The staff are always so nice and helpful, plus they always say welcome in, and we will be right with you. The donuts are so good, too, and very fresh. Great service, thank you.Dietary restrictions: I have a boss who has a peanut allergy, and I told her this, and she got a paper and got the cinnamon roll and put it in a separate bag. They've really upped their offerings over the last year, and every thing I try is always delicious.I was especially excited when they started offering different types of donut holes - the crumb ones were delicious, and I literally teared up when I tasted the powdered donut holes because it literally unlocked this sense memory of eating powdered donuts with my long-deceased grandpa. Thanks for the sweet trip down memory lane - I'll definitely be having those again!

(UPDATED)If this place opens at 5 and I get a hard cold donut not long after then that means it sat out overnight and isn't fresh. No ones money should go towards a old stale donut. If you want good fresh donuts then go right up the road to The Doughnut Tree... update to a year later I figured I would go in again and try it two times, since then nothing has changed still stale and cold Donuts. This place SUCKS and the lady seems like she knew they were old too

Just went in, asked the lady behind the counter which donut is a favorite as I was buying for others, she told me a favorite was this one that there was only one left. It was shared by two people and both thought it was the stalest donut ever!! Greed. She obviously wanted to sell that last donut. It was a more expensive donut. Usually they don't have a good selection by the time I get there but I can deal with that. I trusted her and I will never go back. She knew.

They have good donuts there. They have some unique donuts and they are delicious. I like their blueberry old fashion. I like their chocolate cake donut with chips on top. I want to try their maple bacon donuts. I have tried their maple bars and they are yummy too. Will be coming back here. 😁😁😁😋

My son and I stopped in (very, very early) this morning and it was such a treat! The young man who was working was very cheerful and polite. He filled our doughnuts with custard at our request and even gave us several free doughnut-hole samples. It was a great start to our day and my son asked that we return again some time.

The doughnuts are fine, the people working here are slipping though. I've never had a problem until recently, long long lines out the door, in the rain for crying out loud, while the only cashier working is starring at the register like a deer in headlights. Their prices go up more than gas prices, it's sad how they take advantage of goats. Go to Olive Highway, right next to O'Reilly Auto Parts, they have better doughnuts, better prices, and treat you like a valued customer.

Best donuts in town. They also have boba drinks and other goodies! The owners are wonderful and they treat their customers very well. The staff there are friendly and greet you well.

Ive been there many times rarely actually have the donuts they advertise at least for the specialty Donuts and the regular Donuts aren't really all that great on top of that their staff is not the best with customer service what rude not looking at me they talk to me for ever reason the owner not very welcoming either honestly I was not satisfied with the service or the selection or even quality and I don't recommend going hear if you want doughnuts in Oroville probably go to Doughnut Tree at least the guy works there is nice
