The cashier was super rude when I came to the check out because I walked up and she thought I was cutting someone but I wasn’t...There was nobody there! Also since we can’t bring our own reusable bags we have to get one of theirs and they charge. If you’re gona force people to buy bags then let thing bring their own.

The store is nicely set up and has a lot of items in all departments. I was very surprised. Workers were friendly and seen people buying quite a few items. Some prices are very reasonable and some average. Will shop there again.

Wonderful selection of items , clean and easy ! But , the Corporate Elites are at it again , " Maximize Profit " , just like Raleys , fifteen Customers standing in line and ONE checker ! There's so many people stuffed into the new " Regions " , that the old "Customers First" policy is no longer , people will stand in long lines today because of No Choice ! and CEO's don't care , unless the Customers stop coming ! and that is what we should do .
