I brought my cat in for an exam and found out she’d actually need an emergency surgery. They worked with us and were able to book her for the very next day. The doctors and staff were so sweet and comforting when I got the bad news that my beloved 6 year old cat would need surgery. They came up with a plan that worked for the both of us and now Phoebe is home and recovering well! This place is such a treasure, with sweet people and very reasonable pricing. Could not recommend them enough! 1000 stars

Great experience. Highly recommend. Called Monday and was able to get cat in for routine physical on Thursday. No deposit to hold appointment. A very thorough exam and regular tests plus normal vaccines. Less than a 1000.Will never go to those extortionists in Chico again.

I have several cats and I have used ALL of the vets in the area. This vet is very nice and spends time with you like you matter. I have been to another place, nearby, 3 times, and never met the vet.There was a very short wait, we were put in a room and the vet came in and explained everything step by step. She was patient and her staff were caring and PROFESSIONAL!!!I will be taking my cats here from now on.

Best vet experience I've ever had. Not only was their team incredibly kind and loving to my dog, but they listened and engaged with me on a down to earth level. My dog has never been comfortable at the vet, usually shaking, panting, and trying to leave. At Mid Valley Vet, she was relaxed and laid down almost the entire visit. Rather than being scared of the staff, she was curious and interacted with them like new friends. Best vet visit ever. Thank you Mid Valley Vet!

We were able to get our rabbit in for a next day emergency appointment and I was so relieved. Dr. Megan took such good care of our rabbit when he was recovering from GI stasis. Dr. Megan was thorough, considerate, gentle, and very clear with how to do follow up care. Our vet tech Vivan was very attentive, patient, and brave for clipping our bun's nails! Front desk staff was amazing too. Thank you so much to the whole team. Our rabbit is happy and healthy and back to his happy self.

Mid Valley Vets was recommended to go here to have my girls spayed. Everyone in this office was super friendly and caring. Great Customer Service and followed up on my girls the day after their surgery. They were very thorough and no pressure to up sell products. The Dr. listened to me and addressed any concerns.I would recommend this Vet Office to anyone looking for great pet care.Thank Y'all for a great experience!

I love this place, l've never had a cat before but l dropped off my female cat to get fixed well turned out it's a male cat. Well they still did the surgery but it was way less. Cleo turned into Bink and the rest is history. I'm also happy that they didn't judge me they were like well Cleo is a boy and l was like really no way lol 🤣

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I take 3 animals here for routine care. The last 3 times I have had an issue with an animal I have been referred to a different vet because they were too busy. I feel that if I am paying them to take care of my animals all year long, that when something comes up, I would be able to get in within a few days. I am deeply saddened by the lack of customer care and will not be taking my animals here any longer.

I have been going to Mid Valley since 2002 and they have always been so caring throughout the years. I miss Dr Aquire but the front staff is still there and it's still one of the best around. I recently needed to get in, to have one of my dogs out down, changed my mind a few times but last minute on 4th of July, she went south and I left messages hoping they would help. They did, they fit her in and were so compassionate cause I should of done it weeks sooner. They are a busy office for sure. Many thanks to all them, to Wanda and Rosie you are the best and thank you for all these years. 🤗

My pup Izzy loved her visit. She slept through most of it, but Dr. Ryan explained everything thoroughly and Haley was really nice and also explained things to us. When I initially scheduled the appointment, the lady on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. I’m glad we found a great vet in this area. It’s hard to find vet appointments, let alone great and friendly service too!Thank you Mid-Valley!

The ladies in the front office are always very helpful and positive. I go there regularly so I am greeted with my name and a smile, that's why I love this place. The doctors seem to be knowledgeable and take great care of my corgis. I haven't had the same doctor for very long but they are efficient. It's a drive for me to get there but the service, friendly staff and efficiency of the doctors keep me coming back. I highly recommend Mid-Valley Veterinarian Hospital.

Amazing and caring people this will definitely be my fur babies doctors from here on out had to put my Chloe to sleep last year and they didn’t push me to hurry out and were 100% caring when I was ready I came out to this so amazing also didn’t charge me for things that didn’t need to be done just amazing

I did not have a personal experience in this veterinarian office however I picked a cat up who was neutered via F.U.R., Friends United for Rescue which is a group that has helped me get our feral cat colony neutered in the last 3 years and so I'm giving them an excellent five star rating because they did not have to spay or neuter the feral cat community but they were working with F.U.R. and for that, I'm grateful

Took my dog 8n for surgery, the staff are very friendly. They know to work with you while you work and that was very helpful. Even after my dogs surgery the staff contacted me to make sure my dog was doing good. I would recommend this as your family Vet. We will definitely be coming back. If you expect the best care with amazing people and advanced equipment... that's what you get at Mid- Valley. They are the BEST no question about it. They're a bit pricey for my lower middle class income however, hence the 4 stars instead of five. But they are the best in Northern California and the employees are the best.

After trying all of the other local vets during times Mid Valley couldn't fit us in, I do not feel comfortable going to any others I'm confident my pets will always be well cared for at Mid Valley.

The entire staff and vets understand that our pets are family and treated ALL of us with kindness and expertise. We have a very difficult to manage dog, and the vet and assistant made every effort to make the appointment as stress free as possible for our overly anxious dog.
