Grocery outlet has a lot of things in bulk and that's what I like about the store. The people are kind and they're awesome to be around. They have a very big booze collection and you can probably get most anything there a lot of wine and I love red wine .

I just love this store, the people that work here are always kind and helpful! That is what sets this grocery store apart from the rest here in Oroville. I had an accident and I am on crutches, the girl that helped me absolutely saved me from reinjuring myself, she put my grocery bags in my car for me and I really needed the help. Bless her .

If you are using a shopping service please use other stores as this building blocks cellphone reception and the owner is not willing to provide any sort of data like a simple wifi router and they are often out of items and it's hard to locate where an item would have been to determine the item is out since they often stock the spot with other items and the store is poorly organized.When we have to do substitutes the lack of wifi can cause app problems and the communication to you will be limited, in short until they can offer data in some form this is not your best choice, out of 200+ stores I shop this is the hardest I've delt with, a few select employees really help, but not all are completely friendly....And no David this is about your building blocking cellphone reception.You helping people find things should be part of your customer service, I am rating the store and it's owner not the helpful employees.And about my reviews when you looked you seem to have missed that I have given about half 5 🌟 reviews to those that deserved it.Remember out of 200+ stores I shopped for people around 300 shopping trips a month your store is the worst experience out of all of them.And maybe we should not just contact instacart but all the other services that have shoppers go here and let them know that your store is costing them money due to the fact that we do have to go outside to make sure the customer can see what's going on and make contact as needed, your store really needs to be removed from the app as an option as it gives the customers of the shopping apps a less than pleasant experience so I'd agree that we should let them know.As possible, I do step out for data, and when possible I park near the building and turn on a wifi hotspot in my car, since you are so cheap that you can't pickup a very inexpensive wifi router that you can isolated from the rest of your network and even restrict data speed if you're worried about paying extra for additional data use.And I see how anytime someone has given a low review you attempt to bully them and come up with some wild accusations.Your threats show me that I would not want to do my regular shopping there either...I shop for customers and I have brought up the wifi several times over the last year or more and the employees acknowledge that the reception in that building is problematic as well as other shoppers say they avoid it because of that, and lately when I've asked if they plan to have data available for this sort of thing they said you guys didn't want to do it for the expense, I will look into having the ability to block the store and it won't be an issue.

This one of my favorite stops, the staff is always helpful but if you've never been in one the mercendise is random at times, it's all good. Some of my favorites disappear ti never be seen again, replaced by something similar. I don't shop enough to know if you save a lot but there's always something new to try. The produce section is pretty dependable as is the bread, milk, meat. I like the frozen seafood section

This is definitely the place to shop for food for the most frugal shopper, They have something for everyone here especially if you want a steak dinner on a budget. There's always a great deal every time I shop there any day of the week. Friendly courteous service too. I love it!!!

The employee that is tubby claims he owns. Verbally attacked me , because I responded back to him when he got rude at me cuz he hated himself, and knows nobody respects him. He and his scrawny coworker, zac, are both weak, punk biat$#$_. . he is ignorant ,rude and he made a fool of himself yelling at me for putting few items on shelf, that I never intended on not putting back into cart. ..... He didn't let me explain, he w too embarrassed of his anger explosion, the other customers around were looking at him with disgust and shock as he yelled at a grandma ,!!!I'm over 50.... And there's no need to be unprofessional.I have a few close relatives that are just dying to come in and have a discussion with you and your buddy Zack just look for a couple of guys are all over 6 ft tall they Ride Harleys and they want to teach you about how to be classy and how to be respectful of other people and of women so I don't know if they're going to go to the store or not they'll probably find you somewhere else you know they don't want to disturb you at work just look around for them because they can't wait

Update: recently updated the meat and produce sections. More choices.Love this store. Always friendly. The customers are also very nice. If you see an item you like, stock up, you may not see it next time you shop. Save yourself some money and shop here.I love the ice cream section. Lots of choices. Also a variety of non-dairy frozen treats.Franz bakery items for a lot less than the other stores.Don't forget the 10% senior discount on the third Thursday.Unfortunately we are all on hard times, things are getting expensive. Third Thursday is senior discount day. Save 10%. Just get there before noon.

They have some good deals, but 75% of the time the don't have what they send out in their daily emails. Then when you ask them their response is "Those items were not delivered." So my question is why advertise them?

I personally love grocery outlet. The deals are absolutely amazing and I love that they have a receipt rewards raffle where you write down your information on the back of your receipt put it in a box and if your receipt is chosen you get a gift card in whatever amount you saved! As for this location the customer service is great and The prices will make you want to keep coming back for more!

The Manager of the store cornered a friend of mine when he thought nobody was around and threatened her with violence. Luckily I was on the phone and close enough to where I can intervene. I heard the managers state that whoever was on the phone could not save her in time, cops were called, charges have been pressed. We'll be following up with corporate on this creepy looser.To the owner,Yes, I am a paying customer, for three years so far. I'm also an American citizen who has a right to freedom of speech. According to the state constitution, your store is public domain and one of the few places we can gather signatures. You benefit from that public space sir, you'd be out of business if you were a stand alone store and that's the only way you have a right to tell me to leave.

Omg! Went shopping here today and ended up buying $116.00 worth of great bargains. I went in to buy a few items but filled 6 bags of items that I use. I was amazed at the checkout, when the cashier showed me that I had saved over $128! And I used my EBT card. They even have X-mas items that EBT covers.
