This Big lots location is more expensive than other Big lots for the same item I have verified a price difference of 10.00 more at this location for one item that was $10 less at the Concord big lots

The store was put together well an had a lot of employees to help you find whatever you are looking for. Other than the manger wanting to bum rush me out the door at mine clock it was good she needs to be more worried about money coming in an not trying to run out the door at close.

I once bought all my towels and rugs here but this store has focused on furniture and raised prices too high for most of their products so barely shop here anymore. Their garden decorations are cute but way overpriced

Couldn't buy the tv stand I wanted because they needed to order it. The wait was 3 weeks out and they wouldn't sell the floor model so I went and bought a tv stand and am getting a free delivery. There loss my gain. Below is my tv stand that's on the way.

(Best bathrooms for sure.)... that was my first review, now I'm walking down to dollar tree because their bathrooms are closed, AGAIN. The reason... they said someone made a mess in the women's bathroom the other day. News flash, maintaining a clean bathroom is just part of running a respectable retail store. Now I'm shopping next door cause they have a bathroom available and they don't punish customers for other customers bad behavior. Furniture food Walmart cashier

The staff here is fantastic and Rosie is the definition of customer service! I shop here frequently because she is always curiosity and has a very pleasant demeanor. She really cares about your shopping experience and does all she can to make sure you find what you're looking for. Safety checks I highly recommend shopping here.

A nice little store and was surprised how neat they are keeping it. Some things have a decent price on them so a good place to check first. Furniture is priced to sell and look good. Bed sheets are nicely priced. Has some food stuff and a nice mix of household items.

They're alright I guess. Only thing I don't like about this place is their employees treat you as ur a shoplifter constantly following you around the store asking if u need help....multiple times.it definitely isnt a store I feel comfortable going into to kill time a brows around in.the Employees create an environment that feels unwelcoming

Everyone needs a cheap store to go to. If you find the clearance rack that usually got pretty good deals. But you need to get more toys it's getting sad Big lots my five-year-old frowns upon you

Kaylee was very helpful, she even helped me measure out 14ft on a tape measure so I can get a visual idea of how big the pool is I wanted to purchase, it's gonna be hot this summer! Thank you for the great customer service 😊

After a Pandemic the store was messy, sorry to say. But the customer service was great. The store wasn't in a good location off back in the corner. I like big lots and still will stop in once in awhile. Different locations.

Quite a change! Over 1/3 of the store is now indoor furniture and another large portion is outdoor furniture. I didn't get a chance to see what they still actually carry grocery and household wise. The person that helped load the couch we bought was friendly and courteous.

Very nice staff that are always helpful. The front end and furniture employees make the visit to this store feel pleasant and enjoyable to shop. The staff know their inventory and the store is decently organized and clean.

The store itself and the staff are excellent. The homeless and drug addicts outside often make me go elsewhere and not risk my car being broken into. I go there if I can't find something somewhere else.
