PAWS was so busy this morning with cats and dogs and people all talking at the same time. But the staff has a great system set up to get everyone checked in fast. This clinic is amazing. They truly care about the welfare of the animals and not just dollar signs. They are friendly, professional, and highly competent. They always have a waiting list but it’s well worth it.

This place is amazing. They offer the best care at an affordable rate because they're a non-profit! They do drop off service for spay and neuter and you can ask for additional things while they are there. Also they see animals for check ups and care. My dog had teeth removed for less than half of what everyone else was charging. Lastly, if you need payments they can work out arrangements with you. Great place, affordable, friendly staff. I've been going there for 7 years.

Very thorough veterinarian and a low cost clinic for your dogs and cats. Staff is very patient and friendly and I have used their spay and neuter services for my own pets (past and present), as well as, funded services for low income families and the elderly senior community to get their pets spayed and neutered. I highly recommend Paws to anyone local and have referred over 62 families to this clinic via my pet therapy program during the years. I hope our community continues to give Paws the kudos and well deserved business that they have earned.

Absolutely amazing staff. I brought a dog in that was extremely over bred and it was an emergency surgery with high risk of death and they did such a good job for her. With the smallest surgery scar I've ever seen.

They do their job. My polite complaint about a surprise $100 fee was meet by the manager with unblinkingly cold gaslighting. And they warned me that the feral cats spayed through the TNR program would have their ears "tipped", but the top third of their ears that were removed struck me as excessive and unnecessary.

Paws is wonderful... Prices and staff are great and welcoming. My kitty gets great nail trims and had been spade with shots, deworming. My kitty was feral and is so happy and tamed. Paws, tho a wait to be seen is expected... Waiting on property no problem.. love Paws!

Hands down best vet I have ever been to. Fixed 6 cats in one day for us. They are professional and caring. I have been to 1000s of vet offices all over California hands down the BEST. Thank you Paws. Truly so grateful and blessed. We drove 2 1/2 hours to go there I would have drove 40 hours if I had to. They treated the animals like their own. CALIFORNIAS BEST VET IN MY BOOK

I have used this clinic since I discovered it. They are overworked and underpaid and the greatest veterinarian clinic. I’ve experienced they help animals that have been abandoned, and they help those who have not they treat their patients accordingly. I moved out of Oroville two hours away, I still take my babies there for veterinarian care.

The only place that actually offered assistance when my cat got attacked, but they want almost $400 just to bring her and that doesn't even cover any treatment. That $400 is just to GO IN. This place is not low income friendly, not even a possible payment plan. Just pay right away or nothing. You guys care more about how much money you can squeeze out of poor people than the animals we're desperately trying to get help.

A friend dog ran out the door an went on an adventure I think he was hit by a car but I called them they haven't seen him at that point but say maybe had hour to an hour they called me back that someone had brought him to them a called me back which was kewl owner an dog are doing good thank you paws of orovillefor your help much appreciated

Great staff! Absolutely feel safe leaving my lil Dozer baby in the care of the paws crew. After his neuter he had a super speedy recovery and was good to go. Highly recommended

They are a good vet normally but we got lied to this time, one of their staff is really misinformed. We called and told them 3 separate times in one conversation that our cat needed an amputation so they told us bring him in on Friday as a walk in, so we did and front desk informs us they don't do "elective" surgery especially since they are behind on spay/neuters and gave us a number to a different vet.

Great! The staff is super friendly my cat was in and out in one day to get spayed and the whole process is cheap so i will definitely keep using their services. They had a nice line waiting out the door that's how you know they're good. I really enjoyed my time in there and talking with the ladies at the counter and I was happy to leave my cat in their care. Thanks so much you are appreciated you get 10/10 in my book.

Such a helpful group of people working to provide quality care for our furry friends!! All the staff work very hard to assist everyone that walks through their doors! They even offer payment plans for when money is tight so your pet gets the care it needs promptly! I strongly recommend PAWs of Oroville!

My cat broke it's leg and I brought her here because they take payments and I knew it would be a very expensive visit. I'm glad I did. All of the staff are nice and really care for animals 😊. They are a spay and neuter clinic as well and adopt out kitties. Thanks!

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They let me know what wait times to expect for a spay drop-off during the reminder call; there were no unexpected waits that way so no frustration.The walk-in vaccine clinic is a wonderful idea and very fast when I was there today. Previously it was quite busy so there was a little wait. Again, no biggie. For the affordable prices they charge patience is easy.The updated office is clean and shiny. There is seating inside and there were several folding chairs outside as well.Limited parking spaces but I park down the street and walk so no big deal.

Misquoted prices and refused to see both of my dogs after altering. Was charged $500 to fix my female and post surgery, refused to even check her when she was still bleeding. I was told to take her to the emergency vet. Make sure you check, double check, on everything.
