My husband and I recently moved to the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and how nice the staff is. Everyttime we go in the store we are greeted with a smile and employees willing to help us find anything we need. They have almost everything you need. Very customer friendly. If they don't have it, they can order it. Shopping to the store or your address. Arrives within a few days. Returned are easy as long as you have the receipt. They have cute gift and pet a food area. Just a fun place. Have 20% off every 1st Saturday of the month. Always nice and clean. Nice savings on monthly ads. Has a rewards program too.

I moved away from Orland in 2014. Today I came back to remove my belongings from Sunland Mini Storage - stored for nine years! I needed a lock for the UHaul trailer.I went to Ace Hardware. And what a great surprise to see so many team members actively on the floor. I had so much help it was GREAT!Most companies are downsizing. One is lucky to get any help at all. Kudos to the manager of this store. The place looked great. Clean, well organized, and super customer service! It made me sorry that I won't be around to return to enjoy this great small town, with a big heart, company.Thank you to Ace Hardware Orland! Between your company, The Orland Inn, and Sunland Mini Storage - I leave town, once again, on a high note!

This is a big plus since I love the opportunity to let my dog(s) come along on errands where they don't have to stay in the truck, or at home when the weather is too warm for their safety. Also, nice and close to home so I can support our local economy.

I once got lost in a large hardware store for 3 days. Despite asking for assistance from numerous orange apron wearing employees, they were all on break or worked in another department. I never got my part.In contrast, this store has actual helpful employees. You can call them beforehand and a real person answers the phone. I love this store.

Very friendly, helpful employees. Every time I go in I'm almost immediately greeted, usually by name, and asked how I'm doing and do I need any help finding anything. On the occasions I do need help finding an item, rather than just giving me an aisle number someone is happy to walk me exactly to what it is I'm looking for. In addition to the wide variety of products, they also have a neat little gift section, everything from kids toys to home decor, candles, holiday decor etc.

A little expensive but a good place to go for hardware if you don't want to drive into Chico. I have had poor experiences both times I've ordered things online to pickup there. They don't seem to know how the process works themselves. In store the people are friendly and helpful.

This is the best place to get general hardware and household needs. I have been doing a lot of just general fix ups on my house and the folks at ACE are great with help and advice. I absolutely love the first Saturday of the month sale!

Went to buy a 24" "Grab Bar" to install in my neighbor's home. They had the bar and "butterfly" fasteners I needed. At least three staffers asked if I needed assistance while I was looking at the different items. They did help my wife find an item she was looking for to place as a marker on a grave site. People were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
