Always responsive and flexible, we've had a great experience leaving our pups Poppy and Duke with Pampered Pets for dog boarding and grooming whenever we're in town for the holidays. Fair prices, wonderful service, and the dogs come back happy and fluffy.

First day at pampered pets and it was excellent the groomer was nice and friendly to my dog she came home Happy and sparkling clean I recommend to anybody needing their pet groomed go to pampered pants they art excellent and professional.

Was asked if I wanted my dog trimmed. I said clearly, “bath only.” When I picked up my Border Collie she had been given a short haircut. It never grew back. She lost her trademark Border Collie look. They also advertise a coupon which they did not accept. Very bad experience.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I’d give them a 100+! We took my two extra large German Shepherds in, neither of which had ever been professionally groomed. And the folks at Pampered Pets made the whole experience (for us and our pets) a pleasant and easy one! They put so much love and care into making sure Max & Havoc were safe, clean, and absolutely stunning all for a price that blew my mind. I’m officially ready to make Pampered Pets my go-to grooming, and telling all of my friends about it!! Will be going back in a few months!TL:DR: Great prices, Great People, and out of this world service.

Great couple who took great care of our 3 babies (dogs). We left town for 3 days. I was really nervous about finding a secure, kind, loving facility. My sister recommended Pampered Pets, and I am SO happy she did. All 3 came home happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend! Happy to have somewhere for our pets while we vacation.

OMG! What an amazing place! Mary and Jeff were so nice and they did exactly what I asked. Very friendly place and the prices are very good. My little Shih Tzu will definitely go back there for grooming.

Awesome people they managed to get my large golden retriever in for a hair cut the next day. It did take a couple hours but he my dog was long over due. They made him look wonderful and even let him hang out with their dogs inside their house until I was able to pick him up. Would recommend them to all my friends.

Very friendly dog sitters with good communication. They watched my dog for a week with no issues and even did an extra day for me when I missed my flight. Will definitely bring my dog Stella back again on my next vacation. Thank you Pampered Pets.

I think the cat groom is a little expensive, $65 to get my cat done and her fur was quite patchy (he told me she was wiggly but $65 for patches..?). However she always smells amazing for weeks afterward and they have the options for fur length.

To say these people are AMAZING at what they do is an understatement. They were able to squeeze my corgi in for a grooming a de shed at the last minute not only did they do an oh my goodness phenomenal job this was a couple of weeks ago and he STILL looks as clean as the day I picked him up and still smells just as clean too his coat is still silky and he’s still hardly shedding. It’s a shame I’m from idaho because I can’t bring him in on a regular schedule BUT I will be bringing him in every time I make the trip because these groomers know what they are doing and do it VERY well! They even blow the groomers I take him to in idaho out of the water! And they have raised the bar of my expectations. Thank you guys so much Dallas and I will see you in December!!…if gas prices aren’t 10 dollars a gallon 😅

We finally settled in Orville and was looking for a great place to get our three Yorkies groomed. Wow, we were lucky enough to find Pampered Pets! They really cared for our pups and did an excellent job! Don't waste your time to go anywhere else. Their the best!

They were able to squeeze our German Shepherd Dallas in their already busy schedule. Dallas feels and smells good, even after our daughter put a layer of dirt and water on her 😆 highly recommended!
