This coffee machine has been broken for at least two months. I reported it to the employee on duty the first time and this time. Anna was the employee this time and she said that this problem is known to management but nothing has been done. I told her that the coffee was hot and this is dangerous because it splashes and pours out. Also it gets on people's clothes. She said that Pilot won't allow them to put up a warning sign. Be careful ppl. This Pilot is DANGEROUS!!! I wonder what else is behind the scenes? 🤔2 MONTHS LATER...Well, it's been fixed. Finally! It's now safe to get hot coffee using this machine. 🌟👍

Convenient location, but very filthy. Good selection of snacks and drinks. The first self-checkout I’ve seen in a gas station. Good pizza. Plenty of tables to sit for a minute. Not a lot of pumps. They just need to do some serious cleaning!

I have never seen such stupid management. I kept waiting for a long time for my bath but I don't know what were these people doing that no one's turn came? I want to say owner take action please .nobody serious for theirs job and duty.

Facility is clean, but couldn't get a shower there at 5 am. Five + showers empty, talked to the manager, she said shower person was busy, so I wait 10 mins, only I see them having a nice chat, while I am waiting.Just in case any pilot staff ever read this. Many of us drivers are working very hard, and long hours, on deadlines, it's a big waste of time for us to pull into your facility if we can't fuel, or shower.Five+ showers empty, and no one addressing it, while we waste our time, and you enjoy your nice chat, not acceptable service.

This was a great place to stop for fuel and a bathroom break. The travel center is huge. Bathrooms are clean. The selection was great and customer service was attentive. I enjoyed the stop here. If you are on the road and need fuel, a break, or a restroom stop, try it out. Highly recommend it!

Polite and professional cashiers, store was the cleanest pilot I have seen in a while! Showers clean and food buffet was emaculant! So impressed! Thank you Pilot! Truck drivers really appreciate good service and clean facilities! Thank you!

7 drivers waiting on showers in front of me and the system keeps calling the same few nbrs over n over for awhile NONE of these drivers showed up to shower. I asked 3 employees how long does it take b4 it ll skip the driver who doesn't show up n move on to the next in line....1 employee told me to ask another employee, 2nd employee said it takes a hour. I repeated again cause clearly it shouldn't take an Hour for a driver to show up for his already reserved shower. And employee looked at me like he had zero clue what I was talking. about and then saod..I DON T KNOW. I them asked the 3rd employee who was cleaning showers and GUESS WHAT....yup u guessed HE DIDNT KNOW......LOOK stop hiring idiot....if a customer askes a question employees shd be knowledgeable and if not they shd got find the damn answer....7 drivers are sitting here tired n dirty but your system won't clear out the drivers who haven't showed up. Last time I stopped here(EDIT) my shower finally was available and I took my shower. After finishing however I realized they did not put towels in my room. I opened the door a few times to see if the cleaning guy was nearby but no never not once, SO I had to put my DIRTY clothes back on AFTER SHOWERING in order tongo and find towels for myself ......this place is a joke. Wil never stay again... TRUCKERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE!!!!

A+ spot for cleanliness, selection, and food options, but it's hard to actually buy the food when nobody works the counter anymore and all the good stuff is behind the glass instead of in the cabinet. Thankfully the Wendy's is still staffed by humans and doesn't make you ring up your own food.

The slowest turnover for showers in the industry. Not respect for your time.Seperate visit-Another day waiting over an hour for a shower. I was only 2nd in line.Whoever you had cleaning the showers today needs to be kicked to the curb. Hire someone who doesn't take an hour per shower.

This is one of my favorite pilots to stay at overnight.. Clean, friendly staff and great food.. I used to like the pilot in Weed, but now it's a dump and dirty all the time.. I waited over an hour for a shower, and when I looked, 5 showers were empty and not cleaned..

Pilot is AMAZING!!! Bathrooms are extremely clean, they have a full length mirror and outlets to plugin blow dryers, curling irons, etc. They also have a lounge area, an awesome fountain drink station with both cubed and crushed ice. As well as an awesome coffee station, Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's, lots of hot and cold foods selections, Wendy's and even showers!!!

Another pilot station that is true to what they advertise. They are rv friendly and had 4 pumps set aside for all type of rv rigs to pull through. If you belong to good sam travel club you get 5 cents off per gallon and I think more on the premium blends. They had a god deal on pretzels today.

Horrible rude night staff. They didn't have anyone to clean the showers so no shower tonight. And I reserved shower through the app so no refund. Absolutely despicable that I waited in the front of the store for half an hour and when I found out nobody was back cleaning the showers I asked if they were on break and the staff just said "sorry the cleaner doesn't come in until midnight". Empty store and two staff doing nothing. That's what I get for parking in California. Incompetent staff and loss of sleep. Never trusting this location for anything and I won't ever fuel here.

Fair price gas. Wind shield cleaning tool is broken and the fluid is only dirty water without soap whatsoever. Gas station is big and easy to fill gas from either directions.

Highly recommend stopping in. They have a wendy's and a lot of variety of food and snacks inside. From a cinnamon bar to pizza. Lots of parking for those hauling a trailer.

Awful service, employees more interested in talking amongst themselves than looking after the store, openly allows shoplifting but will give you a bad time if you have any questions about the area. Love's up the street at Corning is a much better place to stop, avoid this pit of a stop at all costs, or pay for it some other way.

Excellent location for RV and traveler services. We used the RV dump station and all services were clean and in good working order. Service and food center is excellent with great selection of food and road service needs. Will certain stop again in our travels

I loved stopping here . Inside the store was a Cinabon station, which I had never seen before. This store had a little of everything and I looked around, curious to see it all. Catering to truckers, there was a lounge an area to do laundry and of course, showers. While I don't need this amenity, it was neat to notice and everything was clean and well kept. I forget what establishment was attached to this store because it was closed when I arrived. It was either a Burger franchise or maybe a Taco Bell. On my way out of the parking lot I did notice a drive thru for this. I expect that I will stop again, during regular business hours to take advantage of this, as it seems easy to navigate. Be careful turning into the store when first entering. The is an island near the 4 way stop and it seemed a newcomer could easily make a mistake and turn too early. I'm sorry if this is an inadequate comment. You'll have to go there to understand what I mean. The turn off the main drag is tricky. Just be careful. :)

Very clean truck stop. Has a Wendy's, Cinnabon, and Auntie Annies. They also have soups and their own hot foods as welll as sandwiches.

My co-driver cinaroll bun cup verses my plain cinaroll cup....my teeth hurt jus lookin at his n even my plain cup itz still 2 much sugar....damn if u eva wana stay awake and sugar helpz get a cinaroll bun cup n ull b wired 4 who knowz how long....thx cinaroll ppl 4 givin my co-driver his sugar fix....🤣😂🤣😂

This place tho..normally clean and good service besides one cashier kinda slow is my morning stop. I did have one tweaker get in my van..looking for God knows what..so keep doors locked and be aware of your surroundings.
