Called to find a propane mounted heater and they informed me that they have them and was very nice on the phone and very helpful. I give them a 5 star just for their customer service.Update: they have a really nice selection of everything! Super friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this as the go to place. A great place to go and but hose end replacement parts great selection and a great selection and the hose washers. You can buy the good ones without it being a variety pack. Awesome place they have a lot of everything it seems!

I usually go here for items that I need help with because they have excellent service with knowledgeable staff usually someone will greet you and take you right to what you are looking for they are friendly and community minded and who wouldn't appreciate that in a fast paced world. This is a place that is keeping service alive and well. I always show gratitude before leaving so they know that they did a good job.

Everyone should visit this place just to see the space they have and how they use it. I can't think of a project they couldn't help with. You can be inspired and have a bit of an adventure at the same time:) people helping are well trained and prices are good, too. They can take care of your home and garden projects, but also your gift list and your sweet tooth! Its pretty amazing.

This has got to be one of the few businesses that goes above and beyond in providing the professional service, product knowledge, suggestive advice, and the full complete end to end service tailored to each customer. It's This touch of old-fashioned value-added customer service that you'll rarely see or get from those "big conglomerate, low-priced" stores. Sure some prices may be better at those "big" stores, but there's a longer wait in line, can't find what you're looking for, and can never seem to find an employee that works at those stores when you need it the most. And they're probably not going to know much more about the product you're seeking, other than, "I think it's in aisle 13".And you have to be ready with your walking shoes,, to walk all over the warehouse then that long haul back out to your vehicle in that massive parking lot.It's nice to get that personable service, where a human can interact with another human, to get what one needs. A professional representative,, with product knowledge, professional advice, and proper customer service. That is a touch of good old fashioned store service.

This place sucks.Staff is so unfriendly. Especially one of the ladies there. She is so rude. I will never shop there again. My family and friends will never go there again either.They need to hire new staff members.

They don't honor there products so beware !! The 90 day return or refund policy only applies to certain items... I'm out over 1200.00 for a used generator that won't stay running, an was sold as new when its used!!!thought we would keep the money local an love the sweet commercials but I'm recovering from loosing everything in the bear fire an well ace hardware sure wasn't helpful an I'm out the cash.. anybody need an non working generator..

I realize the big box stores are cheaper but better deal is locally owned and operated. I even use to work there. You can't beat the good ole ma and pop ran store with the awesome old school customer service..I recommend it 10/10 every day of the week.

Just got to town for a job about30 minutes away. Was needing help with some fittings,employee by the name of DEAN, was awesome!!! He listened to what I was needing , they didn't have exactly what I needed,but he came up with and idea.and it worked. What a great place .. Thank you..

Even though this is a small business, they seem to have just about anything you need for anything around the home. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. And for items I have purchased in the past, their prices have beaten those of the larger stores such as Walmart and Home Depot. I highly recommend shopping here as an alternative to those big hardware stores.

Best customer service in town. I was referred her by home depot for something they didn't carry. Well ACE actually didn't have exactly what I needed either but they went above and beyond to find a solution. I'll definitely be returning her for future needs.

Truly a hardware store with old time value's. Customer service is #1. Also have those hard to find parts and pieces the big box stores don't carry. My go to when I know I don't want to search for something all over town. I know they usually have it.

Great for hardware and simple home repairs. They don't carry lumber and the service can be downright rude from some of the older guys working in there. Great for a quick stop which isn't as easy at a home depot or lowes type store.

Was my FAVORITE hardware & paint store, loved the service, advice and overall customer service. Today I was very disappointed to find all employees without face masks. Such disregard for customers health and wellness. And disregard for the rules established by the Governor. I’ll buy my hardware someplace else ... where I feel safer and where the rules are respected.

They have what the big box stores don't have. Thats the reason I shop here. Friendly staffs once a conversation is started and nice old fashioned service. Price could be cheaper than some big stores and some items could have ridiculously higher price. Store walk way is more narrow, but is free of clusters. Everything is very well organized. Only cons about this location is that inside is too dim. Not many lights to shine on all the products. I also don't usually feel welcomed as the staff only welcome and greet white people. I'm asian, and I do notice the colored skins don't get greeted as much as white skins here. But hey, that doesn't really bother me because they are the only ones in town that have some things that walmart or home depot don't carry. So I put that on the side and ignored it.

Every time I need something for home repair the other stores big box stores have wrong part or not at all. So I end up going to Ace hardware and they know what I am talking about and have couple of choices . I will start going to Ace first to ave time. Knowledge, friendly , helpful all employees. Thanks
