The staff is friendly and very efficient. They work hard to figure out any problems. I've even had the pharmacist call me the next day after I started a new medicine to see how I was doing.

Walgreens says if not satisfied with a purchase you can bring it back...not true. I bought a sim card and it didn't work. I tried the carrier and they said take it back and Exchange it. I went back to walgreens and they said they were not responsible,even though that is THEIR policy. So never buy mobile accessories ir mobile phones here. Walgreens does not stand by what they sell.

We took our dog’s prescription for cough medicine to the pharmacy here last Thursday. The looked in their system and said they had to order it and it would be there on Monday.On Monday my husband went in to pick it up... the Hispanic guy at the counter told him that “it wasn’t ready and he should have called first.” The guy was rude so he just left. I called the pharmacy that evening to see when it would be ready and was told that because it was a large quantity of a controlled substance (90, 5mg tablets) that it would take larger to get. I was told about 3-4 more days.Now it’s Friday, he goes back into the pharmacy and is told by the same guy “that they decided that they can NOT get the medication and he needs to call the vet for a different medication. When he questioned the guy about how to go about that he was told “you have a smart phone don’t you.”Problems1) the guy was rude and a smart ass2) why did it take a week to figure out that they couldn’t get the medication3) WHY DID THEY NOT CALL US SO OUR 12 YEAR OLD PUG WITH A COLLASPED TRACHEA COULD HAVE HIS MEDICATION SO HE COULD BREATH PROPERLY!

The Manager is rude and unprofessional. Will never go back and will be calling corporate! I would not even give it a star but had to. Buyer beware...he is out to rip you off!
