This place in Oroville off my Myers has been making more made to order suishi! Yum! Large deli and hot items. Great selection of beer and wine with wallet friendly prices! I like the fresh produce and surprisingly good selection of vitamins! Btw wells fargo bank is inside this store.

The cupcakes that were being baked for my grandson's birthday got ruined. They were supposed to go to his school for the class to enjoy. I called Raley's and asked their bakery department of they could do 30 cupcakes today. When their cake decorator (Rachel) heard our plight she immediately started to figure out how to help. I was very grateful for her assistance and willingness to help. Thanks to Rachel the day is saved!

Prices are a bit high but they do have a clearance section in the back. Friendly employees, clean, and has services inside such as a coinstar, pharmacy, bank, and a self checkout if you need to check out quickly.

Nice place. Less produce quality than Raleys used to have and be famous for. Still it’s my go to in Oroville for many things. I would not buy wine here when there are a Grocery Outlet and Smart and Fi nAl in town. Raleys is twice or three times as expensive for wines.

We had Door Dash bring us groceries from Raleys in Oroville a couple of days ago. The bread looked and smelled odd. We always buy this exact bread from a different grocery store. Unfortunately, Door Dash doesn't deliver from that store. I made my child a sandwich. She said it tasted spicy. So I took a bite. That bread was nasty! I think the white stuff on it was mold. If I had time to go to Raleys, I would not have needed Door Dash! Raleys charges much more than Walmart and then they give you moldy bread. The nerve!!!

Today's 11/10/23 and it is no excuse to tell me after I told the cashier and clerk I have vegetables to weigh and bakery won't take them to then be proven right and walk back to the front to check out to have my eyes rolled at by a clerk when THEY asked me how my day was going. Hopefully the manager I talked to tell the workers to not every have someone with fruit or veggies to go to the bakery department. So much for customer service.

The florists here at the Oroville Raley's are amazing. I asked for a beautiful colorful bouquet and they outdid themselves. Beautiful quality & smells divine. Their customer service was amazing and the price was the best in the area. I will no doubt be using them again in the future. Very happy customer :)

There is a ton of parking and its a well stocked store. I went around 5pm on a weekday, the peak of grocery store after work shoppers..the lines moved quickly however they ran out of carts! Worse yet I didn't see anyone on the lot trying to wrangle carts back to the store. I was also dissapointed by the deli dept. They were understaffed and the ones there were too busy to work. Busy with what? Who knows. It was so.ridiculous that I left. And I know I wasn't the only one. Otherwise they get a 3 star rating. They are nowhere near as nice as the Sacramento Raleys/ Bel Air. But for Oroville I'll guess they will do.

I called on the phone and asked one of the managers if they had Sunny side eggnog. She or someone checked and said oh yes they have plenty. I waste all my gas and time and I go in there and look and wait and there's not any eggnog at all. So the manager tells me the excuse that they were busy. I said why don't you train your associates to know the difference between eggnog and whipping cream or whatever and I said if you're too busy to actually look and tell me the truth then don't do it. They lied to me telling me they had plenty . That was a out and out elaboration. If raley's is too busy to look for something in the store then why don't they tell their customers they're too busy. older of peo lolotOf t of people are older and they have illness and raley's shouldn't waste their time and their gas for this stupidity

I was standing in the self checkout line for a while patiently waiting on the customer in front of me to finish, when a lady just went up to a register that the green light was not on and I asked her if the scanner worked and she said yes that she let me use it but I said it was ok and went to use a different scanner that did not have the working green light on. It would have been nice for the clerk watching the self checkout lane to have let me know the other registers were open instead of just watching me wait. Must be cause I was not white Raleys you really need to train your crew in how to serve the customers. If they don’t like their job then it ain’t the right job for you Customers should be at 100% Always!

I had a great experience my first time here. I didn’t know where anything was and found lots of help. The produce guy went back and got me the perfect raspberries.The checker was really sweet and the lines moved fast. Very clean too.

This store is nice, but they don't enforce the no pet rule. Once again, I saw a lady with her little Chihuahua walking around on a leash. Service dogs are labeled as service dogs and they stay next to their handler not trailing behind. This is a common occurrence at the store and others. There is a sign on the door that no pets are allowed in the food facility. The management needs to grow a backbone and enforce the rules.

Raley's always has the hard to find or uncommon gourmet ingredients I need in stock and their customer service is always wonderful! Our family's favorite staff member, Charlie, is the absolute best and always makes sure he gives us a laugh and that we leave happy with big smiles on our faces. They definitely make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Our family first started shopping here in 1991 when we first moved to Oroville, CA, and we've been loyal customers ever since. Thank you!

The cashier I had was rude. Honestly, I love the customer service. This cashier was an older elder gentlemen who came to switch off with a younger lady. He was rude. He slammed my receipt on the counter & spoke to me rudely. He spoke kindly to the older lady behind me tho. I don't know what his problem was, but if he keeps it up I won't come back to that store anymore.

Ok store. Peeps that work there r nice and usually happy to help u.Bought some BBQ ribs that were already cooked, $20.00 for about 8 ribs, got them home heated them up, and they tasted old! Like maybe the next day the ribs would be bad to eat? So I threw them out. So I don't recommend their already cooked ribs at all.For Thanksgiving I got a prime rib roast and it was perfect.

a while ago, i noticed some of the lights began strobing (the bulbs were dying).i can't legally drive because i have epilepsy, so the only grocery store i could access was now a place i couldn't enter. i could only rely on my partner to get groceries for us, which isn't realistic.i called corporate to ask them to repair it. the next day, they sent someone to take a look at it. they said they wouldn't be able to fix it without the repairman, who usually only visits the store once or twice a year.Mayo, one of the staff members, heard about my situation. he went out of his way to try to change the bulbs himself, but they were LEDs that he couldn't replace.instead of giving up, he turned off the flashing lights. they've remained off since and will remain off until they're fixed.thank you, Mayo. i really can't thank you enough.being disabled, im unable to access a lot of places and face discrimination. i often feel dehumanized. your gesture (though it may seem small to you) makes me feel seen, heard, and human.

Today the store seemed well stocked, better than previous visits. I went for produce, mostly, and checked prices in the meat department... they are still pretty high. I did not check paper products, those shelves have been bare so long I didn't even think to go over there. I appreciate the store's efforts to keep things clean and customers and employees safe. That is the main reason I choose to shop there.

Convenient, opens early and great selection. Love their deli and dessert counters. (Only Oroville's location) Bonus that some of the same people have worked there with the public for many years.
