I have been coming to Save More Foods for many years and they have done some very nice upgrades. Hot food case, salad bar, cake decorating, larger produce section and beer cave. Long lines around lunch time but generally a quick check out.

You can’t even tell this store is here anymore… Some really ugly solar panel parking structures that block all views of any businesses in this shopping center.. you can drive by the front on the janky highway and not even notice this store.

A strange management style going on here. A team member took off running full speed and almost crashed into me. The manager saw him and didn't bother to tell him to slow down. I am just 3 months out from having a full right hip replacement. Imagine my immediate fear and anxiety that this kid might run over me. The fear of pain was very real.The store is laid out oddly. There doesn't seem to be the 'shop the outside perimeter for healthy eating. Cleaning supplies are divided up with isles in-between where you find cleaning supplies to brooms. Took a lot of extra trips to get what I needed. Again, still in recovery from surgery.Prices seemed to be a bit higher than I would have thought for the lower quality of products. Check out went fairly smoothly.

I don't live in Orland but every time I pass through I make a point of stopping here in addition to having they also have a lot of hot food ethnic food and a good selection for pet food. They're very affordable and the staff is always kind.

So I went in this morning 9/21/22 and spent around $25 and paid for a bag in the self checkout line. It's early so there is no one there at the self checkout to help. I paid for all my things including a bag and I wanted a plastic bag not a paper one. They are usually hanging up right behind the back of the registers. This morning there were none there. So I went up nicely and asked an older lady with glasses if I could have a plastic bag. I told her I already paid for it and she asked me where? And I said over at the self checkout. I didn't have my receipt in my hand but you can see all my stuff piled there waiting to be bagged. The receipt was on top of my food. So she looked my transaction up and proceeded to embarass me by yelling across the checkout saying , "You didn't pay for a plastic bag you paid for a paper bag!" I told her that I scanned the bar code and that they usually have plastic bags behind the register. I come in here all the time and for her to do that to me and embarrass me like I'm some kind of criminal for wanting a plastic bag is so unnecessary. If I'm supposed to pay separately for plastic bag and paper bags you should have a better system and have to seperate bar codes for each bag. I literally felt like she's accusing me of stealing. Which I did not do or would never do. Just Do Better

Prices too high. This is a working class town with a lot of senior citizens. Most all on limited budgets. Many farm workers in the area as well. Outrageous the prices they charge because they are the only game in town. I wait to go to Chico or Corning for a majority of my grocery items. Use this market as an emergency item market.Personnel oblivious at times to customers needs. Handicap access is okay but the items that I often shop for are on the top shelves making it difficult to get to.

Shop here all the time usually have good experiences, and I like the fact they have self check out. Saves time because the only time I go there is after I get off of work and that is when they’re super busy and all the cashiers are busy so self check out helps. But today they told me I couldn’t use my daughters WIC Through the checkout and I know I’ve used it before and employee told me that the manager doesn’t want WIC going through the self check out I think that’s not fair

Store has tight isles but it carries a large variety of things. We were camping near by and went into town for some misc. items. Very pleased. Parking is covered with solar panels. Very nice. Kept vehicle cool in hot summer. Workers very friendly and helpful. 👍🏽

I drove from Hamilton City for chicken salad. There wasn't any. I will call first next time. Prices are very reasonable for the deli. Employees very friendly. I choose it over Savemore in Chico

Their prices are good. Great selection. Good bar is great. Rotisserie chicken is a great deal.If I'm not feeling too well, they'll help me with my groceries to my truck.Staff are kind and upbeat

I honestly don't shop here too much but when I do it's usually bright and early in the morning! I enjoy getting in and out and not waiting in line... the new self check out is amazing! My favorite part about the store is the produce, meat, and knowing I can go here and find what I am needing

Nice store, higher quality than you might expect in a small-town grocery store. Meats are good, lots of produce (with a distinctly Hispanic selection). I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They pretty much have a monopoly in Orland since there aren't other full-serve grocer's, but they keep the quality high.

I really like this store. Fruit and veggies are always fresh. Ice-cream isle is about 30 ft long, always a plus!!! Employees at registers are always friendly.

Nice fresh deli meat and produce departments and workers and nice and helpful when you need to find a product within the store. Fast checkouts they will not let long lines build up in checkout lines no long waits. Great store great employees! Thank you.
